Role Specificities

We’re looking for an engineer who is independent and excited about getting things done. You'll be responsible for building and improving the enterprise endpoint infrastructure and have ownership of the service and its impact on employee productivity at Wave. You will own the entire endpoint stack and be responsible for administration of all enterprise infrastructure, planning and implementation of systems as we rapidly scale our business.

In this role you’ll:

• Join an autonomous team focused on a single area of Wave’s IT org. You will report directly to the IT Director. Typically, you'll be responsible for endpoint Infrastructure end-to-end, from design through deployment and maintenance.
• You will be joining at a time of transformation, in the IT organisation evolving from a flat team structure to areas of skilled ownership.
• Along with the business growing at a pace, taking ownership of projects and business needs such as:
  • Design, build, implement, and maintain scalable and performant endpoint management infrastructure to facilitate best-in-class security of the Wave fleet comprising macOS,  ChromeOS, Windows, iOS, and Android endpoints.
  • Deliver critical endpoint management efficiencies and capabilities through bespoke software development and implementation of both industry-standard open source tooling and first-party software solutions.
  • Employ modern Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) methodologies, develop GitOps-driven solutions to deliver consensus-based fleet management capabilities at scale.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fleet management infrastructure, deploying to progressively tested environments across multiple clouds (Azure, GCP) and geographies (Africa and global remote workforce).
  • Drive initiatives to adopt emerging technologies, industry best practices, and optimise processes for scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless endpoint user experiences while maintaining strict security standards and continually increasing the bar.

Key Details

• This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be based in one of our talent hub countries (UK, Spain, USA, Canada, Kenya and Ghana) or in one of our operating markets in Africa including Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, or Burkina Faso. Your working hours must align with GMT +/- 1, with reliable Internet access as long as you have work authorization.
• Every year, you’ll travel to Africa for a one-week immersion trip. (Wave covers all costs.)
• Our salaries are competitive and are calculated using a transparent formula. For this role, depending on your experience level and location, we are offering a salary range of $133,100 to $194,200 USD (paid in your local currency equivalent) plus a generous equity package.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Endpoint Engineer.
• Experience as a Endpoint Engineer managing multiple, international sites, including single sites of 2,000+ endpoints.
• Good communication skills with stakeholders and expectation management.
• Successful candidates must be willing to travel to our operating countries when required as part of your regular duties. For the first year, up to 50% travel may be required  to review all the current setups.

You might be a good fit if you 

• Proficient in a modern programming (Python) and scripting (Python, Bash, Powershell) languages
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jamf PRO, Google Workspace and Microsoft Intune to ensure comprehensive secure fleet management as well as experience with similar cloud identity providers.
• Demonstrated success and experience with open source endpoint management tooling for configuration management, mobile device management, application management, and telemetry such as Salt, Puppet, Munki, Nano/MicroMDM, osquery, Autopkg, ChromeBrew, WinGet, apt etc.
• History of developing and delivering secure, reliable, scalable, and technology solutions.
• Deep knowledge and experience managing corporate infrastructure at scale with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices & GitOps workflows (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc.)
• Experience integrating and operating fleet management infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Proven track record of deploying and operating fleet management infrastructure in public cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Strong soft skills, including stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Speak French, or are interested in learning.
• Are excessively detail-oriented and seek to achieve excellence in everything you do.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to build, implement and manage top standard SE strategy in an outstanding hyper-growth environment. In this role you’ll help our sales team to evangelize the power of Torq by assessing and understanding the technical business needs of our customers and prospects to help them achieve maximum value from our solution. This is a remote position based in Spain. 

