About the team
Portfolio Solutions is the team within Nu Asset Management responsible for the firm's ETFs and systematic fundos, and the allocation models behind our products and the broader Nubank ecosystem. We believe most of an investor's long-term return comes down to three things: cost, allocation, and discipline. We are looking for an experienced engineer who thrives on solving "meta-problems"—fixing the tools and processes that other teams rely on. The People Analytics Technology Operations (PATO) team is redefining what People & Culture infrastructure looks like for a company operating at global scale with an AI-first mandate. We don't run HR software — we build the systems that make HR itself obsolete in its traditional form. Our work touches every Nubanker, every country, every moment of the employee lifecycle. We are the internal frontier lab for agentic people systems.
Here is the core question this role exists to answer: if you were designing People & Culture infrastructure from scratch today — knowing that AI agents will run most operations, humans will audit rather than execute, and the channels and surfaces workers interact with don't fully exist yet — what would you build?
This isn't a rhetorical question. It's the actual brief.
The SaaS era of HR technology is being disrupted faster than most incumbents can adapt. Workday, SAP, ServiceNow — products built for a world of human workflows and form-based interfaces — are structurally ill-equipped for an agent-native operating model. The real competitive moat in this next era won't be features. It will be the depth of integration within a specific domain, and the quality of the data and reasoning layer that sits beneath it. We have the rare opportunity to build that solution — purpose-built for the People & Culture domain — inside one of the most technically ambitious companies in the world.
As Global People Data & Tech Director, you will lead the effort to design and build this from the ground up. You will define what the agentic HR stack looks like: the data models that make agents actually useful, the orchestration layer that lets them act with minimal human friction, the audit surfaces that let people stay in control without becoming bottlenecks, and the foundational platform that scales to 40+ markets without scaling the team that builds it. Agentic development practices aren't a side methodology here — they are how this organisation will operate. You build with agents, you build for agents, and your team stays lean precisely because of it.
This role isn't for someone who has deep experience with HR software. It's for someone who looks at HR software and sees an industry ripe to be rebuilt. You are a product and infrastructure thinker who happens to care deeply about the employee experience — and who has the technical depth and organisational leadership to translate that vision into production systems used by hundreds of thousands of people.
We are not looking for someone who has spent their career in HR technology. We are seeking a Legal Counsel – Employment to provide comprehensive legal guidance and support on various matters related to employee management.
The Legal Counsel - Employment (LATAM) will be reporting to the Director Global Employment and Workforce and would be a critical role in leading the labour & employment laws charter for Payoneer and WFM entities in the LATAM regions.
Prior Argentina employment law experience is mandatory. Exposure to other LATAM jurisdictions is a strong advantage.

What you’ll do
· Provide high-quality, practical employment law advice across the full employee lifecycle in Argentina, with the ability to support broader LATAM matters where relevant.
· Acting as the regional lead and subject matter expert for the region.
· Lead and support employee relations matters, including terminations, separations, disciplinary processes, and performance-related actions, ensuring risk-aligned outcomes.
· Advise on labour contracting and subcontracting compliance, ensuring ongoing adherence to regional regulatory requirements.
· Draft, review, and refine employment documentation, including employment agreements, separation and mutual termination letters, transfer/relocation documents, full and final settlement letters, and statutory HR policies.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of employment, HR, compensation, and workforce-structuring policies that align with local laws and business needs.
· Stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes across national and local employment laws, and translate updates into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders and clients.
· Collaborate closely with HR Ops, Payroll, Sales, GTM, Finance, and other internal teams to deliver coordinated, commercially aligned legal solutions.
· Support compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring alignment with statutory standards and market practices.
· Conduct legal research and prepare clear, business-friendly analysis on employment and labor law issues.
· Deliver training and guidance to internal teams and clients on employment law compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices.
· Support individual and large-scale workforce transitions, reorganisations, and restructuring, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and documentation standards
Who you are
· You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s or LLM is an added advantage.
· You bring 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Argentinian employment and labor law. Experience supporting other LATAM jurisdictions is a strong plus.
· You have deep knowledge of Argentinian labor laws, regulations, case trends, and practical market practices.
· You understand the legal nuances of hiring, employee lifecycle management, workforce transitions, and separations.
· You have strong drafting skills and are experienced in preparing and reviewing employment agreements, HR policies, separation documentation, and related employment artefacts.
· You possess excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate legal requirements into practical, business-aligned guidance.
· You communicate legal concepts clearly and confidently, partnering effectively with HR, business teams, and leadership.
· You can work independently, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and operate with sound judgment in fast-moving environments.
· Able to manage high volume case load.
· You have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Colaborar com engenheiros de grafos na modelagem, ingestão e utilização de dados gráficos.
Contribuir para a evolução do POC do GenAI PRT Tool, garantindo escalabilidade, performance e qualidade técnica.
Participar de discussões arquiteturais e de design de soluções envolvendo IA generativa.
Requisitos:
Experiência com modelos de linguagem (LLMs) e desenvolvimento de agentes inteligentes.
Habilidade prática com prompt engineering.
Sólidos conhecimentos em desenvolvimento backend (Python, Node.js, Java, ou similar).
Experiência com graph databases ou frameworks de grafos (Neo4j, AWS Neptune, GraphQL Federation, etc.) é altamente desejável.
Entendimento de arquiteturas modernas de IA, pipelines de dados e integração de APIs.
Capacidade de trabalhar em ambiente colaborativo e orientado a POC/MVP.
Diferenciais:
Experiência anterior com sistemas de conhecimento baseados em grafos.
Familiaridade com ferramentas e frameworks de GenAI (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs).
Experiência em projetos do setor de seguros ou serviços financeiros.

Estamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Full Stack apaixonado(a) por tecnologia e inovação, com interesse em atuar em projetos que envolvam Inteligência Artificial. O profissional será responsável pelo desenvolvimento de aplicações web completas — frontend e backend — com integração a modelos de IA, APIs inteligentes e sistemas baseados em dados.
Responsabilidades:
Desenvolver e manter aplicações web robustas e escaláveis, atuando no frontend e backend;
Integrar APIs e modelos de machine learning/IA às aplicações;
Colaborar com cientistas de dados, engenheiros de machine learning e outras áreas técnicas;
Participar do design e arquitetura de soluções baseadas em IA;
Garantir boas práticas de codificação, versionamento, testes e documentação;
Explorar e aplicar soluções baseadas em IA generativa, NLP, visão computacional ou automação inteligente, conforme o projeto.
Requisitos:
Experiência comprovada como Desenvolvedor(a) Full Stack;
Domínio em linguagens como Java e Springboot
Familiaridade com bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais;
Disposição para aprender e trabalhar com linguagens de programação novas, especialmente linguagens antigas (COBOL, Natural Adabas, PL1, ...)
Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, com perfil colaborativo e proatividade para aprender novas tecnologias.
