We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale Grow Therapy's iOS engineering team. You'll own the technical vision, people strategy, and execution for our mobile platform — building consumer-grade experiences that help millions of clients access mental healthcare, and thousands of providers manage thriving practices.
As a Senior Engineering Manager within our engineering leadership team, you'll build and develop a high-performance iOS team, drive the technical strategy for our mobile platform, and partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape what gets built. This role sits at the intersection of mobile craft, product thinking, and engineering leadership. You'll bring clarity to ambiguity, raise the bar for iOS quality, and create an environment where engineers do their best work.
This is a rare opportunity to define the mobile experience for the future of mental healthcare — building the kind of polished, intuitive app that makes care accessible at a national scale.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with required in-office presence 3 days per week at our San Francisco, New York, or Seattle office. This role also includes travel 2–3 times per year for company and department offsites.

We're seeking a Lead Designer to join our Intelligent Systems Design team. If you are a Digital Product Designer ready to move beyond traditional interface paradigms, this role offers the opportunity to help shape foundational aspects of our AI-powered experiences, with a particular focus on reimagining how computers remember, understand, and surface information. You'll alternate between deep exploratory work and shipping features that will fundamentally change how people interact with technology.
Working across Ai Pin, Cosmos, and the broader HP product line, you'll tackle challenges like designing AI-powered memory systems and creating interfaces that understand and respond to people's needs. Success in this role requires both creative vision and the technical ability to build and validate ideas using real AI technology.