What you’ll do:

• Provide outstanding and effective pre-sales technical expertise and sales engineering processes. 
• Lead the Sales Engineering team in following sales methodology and best practices, as well as ensuring proper use of CRM system
• Partner with sales leadership and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency and meet quarterly and annual sales targets
• Ensure accuracy and accountability with internal systems and tools

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering/solutions engineering working with a SaaS Cloud Security product - Security knowledge (is a must). 
• Fluency in English and French (is a must); fluency in Spanish (is a big advantage).
• Deep understanding of pre-sales engineering and sales stage processes
• Public Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure hands-on) working knowledge/experience 
• Prior Hands on experience with scripting/programming languages with one or more languages such as Python , Powershell , bash , etc and APIs 
• Strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders, including outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Proven self-starter with a motivated attitude to be able to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities simultaneously

Job Title: Hardware Design Engineer

💼 About the role

We’re seeking an experienced hardware design engineer to expand our cryptographic hardware IP team. You would be joining a mature design team with a proven track record of delivering market leading cryptographic IP, your role would expose you to the latest cryptographic standards and allow you to develop for the latest technologies.

We hope that you have at least 5 years of experience working on hardware design of complex IPs targeted at deployment on latest generation FPGAs, preferably with some experience working with cryptographic and security IPs.

 We have been established since 2018, so you would be directly working with the founders and inventors of this deep tech startup. The technology is already a couple of years in the making, its feasibility having been established, funding secured, and it has a clear path to market. This is a great opportunity for career progression and to get a head start in a rapidly expanding segment of the technology industry.

⚒️ What you’ll be doing

• Design and implementation of hardware IP blocks and subsystems.
• Tailoring implementations to FPGAs
• Working with verification engineers to create verification and test plans.
• Creation of reliable, reusable and excellently structured hardware design flows.
• Providing feedback to architects on feasibility of implementation and specification quality.
• Ensuring clean lint and implementation reports for IP blocks and subsystems.

🎯 Required Skills And Qualifications

• A commitment to high quality engineering in all areas of their work, including advocating for the best long-term solutions over the easiest or quickest.
• Optimising designs for both area and performance in FPGA technologies.  
• Experience building hardware IP blocks from scratch, and owning the process from initial specification through to customer delivery.
• Confidence bringing up a design using a basic “designers testbench”.
• Experience with standard commercial EDA Design tooling flows.
• Knowledge of common bus protocols (e.g. AMBA AXI4, AHB).
• Experience building and simulating hardware/software co-designs.
• Confidence in debugging RTL simulations issues.
• Degree or equivalent in Electronics/Computer Science or other related discipline.

🖥️ Specific Technologies You Are Confident Using

• FPGA and emulation experience. We use Xilinx FPGAs extensively for prototyping and hardware/firmware co-development.
• Logical IP design using SystemVerilog.
• Version control using Git.
• Writing System and subsystem level tests in C, using CMake as a build system.
• Confidence using tools like Bash, TCL, CMake and Makefiles safely and sensibly.

As a Senior Product and Creative Marketing Manager will serve as the game-level marketing lead for Bingo Bash and GSN Casino, translating product strategy and audience insights into creative direction, campaign concepts, and go-to-market plans.

What You’ll Do:

Creative Strategy & Performance

• Lead the creative strategy for Bingo Bash and GSN Casino, defining testable hypotheses based on player insights and product priorities.
• Partner with Creative and UA teams to develop, evaluate, and optimize high-performing concepts.
• Translate product positioning into emotionally resonant creative narratives that drive acquisition and reactivation.
• Analyze creative performance data to identify trends, share insights, and guide future iterations.

Product-Connected Campaign Development

• Collaborate with Product Marketing & CRM Manager to identify key in-game beats and translate them into cohesive marketing campaigns.
• Build and execute tentpole campaign plans that leverage all available channels (UA, ASO, in-game, social, partnerships).
• Ensure creative and messaging alignment across launch and live-ops cycles.
• Support development of storylines and thematic campaigns outside of game that strengthen player connection to the games.
  
  

Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with the Director of Product Marketing to define campaign objectives, success metrics, and roadmaps.
• Drive GTM execution in collaboration with UA, ASO, and Product Marketing Manager teams.
• Represent creative and marketing strategy in cross-functional planning meetings.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality, on-brand work.

