About the Role
The Staff Qualitative Researcher is Superbet's most senior practitioner of human-centred inquiry. This is a hands-on, high-output IC role. You are the person who knows how to get to the truth of a user's experience: their mental models, their anxieties, their unspoken expectations, their moments of delight and frustration.
You will lead qualitative research across the most strategically important and ambiguous product questions Superbet faces - from understanding how new markets experience sports for the first time, to uncovering the emotional dynamics of live in-play gambling, to defining what responsible gaming actually feels like from a user's perspective. You will work closely with the Principal Quant Researcher and the Research Manager to ensure qualitative and quantitative evidence are always richer together than apart.
You bring methodological mastery, creative curiosity, and the kind of presence that makes participants forget they're being observed and leaders believe you shape company wide narratives. You also bring a future positive mindset: you are actively integrating AI tools into your workflow to do more, faster, without sacrificing the depth that makes qual irreplaceable. We're looking for an ML Engineer with 5+ years of production experience to strengthen our ML team. We operate as an internal service and centre of excellence for 10+ product teams at Fundraise Up. This means you won't be tied to a single feature: one day you might be optimising donation amounts and upsell offers, and the next you could be building a smart assistant for the admin panel or working on transaction classification.
We actively use not only classical ML, but also RL, and we're expanding our LLM-based solutions — prompt engineering and pipeline design with LLM APIs (OpenAI and equivalents). That's why we're looking for someone with a broad mindset who isn't afraid to experiment and can choose the most effective approach for each task.
The project's main audience and business team are based in the US. Although the product development team is Russian-speaking, you may occasionally need to write in English.

Following a successful proof-of-concept with an external consultant, we are bringing this project fully in-house. As the Principal Product Manager for Login, you will own the "front door" for hundreds of millions of users accessing thousands of global products and services. Our ambition doesn’t stop at the UK border though. It’s global. We believe every part of the world needs a Monzo so we’re focused on expanding our offering, building strategies to disrupt the European market with a first-class leadership team in place. As part of this, we’re looking for a Head of Financial Health to ensure the compliant delivery of FinHealth journeys and capabilities across all lending products in the EU, working closely with the existing UK team.
You will report directly to the Head of Borrowing, EU and work closely with the Director of Financial Health, UK. You will lead the Financial Health initiatives in the EU. You will act as the FinHealth lead in Europe, collaborating with the UK FinHealth team to deliver the policies, strategies, and analytics used to support customers in financial difficulties with Monzo. You will partner with operations, tech and credit risk leadership to deliver on a robust financial health strategy, balancing good customer outcomes whilst mitigating credit loss. This includes the whole arrears lifecycle, including pre-arrears, collections and recoveries, and across our lending products in the EU.

As part of our Controllership team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting across our international entities.

Technical Account Management (TAM) is a global team that owns Auth0 customer success within Okta’s broader Customer Success team. We are looking for a Collections Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing global cash flow and delinquency resolution. Based in Madrid with a global focus, you will lead the collections structure, overseeing operations that support our rapidly growing business. The Team:
The Billing Team, as part of our Global Finance Team, is key to our organization's sustained growth by managing the accuracy, timeliness, and processing of all customer invoices to ensure seamless cash collection, the best in class customer experience and revenue realization while providing reliable visibility to the leadership team.
The Role:
In this role, you will lead our billing team within the Financial Shared Service Hub and manage complex invoicing processes across multiple billing entities. This includes connecting the dots between executed contracts and revenue realization, whilst powering up our ability to standardize order-to-cash workflows for highly accurate financial reporting. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for driving system improvements in our Billing tool and ERP platform and supporting the team with day-to-day operational escalations. This role is an excellent opportunity to shape the design of scalable billing architecture in a growing SaaS model, manage multi-entity financial compliance, and keep improving our core order-to-cash best practices.

You:
As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Feedzai, you will play an integral role in the sale of our leading RiskOps platform to high-profile Financial Institutions. You will partner with Feedzai’s sales team to understand clients, prospects and partners’ business, functional and technical needs and demonstrate how those can be achieved through the capabilities of our platform. You not only support effective qualification, but also own the technical dimension that addresses the business needs - you will successfully employ a combination of communication and soft skills, compelling storytelling, solution design and collaboration with a strong solutions design mindset to act as the trusted advisor with the clients. As needed you’ll also be a bridge to our product and development teams, distilling sales engagement feedback for them to help guide our roadmap. Finally you’ll have the organizational skills to do all this, and be able to lead multiple RFP proposals.
