In this role, you will be the bridge between our business operations and engineering, ensuring our systems run smoothly and our users have the best possible experience.
Whether you are deep-diving into complex SQL queries, investigating production incidents, or analyzing code logic to identify a bug, your work will directly impact millions of fans worldwide.
You’ll work in high-scale production environments, participating in incident management and on-call rotations, helping resolve critical issues and improving the reliability and stability of our platform.
This role also offers a unique opportunity for internal mobility; we value growth, and many of our support engineers eventually transition into full-time Software Engineering roles.

As an IT Datacenter Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure within our data center. This includes working hands-on with modern technologies such as the modern GPU cloud clusters. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting the data center’s IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems. What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

We’re looking for an experienced security engineer who’s independent, excited about getting things done, and ready to hit the ground running. You'll primarily be responsible for our application security, working with our product teams to work on new systems to enhance our security posture. Our customers trust us with their money, and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure we retain that trust!
This broadly scoped role will allow you to get your hands on many different types of security projects, from direct application security to helping our infrastructure team think about security for our databases.
Some experience with common industry certifications like ISO-27001 and PCI-DSS would be beneficial, although you won’t be expected to run or oversee audits.

We care about the big picture. We don’t hire engineers to just ship tickets. We hire them to solve problems. That means caring deeply about outcomes, understanding context, and jumping in wherever something’s broken, even if it’s technically “not your area.” When we see problems, inefficiencies, or opportunities to make something better, we act. We dig into operational issues, clarify fuzzy product specs, or step into unfamiliar code to help unblock teammates.
We move as fast as possible. Speed matters. It lets us try things quickly, get feedback early, and course-correct while it’s cheap. So we write small PRs. We aim for MVPs. We leave TODOs and file follow-ups. We don’t over-perfect v1. That said, we’re building a financial product. Some things—like money movement, correctness, or security—deserve more caution.
We like boring technology. We favor tools that are reliable, well-understood, and easy to debug. This keeps us focused on solving meaningful problems instead of wrestling with unpredictable infrastructure. If a new technology helps us move faster, build safer, or solve a real need, we’ll consider it. But we don’t adopt tools just because they’re new—we adopt them because they’re right.

Position Description:
The Iberia Solutions Engineering team are involved in all stages of the customer’s development lifecycle and are experienced using presentations, email, phone and social media to connect with customers. We are looking for great teammates that can build sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educate customers (everyone from developers to product managers to C-level executives) on the best ways to cloud security technology.

The eBPF Platform team owns the shared eBPF infrastructure inside the Datadog Agent, and is responsible for its reliability, performance, and evolution across a wide variety of Linux distributions and kernel versions. We build tooling and agent functionality for product teams utilizing eBPF (Network Performance Monitoring, Universal Service Monitoring, Cloud Workload Security, GPU Monitoring), enable new teams exploring eBPF, and centralize deep kernel expertise across the organization. The team contributes to open source projects such as btfhub and cilium/ebpf.
Datadog is investing heavily in GPU Monitoring to give customers deep visibility into GPU utilization, health, and performance across their infrastructure. The eBPF Platform team builds the agent-side foundation that makes this possible, from eBPF programs that capture GPU activity at the kernel level, to the metrics pipelines and validation infrastructure that ensure data quality at scale.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of eBPF, the Linux kernel, and GPU infrastructure.
