Role: Senior Integrated Digital Designer
Location: Remote until further notice
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Creative All-round Designer to join our team.
This role requires a multifaceted individual who can seamlessly blend digital, video, print and UX design with a keen eye for detail and innovative thinking.
As a Creative Allrounder, you will contribute to a wide range of projects, primarily for B2B brands.
The ideal candidate is not only skilled but also a team player, reliable, committed to meeting deadlines,
and delivering high-quality work.
What you will be doing:
- Produce a diverse range of B2B communication materials for Print, Digital assets,
eDM Campaigns (UX) and video. - Create engaging visual content for various platforms, including brochures and large-scale technical documents, ensuring clarity and brand consistency.
- Perform basic motion graphics and video editing to produce dynamic and engaging multimedia content.
- Understand and adhere to corporate design and brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions for B2B clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and integrate feedback into design iterations.
- Commit to project timelines and maintain high standards of bot quality and creativity.
- Work closely with Project Managers to scope out work, and estimation of time and effort.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Minimum of 4-7 years combined experience as a Senior Integrated Designer
- Experience working for a fast-paced environment, Creative Agency experience.
- Has an excellent understanding of the technical constraints and design requirements
- Has outstanding all-round design skills, with in-depth knowledge of Adobe CS and After Effects
- Good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of Corporate Brand Guidelines
- Deep understand of Design systems, typography, technical specifications and Art Direction

Role: Mid Digital Integrated Designer
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa (hybrid - 3 days a week in office)
About the role:
Working in partnership with our client, the Mid Digital Integrated Designer takes digital and social content projects from brief to completion. This role will provide new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client’s brand guidelines and will manage the day-to-day running of projects, working within specified timeframes and budgets.
What you will be doing:
- Producing design/ideas to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion
- Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts
- Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation
- Be an entrepreneurial lead on the development of creative and output
- Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence
- Strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client
What you need to be great in this role:
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
- An innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting skills full of ideas across multi-platforms
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar will be advantageous
- Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- An understanding how to work across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook), web design, UI design and storytelling
- An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms
- An understanding of UX and latest Social and Digital technology trends will be advantageous
- Storyboarding Animation concepts
- A great knowledge of branding
- The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients
- 5+ years of relevant experience

- Digital creative production across channels -motion, banners, social, UX, story telling
