We're on the lookout for talent to join our Customer Portal team as a Senior Software Engineer. The Customer Portal team builds and maintains our comprehensive self-serve platform, used by thousands of SaaS and Enterprise customers. This crucial product allows customers to procure, manage, and control their identity verification services in their daily operations. This team is at the forefront of the customer experience, responsible for managing the entire SaaS customer lifecycle—from initial purchase to setup—while also empowering our Enterprise clients to effectively manage their products at Veriff.
We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer who can bring together a strong product-thinking mindset with engineering expertise. As part of this team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to enable the best experience for our customers. We are looking for an experienced Product Analytics Manager to join our Tools & Workflow domain within the Platform group and help us scale and improve our customer support and internal tooling products across 50+ countries.

As a Product Analytics Manager, you will lead the analytics function for our Tools & Workflow domain within the Platform group. Your teams own the complete support experience for Bolt users and build tools and technology for efficient workforce management. You will act as a cross-functional partner driving strategic decisions, while also enabling and growing a team of product analysts. You will be at the forefront of evaluating how Automation and Artificial Intelligence can bring value to the support experience and lead discovery to find product opportunities with an optimum balance between cost-effectiveness and quality support.
