About the team
The Devices Hardware Engineering team is responsible for the core physical products that bring the Roku experience into millions of homes. We design and develop the industry-leading hardware that powers our ecosystem, including set-top boxes, streaming sticks, remotes, and innovative new devices. As a seasoned team of engineers, we focus on delivering high-performance, cost-effective, and reliable consumer electronics at a global scale. We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where technical excellence, autonomy, and the ability to navigate the complete design lifecycle are essential to our success.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to join the Devices Hardware Engineering team. Based in Shenzhen, you will be our team’s first EE hire in Asia, serving as a critical bridge between our headquarters and our manufacturing partners. You will develop and lead exciting new products (set-top boxes, streaming players, remotes) through the complete design lifecycle, from initial concept to mass production (MP).
The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-starting team player who can manage multiple projects and thrive during rapid development cycles. You will possess the expertise and determination to ensure projects stay on target regarding design, quality, schedule, and cost.
What you'll be doing
- Design Ownership: Own the complete electrical system (BOM/Schematics/PCB) for new products.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with US-based Software, Mechanical Engineering, and Program Management teams.
- Component Selection: Identify and qualify components based on performance, reliability, cost, and local availability/lead times.
- Validation: Plan and lead hardware validation (EVT/DVT/PVT) for your designs.
- On-site Factory Support: Provide immediate, on-the-ground support for factory builds, assisting with test station setup, failure analysis (FA), and yield improvement.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for local JDMs, ODMs, and component suppliers.
We’re excited if you have
- Experience: 7+ years of hardware engineering experience in embedded system design (Senior/Lead level preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
- Mass Production: A proven track record of shipping high-volume consumer electronics.
- Manufacturing Expertise: Deep experience working directly on-site with JDMs/ODMs/CMs in Asia.
- Tools: Proficiency with OrCAD and Altium design suites. Expert knowledge of PCB layout rules for high-speed designs.
- Technical Breadth: Strong skills in schematic design, high-speed signal integrity (DDR, PCIe), power delivery, RF (WiFi/BT), and ESD/EMI compliance.
- Lab Skills: Mastery of high-speed oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
- Software: Ability to write low-level scripts (Python/C) for hardware validation.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
- Independent: Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision during Asia business hours.
- Communicative: A transparent and proactive communicator who provides detailed regular updates to the US team.
- Flexible: Willing to adjust working hours occasionally for sync meetings with US-based teams.

- Proven experience with FATP and managing projects involving EE, PD/ME, and testing.
- Demonstrated competency in fast-paced environments with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience collaborating with contract manufacturers and JDM/ODM suppliers for components like camera, wireless, and audio.
- Communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in data analytics, utilizing tools such as Jira Xray or PowerBI to construct dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HW EE/PD system integration as a Technical Program Manager.
- Deep understanding of the requirements and development process for creating consumer electronics.
- Experience in developing 0-to-1 products working with both JDM and CM vendor engagement models.
- Familiarity with critical consumer device technologies such as wireless, camera, and audio.
- PMP or PMI certification is preferred.

As an RF De-Sense Engineer specializing in wireless consumer devices like smartphones and wearables, you will tackle the intricate challenges of electromagnetic interference to deliver high-performance wireless solutions. Your expertise will drive the integration of more features and sensors into compact form factors, optimizing technologies such as WiFi and Bluetooth.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end RF desense systems, covering architecture, design, validation, troubleshooting, and production to ensure optimal wireless performance.
- Analyze product operations' impact on wireless performance, identifying potential noise sources and desense risks.
- Review and evaluate product designs at various stages, including schematic, board layout, and mechanical structure.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams—including wireless, mechanical, electrical, and software engineers—on research, prototyping, and implementation.
- Utilize RF desense concepts like shielding, grounding, filtering, and isolation to inform design and debugging, leveraging both measurement and simulation data.
- Design and develop desense test methods and setups, executing comprehensive validation exercises.
- Propose corrective actions to address identified desense issues and effectively communicate validation results through organized reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in RF design and wireless technologies.
- Strong understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit analysis.
- Proficiency in RF schematic and PCB layout best practices.
- Hands-on experience with general-purpose RF test equipment, including Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, and Oscilloscope.
- Knowledge of electromagnetic simulations and familiarity with tools such as Ansys HFSS and CST Microwave Studio.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF hardware or Electromagnetics.
- 2+ years of experience in desense development for consumer products or RF hardware/antenna design in wireless electronics.

Overview
We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.
What You’ll Do
- Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
- Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
- Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.
- Collaborate with others on the AI Team and Speechify Leadership to craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap to power Speechify’s next-generation consumer and enterprise products.
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments
- Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we use GCP)
- Experience with web crawlers, large-scale data processing workflows is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- The Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Management will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of supply chain technology solutions that support planning, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and operational excellence across the organization. Job Description
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for supply chain management products and capabilities, covering areas such as demand planning, inventory management, replenishment, order orchestration, fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain visibility.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, supply chain operations, planning, sourcing, logistics, customer service, and technology teams to gather requirements, define priorities, and translate business needs into scalable product solutions and technical specifications.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery and business case development through solution design, delivery, testing, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Identify pain points and improvement opportunities across supply chain workflows, and develop product enhancements that improve service level, inventory health, speed, cost efficiency, operational control, and customer experience.
- Drive AI-enabled product initiatives in the SCM domain, including demand forecasting, replenishment optimization, allocation logic, anomaly detection, exception management, intelligent recommendations, and LLM-based productivity or decision-support use cases.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, data, and analytics teams to ensure SCM products and AI capabilities are scalable, reliable, secure, and well integrated with enterprise platforms such as ERP, OMS, WMS, TMS, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to define use cases, evaluation methodologies, performance measures, and measurable business outcomes for AI and algorithm-driven product capabilities.

Requirements
- Strong product management experience with proven track record in supply chain management, operations technology, or enterprise platforms supporting supply chain workflows.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, and exception handling.
- Experience in managing digital products or platforms in SCM-related domains such as ERP, OMS, WMS, TMS, planning systems, or related operational systems.
- Practical experience with AI, data science, machine learning, or algorithm-driven solutions, especially in business use cases such as forecasting, optimization, recommendation, anomaly detection, or intelligent workflow automation.
- Good understanding of how AI and LLM technologies can be applied to supply chain use cases, including decision support, knowledge access, workflow productivity, and operational insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex operational challenges into structured product solutions.
- Experience in defining product roadmap, writing business requirements, managing backlog, and working closely with engineering and data teams in agile delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work effectively across operations, planning, logistics, sourcing, customer service, technology, and leadership teams.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and detail management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain product concepts and technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Known for promoting structured product thinking, user-centric design, and data-driven decision-making.
- At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience in product management, supply chain technology, or related digital transformation roles.
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, omnichannel, or fast-paced consumer business environments is highly preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in multicultural environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines; advanced degree is a plus.
