What You’ll Do:
The Product Compliance Engineer is responsible for supporting regulatory compliance for all Traeger products. The Product Compliance Engineer will support project teams and develop, implement and maintain material, environmental, regulatory, and safety compliance requirements, certifications and guidelines for all company products. In addition, this role is responsible for providing education to team members and the development of data systems and requirements to insure Traeger products remain in compliance within markets served, support records development, and product tracking.

Project team member responsible for assuring new/modified product meets both material regulation and product certification requirements
Responsible for researching, understanding and properly applying regulatory and industry objectives for product sustainability programs (e.g., environmental compliance, PFAS, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, TSCA, other materials compliance, Declarations of Conformity, sustainable product initiatives, etc)
Develop a self-sustaining system to provide material/product declarations of conformity and compliance certificates on demand
Support project meetings, Design Reviews, FMEA’s, and Hazard Reviews to define material and/or testing protocols for product certifications
What You'll Need To Succeed:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent preferred; 5+ additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
Must have 5 or more years’ experience in product compliance, PFAS, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, AB1200, TSCA, materials compliance, food contact, Product Declarations of Conformity and sustainable product initiatives.
A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in product safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance is a must
Experience with product life management systems
Ability to write DOC’s
Ability to build requirements for design teams
Experience working with retailer auditors - Research, identify, interpret and apply relevant standards, regulations and requirements for new products for intended markets (domestic and international)
Conduct material and product regulatory and compliance risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies/plans to ensure business continuity and support growth initiatives. - Act as primary liaison between project team, certification organizations and testing agencies to achieve regulatory certification compliance. This includes but is not limited to organizations such as: UL, CSA, TUV, Intertek, IEC, VDE, ANSI, and US state driven regulations.
Help develop compliance tools for domestic and international regulations such as ROHS, Reach, California Proposition 65, AB1200, EPR and packaging/transportation requirements
Maintain proficiency of worldwide material and product regulations through research, development of network, and ongoing education
Experience working with various international organizations such as: UL, CSA and IEC is a must
Experience with compliance legislation and regulations in USA, CAN, EU, NZ/AUS and UAE
Experience with PFAS is a must
Experience with food contact regulations is a must
Ability to work with part numbers and build BOMs for database tracking
Able to complete responsibilities in a timely, professional and quality manner
Solve problems analytically; search out relevant information and gauge its importance when making decisions
Effective written and oral communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms
Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed
Product development experience is preferred

What You’ll Do:
As an Electrical Engineer II at Traeger, you will support both sustaining and new product development projects across our grill portfolio. You will triage field returns, provide escalation support to customer service, perform root cause and corrective action analysis, contribute to circuit design and analysis, and help maintain the lab and our reliability test fixtures. You will grow your schematic capture and PCB layout skills in OrCAD X while collaborating with a team of experienced engineers. Travel to Asia is expected as needed to support supplier visits and new product introduction.

Triage field returns and perform root cause analysis, working with quality, customer service, and manufacturing to identify trends and drive corrective action.
Provide engineering escalation support to customer service on complex field issues beyond front line troubleshooting.
Develop written troubleshooting guides and technical articles that enable customer service agents to resolve electrical issues consistently.
Attend customer service sync meetings to share findings, review field trends, and align on escalated cases.
Support sustaining engineering on existing products, including component changes, supplier transitions, and design improvements.
Contribute to new product development from concept through production, collaborating across mechanical, firmware, and industrial design.
Design, modify, and analyze electrical hardware including analog and digital circuits, wiring harnesses, and test fixtures.
Use OrCAD X for schematic capture and PCB layout, and contribute to library maintenance.
Build, debug, and bring up prototype hardware at the bench using oscilloscopes and standard lab equipment.
Solder and rework circuit board assemblies and wiring harnesses for prototype builds, field analysis, and engineering changes.
Support reliability test fixture development and maintenance.
Maintain the electrical lab, including organization, equipment, and consumables.
Participate in 8D problem solving and corrective action activities; training available for engineers new to the methodology.
Work with external PCB layout suppliers and component vendors to deliver prototypes on time and on budget.
Support DFA and DFM activities and contribute to production test process development.

Summary:
Oversees the Retail Sales Operations team that services Traeger’s national / big box accounts. This manager will oversee day-
to-day operational tasks, ensure the team is well represented and advocated for cross-functionally, serve as the point
person for escalations and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a best-in-class experience for our
customers. Success in this role will require strong leadership skills, technical abilities, a service-oriented mindset and a
strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for the Retail Sales Operations team, ensuring consistent execution of
core operational functions.
• Develop, implement, and manage short- and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
for the Retail Sales Operations function.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on operational KPIs as directed by leadership; implement process
improvements to achieve performance targets.
• Partner with leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and guidance related to new or revised
operating policies, practices, and procedures.
• Serve as the Retail Sales Operations representative in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Planning, IT,
Logistics, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless order flow and operational alignment.
• Manage and resolve escalations within the Retail Sales Operations group; independently resolve issues where
appropriate and escalate to leadership when necessary.
• Oversee team workload to ensure balanced and equitable account assignments; proactively identify capacity
challenges and recommend adjustments.
• Manage team scheduling and time-off planning; ensure coverage and operational continuity
• Ensure all core Retail Sales Operations responsibilities are executed effectively, including but not limited to order
management, customer, chargeback dispute resolution, pricing validation, and vendor portal maintenance.
• Play a critical role in ensuring item attributes and master data are accurately set up and maintained within
customer and account portals within established lead times.
• Hold team members accountable for understanding, resolving, and preventing customer chargebacks.
• Own and drive overall OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance across assigned Retail Sales Operations accounts.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of national account requirements to support successful operational execution.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment that promotes accountability, teamwork, and
efficient conflict resolution.
• Act as a key stakeholder in the hiring and selection process for the Retail Sales Operations team.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including overseeing onboarding for new hires and conducting
quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Serve as a collaborative partner and advocate when working with both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed:
• Direct experience managing, leading, and coaching a team of 8–10 team members minimum, with a focus on
performance, accountability, professional development and operational excellence.
• Direct experience in Operations managing relationships with national key account partners.
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems to manage workflows, analyze data, and support cross-functionaloperational needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis to
support reporting and decision-making.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment and respond effectively to changing priorities.

Traeger is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow relationships with our retail partners within an established territory. This is primarily a phone and email-based role, working from our Salt Lake City headquarters to build strong partnerships with the retailers who carry Traeger products. You'll be the primary point of contact for your accounts — helping them grow their Traeger business through product knowledge, promotional planning, and proactive service. Occasionally you'll lead virtual product training sessions or merchandising consultations with retail partners. This role includes up to 25% travel to visit key accounts and support trade events.

What You'll Need to Succeed
· 2-4 years of experience in an inside sales, account management, or customer-facing role supporting a consumer brand or retail company — experience working with retail buyers or in a vendor/retailer relationship is a strong plus
· Comfortable and confident managing relationships primarily over phone and email — this is not a field sales role
· Strong communicator who can build trust and credibility with retail partners quickly
