The base salary range for this full-time position is base + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Fairstead has an exciting opportunity at one of our properties, and we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team! The Assistant Property Manager assists and supports the planning, implementing, and managing the daily operations of the property. They assist in the management of onsite activities and the overall performance of the property. They perform various duties including administrative, financial, and resident relations.

We are seeking a Jr. Property Manager to support the launch and growth of our Providence, Rhode Island portfolio. This individual will be our first team member based in Providence and will operate as a local extension of our Boston-based Property Operations team.
In the early months, this role will focus heavily on supporting property inspections, acquisition due diligence, vendor sourcing, and onboarding newly acquired residential properties. As the Providence portfolio grows, responsibilities will expand into full day-to-day property management and resident services.
This position will be based in Providence and will operate out of a local workspace, with regular coordination and structured reporting to Boston leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and excited to help implement established systems in a new market.
