Our office, Southwest Florida Oral & Facial Surgery in Naples, FL is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.
Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following:
- Welcoming patients to the dental office
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Keep updates records and files
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper ect.)
As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
Your Background
You are a resourceful Patient Care Coordinator that strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve. You're a team player that is adaptable to new and challenging tasks. You’re an enthusiastic, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who is always proactively striving for excellence. You also have the following:
- 1-2 years of proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g fax, printer ect.)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- A high school diploma
- Desires to help your patients

Quale sarà il tuo ruolo
- Contattare i medici nella tua zona (con chiamate a freddo, email e visite in presenza) per generare nuove opportunità in modo scalabile
- Qualificare i lead gestendo follow-up cadenzati per far avanzare la pipeline con continuità
- Visitare gli studi degli medici di medicina generale e condurre demo, focalizzandosi sui benefici più rilevanti per la pratica
- Gestire domande e obiezioni guidando il prospect verso una decisione rapida
- Presentare l'offerta e portare la trattativa fino alla firma, con un ciclo di vendita breve
- Essere il punto di riferimento del medico durante l'installazione e il training iniziale del prodotto
- Assicurare un handover puntuale al team di onboarding per un avvio fluido
- Aggiornare il CRM e monitorare KPIs (attività, conversion rate, win rate, tempo medio di chiusura) per migliorare costantemente le performance
Cosa ci aspettiamo da te
- Hai circa 2-5 anni di esperienza in sales/new business con attività sul field
- Sei fortemente orientato/a ai risultati: comprendi i KPI e ti impegni a raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi, incentivato/a da un bonus competitivo senza cap
- Sei proattivo/a e organizzato/a
- Hai un alto livello di energia e spirito imprenditoriale
- Sei in possesso di patente di guida e disponibile a spostamenti nella zona assegnata
- Hai ottime doti di comunicazione interpersonale
- Hai esperienza o forte interesse per il mondo della sanità
- Hai un buon livello di inglese
