About the team:

We have multiple teams in Shanghai and Shenzhen working on a suite of core products and services that enable Flexport operation to scale, including Forwarding Application, Client Application, Shipper Application, WMS, Consol Planning Tool, Document Platform (AI empowered), Email Platform, Compliance Platform, Work Assignment Engine, Exception Management, AI Copilot, Insight Builder (AI Data Analytics) and so on. 

In addition, we have a NAWS (Native AWS) team that develops infrastructure solutions for our products and services using the latest Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technology: CDKTF (Cloud Development Kit for Terraform). Our scope includes, but is not limited to, CI/CD, observability, DevX, data subsetting (TS3), IaC, template engines, and various open-source projects. Additionally, the team provides technical guidance to engineers across the organization.

You should have:

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience writing software, and a strong engineering background.
• 2+ years of design and architecture knowledge as well as familiarity with object-oriented analysis and design patterns (OOA/OOD)
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as TypeScript, Ruby, C, C++, Java, or Kotlin
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager specializing in Bedding to lead our sourcing efforts across China and Southeast Asia (SEA). In this role, you'll play a key part in building and managing supplier relationships to ensure our bedding products (such as premium down and premium down alt comforters, pillows, mattress pads and covers, etc.) meet Quince's high standards for quality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency. THE OPPORTUNITY

MiQ is looking for a Product Manager to focus on localising and developing products & solutions for China. The Product Manager will support in scaling MiQ’s product offering by researching, scoping and developing scalable solutions for MiQ teams and clients alike.

This role requires a good mix of internal team collaboration as well as stakeholder management. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Product & Solutions Manager is tasked with building new and localising & enhancing existing MiQ products & solutions for the China Outbound and MENA markets. 

DELIVERING PRODUCT PORTFOLIO

• Ensure all Products under your Portfolio are delivering against product objectives and market OKRs – as per set timelines
• Update timelines for Product & Solutions roadmap internally and externally periodically – based on pace set by VP Operations, Emerging Markets
• Ideate and contribute to product localisation for the China Outbound market – including training, localisation of collateral (in collaboration with Marketing)
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, sales, trading, account management and CoE teams
• Relentlessly pursues adoption of best practices in product management across different work streams, continuously evaluates how teams are operating and ensures consistency & timely project delivery
• Creation and regular updates on product best practices for Commercial and Operations teams at MiQ

PRODUCT & BUSINESS STRATEGY

• Analyse product utilisation data and make recommendations related to regional product strategies and processes

THE ROLE

Sourcing Manager - Intimates/Lounge/Swim (HK/China)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scout for vendor partners in China/Hong Kong who can manufacture high quality Intimates/Lounge/Swim with fast production lead time
• Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale, if the test period is successful.
• Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current Quince categories, while expanding a redundant supplier base  improving Quince's product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable sales and profitability

Quality Assurance Manager

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Manager who will be accountable for the governance of Quality and Compliance product requirements and lead Quality initiatives for our Apparel, Footwear, Bags and Accessories categories. In this role, you will serve as the guardian of product integrity. You will partner closely with cross functional teams to define strict product specifications and inspection plans, while managing third-party relationships to execute a robust global testing program. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 8 years+ experience in quality assurance including testing and compliance specifically for apparel, footwear, bags & accessories

• Ownership experience in building or managing category-level quality specs from concept to launch

Job Description

• Handle accounting, filing, and management of core taxes (corporate income tax, VAT, and VAT Refund) to ensure true, accurate, and complete declarations.
• Interpret preferential tax policies, maintain tax auxiliary ledgers and annual records, preserve high-tech enterprise and Qianhai preferential status, apply for incentives, and ensure full implementation of applicable policies.
• Respond to tax bureau inquiries and inspections; lead audit responses, mitigate risks, and limit any additional tax or penalties while safeguarding corporate reputation and business continuity.

• Align shipping and loading schedules with business teams, submit timely VAT Refund filings, coordinate with platforms, customs, and brokers to resolve issues, and support foreign exchange settlement write-offs.
• Maintain the Export Customs Declaration Ledger, submit weekly reports to the Finance Manager, monitor new customs and VAT Refund policies, analyze impacts, and propose process improvements.
• Resolve declaration exceptions (inspections, document discrepancies, HS code challenges); conduct self-inspections, support on-site audits, and build strong relationships with tax and customs authorities.

Requirement

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scout for vendor partners in China/Hong Kong or SEA who can manufacture high quality Men's Outerwear products with fast production lead time
• Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale, if the test period is successful.
