The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
Moloco is seeking a strong communications leader to help build and execute our APAC communications strategy across both external and internal programs.
As Moloco continues to rapidly grow and add prominent customers, strong talent, and new technology capabilities, how we show up in key APAC markets will shape our regional reputation and our ability to attract and retain the best talent across the region. We're looking for someone who brings both big-picture narrative thinking and hands-on craft; someone who is equally comfortable crafting narratives, coaching leaders, pitching journalists directly, and managing complex agency partnerships across multiple markets.
This role requires someone who believes that external and internal communications are two sides of the same coin, and who has both the global perspective and the local market fluency to bring that belief to life across a diverse and dynamic region.
In this role, you will go beyond traditional PR to create a dynamic, creative approach to regional storytelling: shaping narratives through earned media, executive thought leadership, owned content, and strategic partnerships, while ensuring employees across the region feel informed, connected, and aligned with Moloco's global strategy.
This role partners closely with key leaders across the region and the broader organization, and reports to Moloco's Head of Communications.

What This Role Is
Manifest Global is building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility. The irony is not lost on anyone internally: a company whose mission is to connect talent to opportunity across borders needs to be exceptionally good at finding, attracting, and closing the right people itself. Right now, that function is not yet what it needs to be.
The hiring infrastructure exists. Greenhouse is live. Recruiters are in place across regions. Roles are being filled. But the function operates reactively — responding to requisitions rather than shaping teams, filling seats rather than building toward a hiring strategy that is six months ahead of the business. The pipelines for critical roles are thin. The employer brand is inconsistent across brands and geographies. Hiring manager confidence in the TA function is not where it should be.
That is what this role exists to change.
The Head of Talent Acquisition owns how Manifest hires — across all four brands, across Singapore, Delhi, London, and beyond — and is accountable for building a function that the business genuinely relies on. Not a support function that processes requisitions. A strategic capability that helps leadership make better decisions about their teams, moves fast on critical hires, and raises the quality of every person who joins the group.
This is one of the highest-leverage roles in the business. Rohan's view is explicit: talent is the number one operating lever at Manifest. The person who builds the hiring engine that delivers on that belief will have shaped every other function in the group.
What Makes This Role Different
Most TA leadership roles are either operational — run the process, hit the numbers, manage the team — or strategic — sit in leadership meetings, advise on org design, produce frameworks. This one has to be both, and it has to be both simultaneously.
Manifest is a house of brands. Cialfo, BridgeU, Explore, and Kaaiser each have different talent markets, different hiring volumes, different seniority profiles, and different employer brand positions. Building a TA function that works across all four — without collapsing their distinctiveness into a generic group hiring process — requires someone who thinks in systems and executes in specifics.
It also requires someone who is comfortable being the person who raises the bar. The Head of TA at Manifest is not the person who makes hiring easier by lowering the standard when the pressure is on. They are the person who makes the case for the right hire even when the business wants to move fast. That is a harder role to play. It is also the one that makes the difference.
What You Own
The global hiring engine across all four brands
The standard for what great looks like
The TA team
Data, metrics, and visibility
Systems, process, and employer brand
What Success Looks Like
The markers below reflect where the TA function is today. The business will have moved by the time you join — new hires in progress, new priorities surfaced, new brands at different stages of growth. We'll calibrate the specifics together once you're in the seat. These are directional, not fixed.
That said, the shape of success is clear.
You'll start by building a complete picture of the current state — the team, the pipelines, the processes, the metrics, the gaps between what the business needs and what the function is currently delivering. You'll have a point of view on where to move first and what the highest-leverage changes are.
From there, the function will be measurably better. Hiring managers will have more confidence in the TA team and the pipelines it builds. Critical roles will be filled faster and with better candidates. The team will be operating with more ownership and more commercial awareness than before.
Over time, hiring at Manifest will be a genuine competitive advantage — a function that the business builds strategy around rather than reacts to, that gives leaders real visibility into their talent pipeline, and that attracts people to Manifest who would not have found their way here otherwise.
The specifics will be calibrated once you're in the role. The direction won't change.
What You Bring
You have eight or more years in talent acquisition, with meaningful global hiring experience and a track record of building TA functions in fast-growing, multi-market environments. You have hired for complex, business-critical roles — not just at volume, but for the kinds of hires that change what a business is capable of. You have built the processes that make hiring consistent without making it slow.
You are genuinely strategic with leadership. You can sit in a business planning conversation and contribute something useful — not just take the brief, but push back on it, add context, and help leaders think about their teams more clearly. You have done this before and you have the credibility to do it with senior stakeholders who are used to being the ones setting direction.
