We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team. Our goal is to build out seamless cross-border payments involving both crypto and fiat currencies.  This role is pivotal in helping us overcome the challenges to ensure smooth trading processes together with streamlining liquidity management and automation. 

Traditional methods have often resulted in customers grappling with high transaction fees, lengthy delays, and the rigidity of having to choose between fiat and crypto transactions. This hybrid solution will empower our customers to make international payments in their preferred format, whether it be entirely in crypto, entirely in fiat, or a mix of both. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish or other major languages are highly desirable, particularly for sourcing candidates across EMEA and LATAM markets. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and managing an ATS, ideally Greenhouse, is essential for success in this role.

This is a remote-first role, with preferred locations including India, South Africa, Mexico, or other cost-effective regions in Europe. Candidates must be able to work hours that overlap 4-8 hours daily with NYC (EST/EDT) to coordinate effectively with the People team and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full cycle recruiting for technical and HR/workforce roles, including job specs, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding handovers.

We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team. Our goal is to build out seamless cross-border payments involving both crypto and fiat currencies.  This role is pivotal in helping us overcome the challenges to ensure smooth trading processes together with streamlining liquidity management and automation. 

Traditional methods have often resulted in customers grappling with high transaction fees, lengthy delays, and the rigidity of having to choose between fiat and crypto transactions. With our innovative solution, we aim to break down these barriers by allowing a fluid interchange between crypto and fiat currencies. This hybrid solution will empower our customers to make international payments in their preferred format, whether it be entirely in crypto, entirely in fiat, or a mix of both. By enhancing the interoperability between these two transaction modes, we aim to accelerate transaction speed, reduce associated costs, and create a more user-friendly experience. 

Our product and engineering organisation is split into small autonomous squads empowered to own their problem space. You’ll be expected to form strong opinions and execute in a fast but sustainable way, advocating for the simplest solution that achieves the outcomes our customers are looking for.

We are looking for a QA Engineer who views AI as their primary leverage. At BVNK, we aren't just looking for someone to maintain scripts; we want an engineer who views manual, repetitive testing as a problem to be solved with intelligent agents.

• 8+ years of progressive Software Development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead role.
• Experience working with Service, Sales and Data Cloud having implemented Agentforce use cases with Call Center/IVR integrations with Salesforce.
• Expertise in Apex and Visualforce programming experience, and a strong focus on Salesforce Flow (Screen, Record-Triggered, and Auto launched Flows) for declarative automation.
• Proven experience developing modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components.

The Role

The Senior Quality Engineer: Automation & Integration Testing is responsible for ensuring high product quality across multiple teams, with a strong initial focus on manual integration testing between three development teams, alongside building and maintaining automated tests.

The role plays a critical part in validating cross-service workflows, identifying integration risks early, and progressively strengthening automation to support continuous integration and delivery. The engineer collaborates closely with development and product teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute manual integration testing across three development teams, validating cross service workflows, data flows, and end to end customer journeys.
• Design and execute risk-based test strategies, using manual and exploratory testing where automation is not yet feasible or effective.
• Define, build, and maintain automated integration and end to end tests, with a clear focus on gradually reducing manual effort through sustainable automation.
• Collaborate closely with developers to validate integration points, APIs, contracts, and system behaviour across environments.
• Build and maintain test infrastructure and utilities (test data, mocks/stubs, environment configuration) to support both manual and automated testing.
• Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast feedback, clear reporting, and reliable quality gates.
• Triage integration issues, automation failures, and product defects, providing clear diagnostics, root cause analysis, and high-quality defect reports.
• Continuously improve test coverage, automation stability, execution time, and maintainability as systems and team maturity evolve.

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:

• 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering, including hands-on manual testing, integration testing, and automated regression execution.
• Strong experience designing and executing manual integration and exploratory tests across distributed systems.
• 3+ years of Java experience building and maintaining automated tests.
• Hands‑on experience with Karate for API and microservice testing, plus mobile automation for iOS/Android (e.g., Appium) and web automation (e.g. Playwright, Selenium).
• Experience with modern test automation frameworks and tools such as TestNG, JUnit5, Cucumber/Gherkin, and build systems like Maven.
• Strong CI/CD experience running automation in pipelines (GitLab pipelines/runners).
• Daily working knowledge of Git based repositories and modern SDLC practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience using AI assisted tools (e.g., GitLab Duo, Copilot, LLM based assistants) with strong validation of outputs.

Your contribution will be:

Technical Support and Product Expertise: Using the company CRM, Phone or Chat, interact with external customers and partners to resolve all technical issues with Nintex’s products and environments where Nintex products are deployed.  The role is required to use company and third-party training sites to grow knowledge and stay at the forefront of software technology stacks used by Nintex and its customers and become a subject matter expert.  

Customer Engagement and Ambassadorship: The customers must be the central focal point in all interactions, and the role will act as the voice of the customer in all interactions ensuring all defined SLA’s are adhered to ensure their continued success. In this role you must “know your customer”, be able to identify the customer’s technical ability, and customize messaging to ensure the customer has a clear understanding of what is being conveyed to them. The role will anticipate follow-up questions and provide additional documentation to proactively answer ancillary questions or future issues.   

Replications and Knowledge Base: Use company virtual machines and tools to replicate complex customer scenarios, confirm whether behavior is unique to Nintex and document all results into defined Nintex department.  On completion of all cases, the role will participate in knowledge base creation for internal and external consumption to reduce future in-bound case volume and same case issues.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing products developed by the Authentication Advice team, which are crucial to Entersekt’s innovation pipeline. This team is responsible for processing requests reliably and at scale to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our risk assessment, authentication advice, and fraud detection systems.

You will take part in the development of secure, scalable microservices and influence technical direction, best practices, architecture, and design. You will assist the team lead and mentor junior team members and quality assurance engineers while collaborating closely with our cloud-based infrastructure team to build solutions that process and analyse transactions in real time, providing our clients with accurate risk assessments and guidance on effective authentication policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable microservices that process large volumes of requests in real time.
• Assist in the design of new features, ensuring high-performance and secure implementations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in delivering high quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative, data-driven solutions.
• Work closely with DevOps to ensure smooth deployment and scaling of microservices in cloud environments (AWS).
• Drive architectural improvements for high-performance, fault-tolerant systems.

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:

• 5+ years of experience with general-purpose programming languages such as Java, Python, or Golang. Golang experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior team members.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS. Familiarity with key AWS services such as EKS, Aurora, Lambda, S3 and API Gateway, and experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, for managing microservices-based architectures.
• A strong understanding of software architecture, with experience building and scaling microservices for high-performance environments.
• Familiarity with security best practices, including knowledge of cryptography, public key infrastructure (PKI), and secure system design.
• Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and performance tests, to ensure software quality and stability.
• Agile experience: familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies, contributing effectively in cross-functional agile teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience is highly valued.
