The Ideal Candidate
You have three or more years of experience in producing product-related content, preferably within SaaS technology, digital auth or payments sectors. You excel at translating complex technical information into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences, from customer service representatives through technical administrators. Proactive and inquisitive, you are comfortable engaging with engineers and technical staff to distill key insights. You are adept at both structuring and creating content across various media, including training materials, specifications, guides, video transcripts, and schematics. Collaborative by nature, you thrive in a team environment and effectively coordinate with teams to deliver cohesive and impactful product communications.

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, your mission is to bring our brand to life across the full funnel while helping us scale how we design and deliver — through high-quality creative, reusable systems, and well-executed brand touchpoints like swag and events.
This role is focused on strong execution with room to grow. *Please note: This is a 12-month contract role that requires occasional visit to our Cape Town office.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team and alongside a design lead, taking ideas and turning them into clear, high-quality visual outputs across campaigns, content, and brand touchpoints.
A key part of the role is not just delivering assets, but helping us move from one-off design work toward a more scalable system — through templates, reusable assets, and consistent visual patterns.

We’re looking for a Senior GenAI Motion Designer to deliver a wide range of different marketing material, from social assets such as GIFs or Instagram posts, to cutdowns of TVCs, 2D animation, graphics that include motion such as supers or icons, and various graphic elements, based on the provided assets. You will be trained on our AI platform, Pencil, and will be using Pencil along with a range of other AI tools to ensure you deliver high-performing, innovative ads.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion graphics and editing, inclusive of grading and sound design. Experience in 2D animation workflows, from concept development and storyboarding through to final execution is essential. A good knowledge or history of work in Social Media as well as AI is desirable.
Ultimately, as the Senior GenAI Motion Designer, you will create and edit video content, ensure high-quality production, and collaborate with the creative team to meet project goals, through the use of AI as well as traditional tools.

About the role:
We have a great opportunity for an Integrated Designer to work within a new team, to design and deliver a mix of digital, social, and motion assets for a variety of high-profile brands.
You, together with your creative team, will work on a multitude of diverse projects from concept through to delivery ensuring tasks are completed on time and on brand. Your role as an integrated designer is to provide an integrated approach to design problem solving, conceptualisation and implementation of your proposed creative vision and design direction underpinned by a solid framework you’ve built with a carefully considered set of common components across all possible dimension and media spec.
A job well done is an unbreakable & unified design language, a system easily replicated across multi-channelled media categories from digital, social and branding, key visuals, motion graphics and video content and so much more. Strong mixed media design thinking coupled with some wicked right-brain domination tactics, the occasional task to adapt existing assets across digital and social advertising will without a doubt, see nothing but flames.
A strong understanding of conceptualisation, graphic design, animation, illustration, and typography is as essential as the experience to execute projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication. You’ll ideally be from a digital or production agency background with around 10 years’ experience. The expectation is to maintain a fast paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands within our organisation.
