We are hiring Data Site Reliability Engineers (Data SREs) to join our Global Data Engineering organization. This is an operations-focused role, responsible for ensuring the reliability, correctness, and availability of Optiver’s most critical data pipelines and platforms, many of which directly support trading and research workflows. You will be part of a globally distributed team, operating and monitoring data systems across regions.
In practice, this role combines deep technical ownership with operational responsibility. Data SREs work closely with data engineers, platform teams, and trading-facing stakeholders to ensure production data systems meet strict reliability, freshness, and correctness expectations. Beyond keeping systems running, they help evolve how we operate data platforms at scale by improving automation, observability, and operational standards across the firm. The systems supported by Data SREs include large-scale batch and streaming data pipelines, data quality and freshness monitoring, and globally operated platforms supported by follow-the-sun operational models. These systems are often on the critical path for trading and research, where data delays or inaccuracies can have immediate business impact.

Project Quality Engineer
Responsibilities
Responsible for establishing and improving the APQP requirements of the project, implementing APQP control in each stage of the project, and ensuring the development quality of cells, modules and packs
Responsible for planning project quality objectives and reliability objectives, and implementing them at all stages of the project
Communicated with each business manager within the project team, decomposed and implemented the after-sales quality target
Responsible for establishing the passing conditions of each project node, carrying out the completion review, and exporting the quality opinions during the project node
Fully responsible for the quality of the project life cycle, ensure that the project research and development process is under control, promote the analysis and solution of the trial-production, experimental quality problems and after-sales problems of each project
Summary of project quality experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, CET-4 or above, good English communication and coordination skills
More than 2 years of battery research and development projects, quality management and process management; At least 1 year R&D project management experience in related industry
Have the ability of quality system review and on-site audit, and can independently issue audit report
Strong communication skills, organization and coordination skills
Familiar with quality management system, quality management process and common quality management tools and analysis methods
