Scopely is looking for a Senior UI Artist to join our Monopoly Go! team in Seville on a hybrid basis.

What You Will Do
You will work in a collaborative environment with our team of game designers and artists to explore and iterate on gameplay and visual direction. The ideal candidate will show a portfolio/experience with a whimsical art style that displays a high level of UI design with descriptive process, and an aptitude to concept and iterate.
- Create mockups and pitches for in-game User Interfaces [layout, design and iconography]
- Collaborate closely with game designers, UX designers, concept artists, animators, and engineers to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience
- Create highly polished UI assets
- Clearly present and communicate the best UI direction to various stakeholders, and defend your work as necessary
- Be a strong advocate for consistent UI design and your team’s efforts
- Identify problem process areas and suggest improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of practical art/design experience working in games, preferably mobile
- Strong graphic design and illustration skills for casual/stylized games
- Experience with typography and logo design
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design best practices and interaction design fundamentals
- A strong understanding of UI conventions and challenges for mobile and other emerging platforms
- Ability to translate flowcharts and wireframes into fun, usable, visually polished UI systems
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong cross-functional communication skills: verbal, written and visual
- Ability to produce high-quality work, iterating towards the best solutions
- A passion for mobile gaming
- A willingness to embrace and explore AI-powered tools that enhance the art creation process
Bonus points
- Unity experience
- Experience in working with IPs
- Experience with Figma
- Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Scenario, ChatGPT, or GeminiAI

Scopely is looking for a Technical Artist to serve on and elevate our new casual game, Monopoly GO! team in Seville on a hybrid basis.

What You Will Do
As a Technical Artist , you will be working between our developers and artists and your main function will be to complete the asset integration pipeline, which is to take assets coming from external software suites, import them and assemble them into the development environment of the team (Unity3d)
- Participate in development of tools and solutions for our artists
- Mediate between art and tech departments to ensure smooth and efficient asset integration
- Implement UI and 2D assets into Unity canvas, and sprites
- Importing and working with 3D assets and animations in Unity
- Creating shadergraph for feature development
- Profile and optimize graphical , memory and CPU KPIs
- Managing, maintaining and integrating assets into versioned asset repositories
- Creating content with the internal Unity3d toolset: materials, animation controllers, particle systems, timeline sequences, cinematic content, lights and using third party plugins or internal tools
- Supporting and documenting pipelines and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience using Unity
- Experience in UI / UX design
- Knowledge of 2d illustration software such as Photoshop or Illustrator
- Experience in mobile games
- Knowledge in repository management, asset exporting/importing, optimizations, and pipeline creation
- High level of English