• Monitor performance across creative, UA, and ASO channels; synthesize learnings into actionable recommendations.
• Share regular reporting and strategic insights with leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, creative strategy, or performance-driven marketing within mobile games or live consumer digital products.
• Proven ownership of creative strategy for live titles, including campaign development across launch and live-ops cycles.

You'll work side-by-side with our existing Barcelona IT Specialist, owning everything from daily helpdesk and onboarding to event AV and hardware lifecycle. Real ownership from day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

Onsite Support & Daily Helpdesk 

• Be the first point of contact for IT requests from Barcelona employees via Slack, walk-up, and our service desk (Freshservice).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on macOS devices (Jamf-managed fleet) and peripherals.
• Handle account access requests, password resets, MFA re-enrollment, and app access through Okta and Google Workspace.
• Escalate complex issues to our IT Administrators and IT Team Lead with full context and logs.

Onboarding & Offboarding 

• Prepare and issue laptops, peripherals, and accessories to new hires; handle all day-1 account setup.
• Collect and process returned equipment from leavers; update asset inventory in AssetSonar.
• Coordinate with HR and Talent for upcoming joiners; manage hardware delivery SLAs.
• Coach new employees on tools, device setup, and company IT processes.

AV & Events Support 

• Set up, support, and troubleshoot end-to-end AV equipment (microphones, video cameras, lighting, displays, and all related gear) for internal events, All-Hands meetings, and external meetups. Note that some events may take place outside regular hours.
• Ensure meeting rooms are ready daily: displays, cameras, microphones, Zoom Rooms, and cables
• Troubleshoot AV issues in real time during events; coordinate with vendors for hardware-level repairs
• Help plan and execute the AV setup for the Barcelona office expansion
• Manage live video broadcasting for meetups and external events, including routing streams to YouTube and various social media platforms.
• Operate and optimize AV setups, utilizing software like OBS Studio or dedicated hardware streaming systems. Continuously look for ways to improve our broadcasting quality and AV workflows.
  
  

Asset Management & Procurement 

• Maintain accurate asset inventory for the Barcelona office (hardware, peripherals, consumables).
• Coordinate local hardware procurement: gather quotes, place orders with vendors, and track deliveries.
• Manage the loaner pool, consumables, and device rotation to avoid aging stock.
• Support hardware refresh cycles and decommissioning workflows.

Office Infrastructure 

• Assist with Wi-Fi, wired connectivity, and printer troubleshooting at the office level.
• Support the Barcelona office expansion: coordinate with vendors and building management on IT infrastructure requirements (cabling, network points, AV installation).
• Help implement improvements to meeting room setup and network reliability.

Documentation & Knowledge

• Maintain IT knowledge base articles, quick guides, and FAQs for Barcelona employees.
• Document solutions to recurring issues and contribute runbooks for the IT team.
• Share feedback with IT Administrators on gaps in current processes and tooling.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥

You’ll need:

• 3+ years of IT support experience in a SaaS or technology company — you've supported real users at scale, handled the full helpdesk lifecycle, and know what good IT operations looks like.
• macOS and Jamf experience: comfortable enrolling devices, pushing profiles, troubleshooting macOS issues; this is a Mac-first environment.
• Hands-on AV, live streaming, and events support: you've set up and operated AV equipment for corporate events and live broadcasts (cameras, microphones, OBS, streaming hardware). You are highly stress-resistant, deeply proactive, and stay completely calm when troubleshooting issues on the fly in front of 100+ people or during a live stream.
• Onboarding/offboarding process experience: you know what "day-1 ready" means and how to deliver it reliably.

Technical Skills

• Google Workspace: user management, basic admin tasks (groups, shared drives, delegation).

• Zoom Rooms setup and administration: controller pairing, display/camera/audio configuration, room kit deployment and troubleshooting as the office is expanding the event space.

About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Engineer (Contractor) to strengthen our day-to-day IT Infrastructure and service operations.

