About the team

The Role: Senior Associate, Treasury Operations
The Senior Associate, Treasury Operations will be a key contributor in the overall evolution of Gemini’s Payments ecosystem and a critical participant in the implementation of best-in-class payments architecture and operations processing infrastructure. The person in this role will be tasked with maintaining all customer fund flows in and out of our bank accounts, while also preparing monthly summaries and journal entries for global customer cash to be used in financial reporting. They will assist in streamlining current payment processes, as well as assist in the rollout of future Payment products. Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the primary expert on stablecoins, digital payment token (DPT) regulations, cross-border transfer rules, the Travel Rule, and technology risk requirements.

You will be leading Xendit Group’s Finance and Accounting department, overseeing several areas such as Accounting, Treasury, Internal Audit and Tax. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who is able to support both high-level complex accounting and finance responsibilities as well as not being afraid to dive into the details on a day-to-day basis.
You will be working closely with the CEO and COO as part of the executive team, as well as manage the current team of +40 in the finance org in different countries from junior to senior level.
