What Will You Be Doing?

Vestwell’s Enterprise Relationship Management team plays a key role in supporting Sales in securing new partnerships, driving ongoing partnership revenue growth, and ensuring continued partnership success and retention throughout the partnership lifecycle. You will support new and existing partners from implementation to custom product development and ongoing support. This role requires ownership and accountability for relationship management and program/project management.

Day-to-Day You May Also Be Expected To:

• Own the success of the strategic partnerships in your remit, from both the revenue generation and retention perspectives.
• Follow up with all enterprise partners and national accounts with which Vestwell has a preferred or exclusive provider, referral fee, national account, or similar agreement to confirm that they are satisfying and exceeding all plan and revenue commitments and all other commitments included in their contracts with Vestwell. Make sure Vestwell is prominently featured on their website, new client onboarding workflow, webinars and live events, and marketing collateral.
• Diligently and proactively contact all accounts in contract with Vestwell to identify and implement ways to expand our business relationship and revenue opportunities.
• Cross-functionally collaborate to ensure partners are efficiently and effectively onboarded within Vestwell, enabling revenue recognition as expediently as possible.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure implementation and ongoing partnership  strategies are optimized to enable Vestwell to achieve its Enterprise goals.
• Support the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our partners’  needs and objectives.
• Drive program management efforts with enterprise and strategic partners, ensuring  optimal support structure is in place, identifying new revenue opportunities via
  partnership health checks, and managing the planning, organizing and execution of partner specific projects (eg, new features or solutions, customized workflows, etc).
• Coordinate across multiple internal teams to ensure compliance with enterprise partner Service Level Agreements.
• Collaborate cross functionally with sales, operations, product, marketing, legal & compliance, and other teams to drive the team’s projects and initiatives.
• Drive business requirements, scope, and resource alignment for partner specific  initiatives, including project plan, workstreams, and timelines.
• Own successful delivery of partner specific initiatives, ensuring objectives are met, risks  mitigated, and expected outcomes are achieved.

• 7+ years experience in client-facing Retirement, Wealth Management, Client Success, roles at a Financial Services SaaS company.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Assist with a book of business consisting of advisors and sponsors to ensure their servicing needs are being met and assist with administration issues.
• Help manage client expectations to avoid any disconnects with process and timing standards.
• Collaborate across all internal teams in order to resolve any client issues and be the voice between our internal teams and our client to manage resolution, feedback, and satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve one-touch tickets at point of initial contact by utilizing available online tools.
• Share data-driven insights with our product teams to improve our platform and planning roadmap.
• Participate in scheduled client conference calls to provide plan status and updates on remediation of any client issues.
• Being the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for inbound inquiries.

Who Are We Looking For?

Vestwell is seeking a Senior Associate, Platform Support Strategic Accounts to support clients who service retirement plans remotely while leveraging Vestwell’s platform. This role serves as a Level 2 escalation point for complex servicing issues that cannot be resolved by the servicing teams that resolve Level 1 issues within the operation of our strategic partners that choose this model of service delivery.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. In this role, you will partner closely with both client servicing teams, operations, and Vestwell internal groups to investigate escalated issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure timely and accurate resolution.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong operational knowledge of retirement plan servicing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex issues simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of client service.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Senior Associate, Platform Support for Strategic Accounts, you will act as a partner to remote clients servicing 401(k) plans on Vestwell’s platform, ensuring escalated issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Escalation Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for Level 2 service escalations originating from client servicing teams when issues cannot be resolved within their internal operations.

Issue Ownership & Resolution
Take ownership of escalated items from intake through resolution, ensuring issues are investigated thoroughly and completed accurately.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams—including Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance—to investigate issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure timely resolution.

Client Partnership
Act as a trusted operational partner to client servicing teams, providing guidance on complex platform functionality and servicing workflows.

Communication & Transparency
Provide clear, timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding issue status, next steps, and resolution timelines.

Process Improvement
Identify trends or recurring issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, workflows, and platform functionality.


Documentation & Case Tracking
Create, define, and maintain accurate documentation of escalations, communications, playbooks, processes, and resolutions within internal systems to ensure transparency and operational continuity.

This team is the go-to subject matter experts on qualified retirement plan rules and operations - often operating as an internal consulting group, defining and guiding retirement plan specific strategic, operational and product improvements across the company. The team ensures cross-functional alignment in iterating and executing the annual retirement plan administration process, overseeing the retirement plan compliance of Vestwell’s clients and driving product improvements. 

The RPA team is seeking an experienced retirement plan administrator to join this dynamic and agile team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who is able to manage their own block of responsibilities, confidently answer retirement plan questions and collaborate with the team to improve workstreams.