This role focuses on execution, reliability, and operational ownership. You’ll act as a dependable escalation point for complex issues, maintain core systems, and improve workflows that reduce manual effort and increase service quality.

This is a hands-on role where success is measured by stability, responsiveness, and the ability to keep systems running smoothly while improving how work gets done.

Things you will do:

• Act as an escalation point for IT Support, resolving complex incidents and requests while ensuring SLOs and OLAs are met
• Maintain and administer core SaaS platforms including Okta, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Intune
• Execute and improve user lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, access management)
• Support and optimize Jira Service Management workflows, SLAs, and asset data
• Maintain accuracy of asset and license data across systems such as Torii, Jamf, and Firstbase
• Monitor system health and perform regular maintenance, updates, and improvements
• Deliver small-to-medium changes, configuration updates, and improvements with a focus on low risk and clear communication
• Create and maintain clear, structured documentation in Notion for support processes and runbooks
• Analyze support trends and ticket data to identify friction and propose practical improvements
• Implement workflow improvements and automation to reduce repetitive tasks
• Support the preparation of systems and documentation for AI-assisted IT workflows

• Experience in Corporate IT, Internal IT, or Systems Engineering in a SaaS or technology company
• Strong experience with identity and access management (Okta or similar)
• Experience managing endpoints, ideally macOS environments with Jamf (and/or Intune for Windows)
• Experience administering SaaS tools such as Google Workspace and Atlassian
• Solid ITSM foundations (incident, request, and change management)
• Experience working with service desk platforms, ideally Jira Service Management
• Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoints, and SaaS applications
• Experience improving workflows through automation, integrations, or process improvements
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

We’re looking for a Senior IT Engineer to help strengthen the infrastructure and service management foundations behind Typeform’s internal operations.

This role is a mix of systems ownership, operational excellence, and workflow improvement. You’ll take on complex infrastructure and ITSM work, improve how our internal tools are managed, and reduce manual effort through automation and better process design. You’ll also help shape how IT supports the company’s move toward more AI-enabled productivity.

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys improving internal systems at a structural level, is comfortable operating across a broad SaaS stack, and wants to make internal technology more reliable, secure, and scalable.

Things you will do:

• Own and resolve complex IT Infrastructure incidents and service requests, acting as an escalation point for IT Support and helping ensure SLOs and OLAs are met
• Administer, maintain, and improve core internal platforms including Okta, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jamf, Intune, HiBob, Torii, Jira Service Management, and 1Password
• Design and implement automations for onboarding, offboarding, access management, device management, and other internal IT workflows
• Improve the IT service management foundation, including workflows, SLAs, asset data quality, service operations, and knowledge management
• Strengthen the quality and reliability of asset and license management data across systems such as Torii, Jamf, Intune, and Firstbase
• Contribute to internal IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, systems changes, and operational improvements with a focus on low-risk execution and clear communication
• Create and maintain clear, useful, AI-consumable documentation in Notion, including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and architectural context
• Partner with stakeholders across Security, People, Finance, Product Operations, and R&D to assess risk, improve tooling, and support scalable internal operations
• Identify high-value opportunities to reduce toil, improve service quality, and introduce safe AI-assisted workflows in IT

What you already bring to the table:

• Several years of experience in Corporate IT, Internal IT, Systems Engineering, or a similar hands-on role in a modern SaaS or technology company
• Strong experience with identity and access management, ideally with Okta administration
• Strong experience with device management and endpoint operations across macOS and Windows, ideally using Jamf and Intune
• Experience administering a broad SaaS environment and owning internal systems beyond frontline support
• Solid ITSM foundations, including incident, request, change, and problem management in a practical SaaS environment
• Experience working with service desk and service management platforms, ideally Jira Service Management
• Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoints, applications, and general corporate infrastructure
• Experience improving workflows through automation, integrations, APIs, webhooks, or low-code tooling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A high level of ownership, good judgment, and a structured approach to problem-solving
