Key duties…

• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally on arrival

As Market Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue, margin, and engagement across a portfolio of live hotels. You will act as a trusted partner to hotel revenue managers and leadership teams, ensuring properties are fully activated, competitive, and consistently performing across Nuitee’s demand partners.

You will work hands-on with data, dashboards, and internal teams to identify performance gaps quickly and act on them without delay.

Key Responsibilities

As a  Market Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue, margin, and engagement across a portfolio of live hotels. • Monitor performance daily using Yielding and Transaction dashboards to identify opportunities and issues early
• Recommend and execute promotions, pricing adjustments, and distribution optimizations
• Lead regular business reviews and build structured quarterly account plans for key partners
• Own post-contract activation, working with Connectivity and Tech teams to ensure hotels go live quickly and correctly
• Proactively remove blockers and follow through until issues are resolved
