Purpose of the role

MSA is a highly multi-disciplinary group started in 2019 to tackle difficult mail delivery, spam, abuse, and account security problems that impact the Proton ecosystem. We built sophisticated systems from scratch that combine human intelligence and machine learning to make tens of millions of realtime or asynchronous decisions each day. Our custom systems have reduced spam filter misclassifications by over 60%, blocked millions of abusive bulk signups, protected hundreds of thousands of users from account compromise by attackers, and mitigated hundreds of DDoS attacks. In the last few years, we have also been building complicated new products, including launching Wallet, Lumo AI, and Meet. We are the main group at Proton working on AI. In order to move fast with limited resources, we are organized into autonomous teams responsible for the whole system, with expertise across infrastructure, data storage, backend, web and mobile apps, machine learning, security and operational excellence. What you will do

MSA builds and operates many services responsible for different domains. You will:

• work with other engineers and analysts to design, build, and operate these systems
• work on special user-facing features involving frontend and backend software development
• You will have the opportunity to play Product or Project Managers roles and lead the whole planning and development process
• be responsible for the operational excellence of the systems/features and their interaction with other systems
• You may work on MSA's custom systems written in Python or on the main Proton API written in PHP or on Proton Web apps written in React or even on native iOS and Android mobile apps

Job requirements

• Deep experience with backend development (Python, PHP, or Go)
• Experience with frontend design and development (JavaScript, React, Typescript, or jQuery)
• Experience building complex production systems
• Experience with data processing and storage (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Elastic, Ceph, ClickHouse)
• Able to work autonomously and lead the whole development process, from design to QA
• Experience with AI tools and AI agents
• Excellent English communications, both written and spoken

Bonus points for: 

• experience with machine learning and real-time prediction systems

About the role

We are looking for a driven, fully fluent German and/or French speaking Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our Proton for Business team. In this role, you won’t just be processing leads; you’ll be the first point of contact for organizations ready to secure their digital infrastructure. You will manage high-volume inbound traffic, qualify high potential opportunities using the SPICED framework to generate new business for our Account Executives, and also take on a full sales cycle role, directly closing smaller, high-velocity business within our Prosumer/Small Office segment.

3. Qualify & Convert: Conduct qualification discussions using the SPICED framework (Situation, Problem, Impact, Critical Event, Decision) to identify genuine business opportunities for Account Executives.
4. Close Deals: Independently close transactions for smaller requirements, turning high-volume inquiries into immediate revenue.
5. Metrics & Continuous Improvement – Own daily/weekly activity KPIs (call and email tasks, touches, meetings booked) and funnel metrics ( first response time, conversion rates, meeting‑to‑pipeline ratio). Use CRM dashboards to surface insights and iterate outreach scripts.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Business Units, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and gather market feedback.
7. Cultural Ambassadorship – Model a high‑energy, resilient mindset; mentor newer BDRs on phone etiquette, objection handling, process flows and tool mastery.

Your profile

• Sales Driven: You have a proven track record in inbound sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.

The team:

This team is part of our VPN department. The team members are spread in different office locations across Europe. They are responsible for raising the quality standards of our native clients on all platforms as well as maintaining, improving and executing test plans. What you will do:

As our iOS Test Automation Engineer, you’ll be the guardian of app quality. You will:

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for iOS.

• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to deliver fast, smooth, and fearless releases.

• Debug, analyze, and triage test failures — helping the team get to the root cause quickly.

JOB SCOPE

• Oversee the profitable growth of retention channels, including but not limited to email, sms, direct mail, popups and push notifications. Where required, you may work within subscription, membership, loyalty programs and more.
• Write briefs and ensure the rest of the team is able to execute on it
• Complete reports with a high degree of accuracy, checking against multiple data points
• Analyse metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of retention efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvements, with Statlas and the Growth Map as your guide.

We’re looking for a Highly Motivated & Hard-Working Head of Growth Marketing to join the team.

As a Head of Growth Marketing, you will be at the heart of crafting data-driven forecasts and executing strategies that push our clients toward their goals. Your actions and initiatives consistently resonate with the core values of CTC Global, serving as a beacon for these principles. At CTC, your trained expertise is invaluable, covering the entire spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition.

• Manage, align & work with the team members of your pod including Google strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist.

• Upkeep of data integrity of your clients across Statlas.
• Be responsible for the execution of the Prophet system for your clients

Client Communication

• You are a champion of communication, ensuring the client is aligned on the Growth Map goals and next steps, while making sure everybody on your team has clarity on what is required with exact deadlines.
• Responsible for sending daily performance updates to the client
• Ensure alignment across Strategy and Forecast with the client for every day of the week.
• Providing weekly updates on the Weekly Strategy Call.

You will merge the Finance and Marketing sides of a business to build a forecasted strategy to help the business achieve its goal.

SALARY RANGE

• First month: $2,000 
• Second month: $4,000
• Third month (on average): $7,000 a month
• 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000-$76,000
• 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000-$120,000

This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