You are also comfortable being hands-on. At Manifest's stage, the Head of TA is not a function that delegates everything downward. There will be critical searches where you are in the candidate conversations directly. There will be hiring manager relationships that need to be built personally. You do not treat that as beneath the role — you treat it as part of what makes the function work.
You think in systems. You see a hiring bottleneck and you want to understand what is causing it at the structural level, not just fix the immediate case. You build processes that scale because you have thought through how they break under pressure, not just how they work when everything is running smoothly.
You are comfortable raising the bar even when the business wants to lower it. You have had the conversation with a hiring manager who wants to make an offer on a candidate who is not quite right, and you have had it in a way that was useful rather than obstructive. That is a skill. You have it.
Most importantly, you read the description of what Manifest is building and your first reaction was "talent acquisition done well is one of the most important things a company at this stage can get right — and I know how to get it right." That's the person this role is for.
Why Manifest
Manifest Global is building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility — connecting students, schools, universities, and employers across 50+ countries. Our portfolio spans Cialfo (AI-powered college counseling, 2,000+ schools), BridgeU (university guidance for international schools globally), Kaaiser (trusted study abroad counseling since 1997 across India and Southeast Asia), and Explore (AI-powered university outreach, 1,000+ university partners). Together, we move talent across borders at scale. $700B flows annually in remittances from migrant workers. 85M workers will be missing from developed economies by 2030. We're building the operating system that changes that. $80M raised. Still early.
For this role specifically, talent is the number one operating lever at Manifest. Every other function — product, engineering, operations, commercial — performs at the level of the people in it. The Head of TA is the person who shapes that level across the entire group. It is not a support function. It is the meta-lever. The person who builds the hiring engine at Manifest in the next twelve months will have done more to determine what this company becomes than almost any other hire the business makes.
Manifest Global is building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility, operating across 50+ countries with $80M raised from Tiger Global, SIG, and Square Peg.

As a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer at GitLab, you will work at the intersection of customer outcomes, product direction, and hands-on engineering. This role is focused on strategic accounts in the APJ region, where you will help customers adopt GitLab and the GitLab Duo Agent Platform in complex enterprise environments, including self-managed, regulated, and constrained deployments. You will guide deep technical discovery, design practical adoption paths, and build reusable solutions that help customers move from early platform use into broader CI/CD, security, compliance, and AI-enabled workflows.
This is not a traditional consulting role centered on one-off delivery. Instead, you will use customer issues to create durable technical assets, shape architecture patterns, and influence upstream product and engineering decisions when field needs point to a broader solution. Your work will help reduce time to value for strategic customers while improving how GitLab scales adoption across similar environments.
Some examples of our projects:
The Staff Forward Deployed Engineer works closely with teams across Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, product, and engineering to solve hard adoption problems in enterprise customer environments. We focus on high-leverage technical work for strategic customers, especially when standard approaches do not fully fit the environment or the adoption challenge.
We are especially valuable in situations where self-managed deployment models, security and compliance requirements, migration complexity, or AI platform adoption create barriers that standard approaches do not fully address. Success on our team comes from strong technical judgment, a bias for reuse, and the ability to balance immediate customer needs with long-term platform impact.
Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet every single requirement. Additionally, studies have shown that people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to a job unless they meet every single qualification. We are seeking a Security Manager, Application Security to drive the AppSec team at the tactical and operational level within the Security Platforms & Architecture (SPA) sub-department. The Application Security team is a key and critical stakeholder in securing GitLab’s product offerings.
In this role, you will manage and develop a team of Application Security Engineers (Intermediate through Staff) who perform security reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability triage, and secure design consultations across GitLab’s product surface. Your team is the front line of Product Security: the people reading the merge requests, talking to engineers, and evaluating features’ security posture before they are released to customers.
You will operate in an environment where feature delivery and platform capabilities are accelerating, architectures and technologies are evolving, and teams are continually balancing ambitious product goals with a strong security posture. In this context, you will help Product Security:
Application Security Engineers are part of our Security Platforms & Architecture team, which protects GitLab’s platform and products by identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating security risks across the entire product lifecycle. Composed of Security Architecture, Application Security, and Security Research, we combine strategic security architecture with operational application security to enable GitLab to be the most secure software factory platform on the market.
The AppSec team operates on a set of guiding principles rooted in the leader-leader model: decisions belong where the information lives, every team member is a leader, not a task executor, and operational hygiene is non-negotiable. The manager is the primary steward of these principles.

