We are seeking a performance-driven Marketing Director, Greater China to lead our regional marketing function as we enter our next phase of growth. This role owns Greater China marketing strategy and execution, with clear accountability for budget management, demand generation performance, and team leadership across the entier Greater China region including Macao, Hongkong, Taiwan.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands how to win in the China B2B SaaS market—balancing localization, speed, and creativity with operational rigor, measurable impact, and long-term growth.
This role reports to the Managing Director of Greater China. This role is based in Shanghai China.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Senior Payroll Specialist will report to the Senior Payroll Manager and be responsible for performing
the full spectrum of the payroll process to ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery for the
assigned countries in the APAC region. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
KEY DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• End to end Payroll delivery and statutory/tax filing in compliance to countries’ legislation
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely statutory reporting according to countries’ legislation
• Keep aware of changes in statutory requirements to maintain compliance
• Continuous effort in process streamlining and automation to improve payroll efficiency
• Audit and validate all payroll transmissions for accuracy and reasonability of fluctuation
• Prepare payroll review workbooks for management review in adherence with SOX controls
• Perform/review prior period adjustments as needed
• Manage time and tasks to execute all payrolls accurately and timely
• Serve as first level payroll contact for all payroll inquiries
• Research, analyze and resolve payroll-related queries, including tax notices
• Cross train with partnering payroll specialist(s) to ensure business continuity
• Support annual projects such as annual salary surveys, annual merit increases, etc.
• Partner with People Ops/HRIS/Benefits to understand and support voluntary payroll deductions
• Possess clear understanding of proper taxation of employer provided benefits
• Accurate reporting of compensation related to equity
• Develop ad hoc financial and operations reporting as requested
• Partner with HRIS/3rd party configuration support to report and resolve Workday issues
• Support Finance, People Ops, and other business partners to deliver accurate payroll
• Other tasks assigned by Senior payroll manager for APAC region
WHO YOU ARE:
• 5+ years of regional payroll processing experience in APAC region and HR policies preferred
• Highly motivated to work in an international context
• Strong customer service aptitude
• Must have strong understanding of Workday HCM and CloudPay payroll platform
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook
• Must have strong critical thinking skills to resolve issues or improve processes
• Self-starter who can work independently and learn quickly
• Ability to prioritize and work under deadline pressures
• Strong knowledge of regional payroll principles, best practices, and country regulations

The Ad Operations Executive position will sit at the heart of the China team and will be focused on the smooth, efficient execution of digital media campaigns. The individual will be tasked with managing technical elements of pre-campaign launch, creative trafficking, and data analysis/reporting. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities will include:
CRM – Opportunity & IO management
Tracking & communicating your pod’s priority campaigns
Pre-campaign sheet, Creative, Pixels collection and support
PMP – Leverage existing deals & set up new ones
Project manage 3rd party relationships
Implementation of the MiQ product suite – CiQ, Motion, Elevate etc
Creative testing
Amendments to set up
Commercial firefighting
Send screenshots and organize reporting
Assist with benchmarks & up weights
Inputs – Considering client objectives, client challenges, vertical-specific insights & macro factors.
Internal project management
End of Campaign – Manage the delivery of insights back to the client
