Come Field Sales Partner Enterprise, farai parte di un team di professionisti impegnati sul campo a semplificare, attraverso le nostre soluzioni, la vita del personale sanitario e a migliorare l’accesso alla sanità di tutti noi!
In questo ruolo, sarai il primo punto di contatto tra Doctolib e le strutture sanitarie (e.g., poliambulatori, centri medici, imprenditori sanitari) e seguirai tutto il ciclo di vendita dei servizi offerti da Doctolib.

Position Summary:
As President, you will be at the helm of Perry Ellis Menswear, Original Penguin Sportswear, wholesale businesses; Accessories, Hosiery, and Sleepwear and Off-Price Sales channels – two of the flagship brands within the Perry Ellis International family. Perry Ellis Menswear is renowned for its sophisticated and contemporary collections, while Original Penguin embodies a playful, iconic American sportswear aesthetic. This pivotal leadership role demands a visionary who will drive the overall strategic direction, accelerate growth, and maximize the profitability of these key segments.
Salary offered will be commensurate with experience. For this New York based position, the expected base salary is $315,000-$400,000 annually.

Position Summary:
As the Human Resources Manager, you would be responsible for serving as the primary human resources contact for all employees based in our New York office. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and local compliance. You will act as a strategic partner to local management, helping to foster a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
Pay: 100k-120k
Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance improvement, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Performance Management: Support and administer the company's performance review process, working with managers to ensure timely and effective feedback, goal setting, and development planning.
Policy & Compliance: Interpret and ensure consistent application of all company policies and procedures. Stay current on federal, state (New York and New Jersey), and local employment law to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to support local recruitment needs. Oversee the new hire onboarding process for New York employees to ensure a smooth and engaging transition.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop or facilitate local employee development programs, including manager training and mandatory compliance courses.
HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks for the local office, including reporting, data integrity, and maintaining employee records.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, operating in a standalone capacity or with minimal local HR support.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) is highly desirable.
Legal Knowledge: Expert knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws, with specific emphasis on New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ) labor law and compliance requirements.
Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues, excellent judgment, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Autonomy & Ownership: Highly independent and self-motivated, with a proven ability to manage all HR functions without direct reports.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build immediate credibility and trust with employees and senior leadership.
Confidentiality: Highest level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Business Acumen: Ability to translate business needs into effective, practical, and compliant HR solutions.