As a New Business Account Executive in APAC, you'll be at the forefront of GitLab's growth strategy, focused on acquiring new logos and expanding our market presence across APAC. You'll work with sophisticated buyers at high-growth companies and enterprises, navigating complex sales cycles while staying focused on building pipeline and progressing deals in a sustainable way. You'll guide prospects through their first evaluations of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform, building a healthy, sustainable pipeline that translates into new Net ARR and long-term opportunity.
In this role, you'll act as a key connector between prospective customer stakeholders and GitLab's field organization so prospects see GitLab as a trusted partner from the first interaction through close. You'll build and own a greenfield APAC territory, establish repeatable new logo sales motions, and regularly forecast and report on deal progress, prospecting activities, and pipeline health. This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines enterprise-level sophistication with a strong sense of initiative and responsiveness. You know how to sell innovation and change through customer vision expansion, shorten decision cycles while building trust at the C-level, and confidently position GitLab as the most comprehensive AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You'll own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach through close, help build a healthy pipeline, and engage in regular outbound prospecting to break into new accounts and build relationships from scratch.
What you'll bring
The New Business Sales team is responsible for driving growth, adoption, and long-term value for GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform with customers across high-growth and enterprise segments in APAC. As a New Business Account Executive, you'll join a distributed, fully remote team that works asynchronously across APAC and partners closely with GitLab's solutions architects, marketing, sales development, and customer success teams. We value transparency, collaboration, and a growth mindset, and we support one another through shared territory planning, regular deal strategy sessions, and ongoing knowledge sharing so we can open and grow new customer relationships.
Our New Business team operates like a startup within the company. We're innovators, prospectors, and market makers who stay close to our customers and continually refine our account strategy. We're looking for proactive New Business Account Executives who enjoy exploring new opportunities and opening doors with accounts that may not know us yet.
The team culture is built on drive, accountability, and continuous improvement. We share competitive intelligence, celebrate wins together, learn thoughtfully from losses, and support each other in getting better every day. You'll be surrounded by colleagues who are passionate about enterprise sales, curious about AI and DevSecOps, and committed to building something special.
As a New Business Account Executive, you'll report to the Director of New Business Sales and work closely with a dedicated SDR pod, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success. We invest in your development with regular 1:1 coaching, deal strategy sessions, and ongoing enablement so you can grow your career while helping us build something special in the APAC market.
Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet every single requirement. Additionally, studies have shown that people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to a job unless they meet every single qualification. As a Senior Engineer on the Runway team, you'll lead the design, evolution, and operation of the Kubernetes-based platform and developer tooling that powers GitLab's engineering organization. You'll drive strategic infrastructure initiatives across platform architecture, automation, and developer experience. That includes operating production Kubernetes clusters across cloud environments, scaling our ArgoCD-based GitOps workflows, and setting infrastructure-as-code practices and standards across teams. You'll mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, and drive platform improvements that enhance reliability, observability, and security controls like RBAC and secrets management. Your work will establish clear patterns that make it easier for application teams to adopt modern practices and ship with confidence.
Some examples of our projects:
The Runway team builds and operates the Kubernetes-based platform and developer tooling that GitLab engineers use to ship changes safely and reliably. We own core platform capabilities like production cluster lifecycle management, GitOps-based delivery workflows (ArgoCD), infrastructure as code foundations (Terraform modules and standards), and the reliability and observability practices that keep the platform healthy. We collaborate asynchronously with application and security partners to onboard services, improve self-service workflows, and strengthen controls like RBAC, network policies, and secrets management. The team's focus is reducing friction for developers while improving consistency, security, and operational confidence as the platform scales. For more on how this team works, see the Team Handbook Page.

As Senior Commercial Counsel in APJ, you’ll help GitLab grow across Asia-Pacific and Japan by bringing legal clarity to complex commercial deals. Reporting to the Director, Legal, Commercial, you’ll work closely with regional Sales and cross-functional partners to negotiate sophisticated agreements, manage cross-border legal questions, and turn varied local requirements into practical deal strategies. As a Senior Recruiter at GitLab, you'll support hiring across our APAC Sales teams, including Direct Sales, Solution Architecture, and other teams across the Sales organization. You'll play a key role in helping hiring teams attract and hire strong talent across multiple countries in the region, while creating a positive and consistent experience for candidates throughout the process.
In this role, you'll manage full lifecycle recruiting, shape sourcing strategies using market insights, and work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to keep searches moving with clarity and focus. You'll work in an all-remote, globally distributed environment where asynchronous communication, documentation, and accountability are part of how we operate every day. The team values clear hiring processes, practical use of data, and strong partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies so we can hire effectively across different countries and talent markets. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys ownership, regional complexity, and the opportunity to help shape hiring outcomes in a growing business.
