The Event Technology Manager is responsible for managing all technological aspects of event registration, including overseeing registration websites, database management, and troubleshooting technical issues. This role ensures consistency and accuracy of event data, generates lists upon request, and supports the event delivery team with event coordination.

CRM Operations is the engine room of modern lifecycle marketing. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, engineering, and data. The person who fills this role will define how efficiently we build, scale, and future-proof our CRM capability across all brands.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond campaign execution. You will own our engagement platform end-to-end, be the primary bridge between CRM, tech, and data, and raise the ceiling on what our CRM programmes can deliver — technically and commercially.

What You Will Own

1. Braze Platform Ownership — Across All Brands

• Be the definitive internal expert and platform owner for Braze across every brand we operate.
• Maintain the canonical operational repository: naming conventions, tagging taxonomy, event and attribute catalogue, link builders, and campaign documentation standards.
• Govern platform hygiene — segment integrity, data event definitions, canvas versioning, and template libraries — so that every team works from a single source of truth.
• Define and enforce best practices for platform usage, and train peers and adjacent teams to operate within them effectively.
• Own deliverability health monitoring: spam rates, bounce rates, ISP reputation signals, and escalation pathways for any platform-level incidents.

2. CRM Tech Stack Strategy & Integration

• Act as the primary CRM stakeholder in all martech and data engineering conversations — scoping requirements, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring delivery meets business needs.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of new CRM capabilities: channels (in-app, push, SMS, WhatsApp), personalisation infrastructure, AI-driven segmentation, and Connected Content extensions.
• Own the integration layer between Braze and the broader data ecosystem — data warehouse syncs, Currents pipelines, CDPs, and event tracking — working closely with data engineering to keep data flows clean, timely, and reliable.

• Run structured enablement sessions and create reference materials that reduce dependency on tribal knowledge and accelerate onboarding.
• Represent CRM Ops in cross-functional product and data squads, ensuring the CRM programme's requirements are scoped, prioritised, and delivered.

What do we teach?

Through a combination of live instruction, supported study with independent work, unit projects (individual and team-based) and 1:1 support to master full-stack web development, we prepare our learners to  become full stack software engineers with experience in solving real world engineering problems.

Our curriculum is designed to guide students through the software development process, starting from foundational concepts to advanced applications. We begin with the basics of programming using JavaScript and introduce web design with HTML and CSS. From there, we progress to simple web development, followed by more advanced front-end techniques using React.js.

The course then transitions to backend development, focusing on Express.js, API creation, and database management. Approximately 50% of the course is dedicated to JavaScript-based frontend development, 25% to backend development with a focus on APIs, databases, and security, and the remainder on backend development using an additional programming language.

Additionally, we equip learners with essential skills for the workplace, including source control, team collaboration, and developer workflows, ensuring they are well-prepared for working in cross-functional team environments.

The Software Engineering Bootcamp consists of four units:

• Unit 1: Fundamentals of Software Engineering
• Unit 2: Front-End Development
• Unit 3: Full-Stack Development
• Unit 4: Data and Back-End Development

What do we teach?

Through a combination of live instruction, supported study with independent work, unit projects (individual and team-based) and 1:1 support to master full-stack web development, we prepare our learners to  become full stack software engineers with experience in solving real world engineering problems.

Our curriculum is designed to guide students through the software development process, starting from foundational concepts to advanced applications. We begin with the basics of programming using JavaScript and introduce web design with HTML and CSS. From there, we progress to simple web development, followed by more advanced front-end techniques using React.js.

The course then transitions to backend development, focusing on Express.js, API creation, and database management. Approximately 50% of the course is dedicated to JavaScript-based frontend development, 25% to backend development with a focus on APIs, databases, and security, and the remainder on backend development using an additional programming language.

Additionally, we equip learners with essential skills for the workplace, including source control, team collaboration, and developer workflows, ensuring they are well-prepared for working in cross-functional team environments.

The Software Engineering Bootcamp consists of four units:

• Unit 1: Fundamentals of Software Engineering
• Unit 2: Front-End Development
• Unit 3: Full-Stack Development
• Unit 4: Data and Back-End Development

Learning is assessed through four major projects (two independent projects, one team project, and a final course capstone), in addition to smaller projects and labs. About 20% of the overall class time is dedicated to supporting learners’ project work.

Skills and Qualifications

• You have at least 4+ years of experience working on a software development team.
• Familiarity with Computer Science topics, such as: Recursion, Sorting, Search, Linked Lists, Stacks and queues, Sets, Trees, Search Tries, Graphs, Hash tables, and Design patterns
• You have working experience in both front-end and back-end development, and are fluent in:
• HTML and CSS
• Full-stack JavaScript (strong JavaScript highly preferred)
• At least one JS MV* framework (React preferred)
• SQL databases (we generally use PosgreSQL)
• NoSQL (we generally cover MongoDB and Redis)
• At least one additional object-oriented language (Python highly preferred)

• Priority will be given to applicants with the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) /Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), awarded by the Institute of Adult Learning Singapore.

This role is based in Singapore and is delivered in a hybrid (campus and online) format, requiring instructors to reside in Singapore and have an eligible work permit or be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident. (We are not currently sponsoring employees.)

• Unit 1: Rapid Prototyping, Design Iteration, and Usability Testing
• Unit 2: User Interface and Visual Design Foundations
• Unit 3: Working on a Product Team
• Unit 4: UX in the Real World

Learning is assessed through an assignment journal, two independent projects (a mobile app and e-commerce store) as well as one team project spotlighting a local business. For the final course capstone, student teams are partnered with a local startup in a pro-bono capacity to solve a user experience problem; previous startups include Rently, Sojourner Brother, Managed, Omni App Solutions, and Geniebook.

• You have at least 2 years of experience using Figma in a professional capacity, including the following: creation of component libraries, design systems, and high-fidelity prototypes; proficiency in basic and advanced features like autolayout, components, variables, and prototyping; familiarity with emerging features like Figma AI, Figma slides, and developer mode; a strong grasp of real-time collaboration, developer handoff, and plugins.
• You have experience teaching, mentoring, and/or coaching user experience designers in a professional and/or volunteer capacity (e.g. ADP List mentor).
