At INFUSE Academy, we turn complex ideas into visuals that make people stop and think. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who leads with clarity, communicates through imagery, and can distill a dense concept into something a learner understands at a glance.
If you can explain the impact of climate change in one image, you are the kind of thinker we want.
What you will bring:
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory
- Experience with data visualization: charts, infographics, diagrams that inform rather than decorate
- A visual storytelling instinct: you find the narrative in the numbers
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools -- you follow what is happening, you experiment, and you actively look for ways to co-create with AI rather than just use it
- Attention to detail and the self-organization to manage multiple projects
What you will do:
- Translate instructional content into visual concepts and storyboards
- Design static graphics, infographics, and course assets that carry meaning on their own
- Collaborate with instructional designers to find the best visual angle for every learning objective
- Co-create with AI tools as a real part of your design process -- bringing new ideas, accelerating output, and pushing what is possible

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to design and launch geospatial web applications that transform satellite data into mission-critical intelligence. You will help build our next-generation monitoring platform, designed to provide near real-time observability of any location on Earth.
While our foundation includes environmental and agricultural monitoring, we are rapidly expanding our core capabilities to support Defense & Intelligence (D&I) and Global Monitoring Services. You will play a key role in evolving this platform into a scalable system built for both tactical decision-making and global-scale analytics.
You bring a track record of designing sophisticated, data-heavy geospatial applications, ideally featuring AI-powered tools or complex enterprise data visualization. You will help shape a frontend architecture that remains performant and intuitive for everything from regional security assessments to global resource management.
This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Berlin, Haarlem, Graz or Ljubljana offices.
Impact You’ll Own:
- Product Design Ownership: Lead the end-to-end process from discovery and prototyping to high-fidelity design.
- GIS Interface Design: Create intuitive, powerful geospatial interfaces that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- User Research: Gather feedback and conduct user interviews in close collaboration with product partners.
- UI Architecture: Define and architect the interaction patterns and design system for Planet’s monitoring platform.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering to ensure top-tier design quality.
- Culture: Help build and elevate Planet's design culture.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience designing complex digital products, especially bringing new technical, SaaS, or B2B products to market.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or an equivalent field.
- End-to-end experience: taking projects from early ideation to live software, and iterating based on feedback.
- Proficiency in Figma and enterprise design systems.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating complex professional projects, your process, and the resulting impact.
- Experience conducting lightweight user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings into actionable improvements.
- A solid core skillset: UX/UI, interaction design, rapid prototyping, accessibility, and visual design principles.
- Ability to work quickly in undefined and ambiguous environments
