Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure and expand business with new and existing end-user customers, Cloud, and Hosting Providers.
- Conduct web-based and on-site demonstrations of the Veeam product portfolio, providing training, enablement, and participating in joint meetings.
- Offer pre-sales support and on-site assistance to customers during their evaluation of Veeam software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic alliance partners in coordination with sales colleagues.
- Contribute to and participate in Veeam marketing events.
- Conduct Product Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (B.O.M), RFPs/RFQs based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate new technologies and provide training to internal staff and customers.
- Independently identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Provide technical compliance and competitive analysis of products within the solution.
- Possess hands-on experience in Hypervisors and Cloud environments.
- Coordinate presales efforts with customers, working with Veeam Solution Architects, System Integrators, and Professional Services figures.
Expectations:
- Ability to engage in business conversations with relevant stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
- minimum 5 years of experience working as System Engineer.
- Advise customers on their future business strategy and ensure a positive customer experience on assigned accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Comfortable presenting to groups, both remotely and in-person.
- Expected 50% travel.
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Client interaction for requirement gathering and understanding existing infrastructure.
- Knowledge in Vmware, Nutanix AHV, RedHat, and Microsoft virtualization technologies in large environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and AWS; ability to discuss and position Cloud technologies.
Advantages:
- VMCE certification is beneficial; employees can obtain VMCE and VMCA after starting the job.
- Knowledge in Kubernetes technologies platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge in DBs (Oracle, SQL, DB2, SAP) is an advantage.

Scale is hiring ML Research Engineers to bridge the gap between frontier research and real-world impact. Your mission is threefold:
- Frontier Research & Publication: Leading research into LLM/agent capabilities, reasoning, and safety, with the goal of publishing at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Cross-Org Impact: Developing generalised techniques in Agent design, AI Safety and Deep Research agents that scale across our commercial and government platforms.

You will:
- Pioneer Novel Architectures: Design and train state-of-the-art models and agents, moving beyond “off-the-shelf” solutions to create custom architectures for complex public sector reasoning tasks.

You will:
- Backend Development and System Ownership: Design and implement secure, scalable backend systems for customers using modern, cloud-native AI infrastructure. Own services or systems, define long-term health goals, and improve the health of surrounding components.

The Senior Fire & Life Safety Consultant, Qatar requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with strong analytical and creative thinking skills to manage diverse projects workload across ME. Responsibilities
- Manage projects and coordinate technical workload of diverse projects implementing a variety of Fire & Life Safety consulting projects across Qatar displaying expert experience in Fire and Life Safety Code consulting, Qatar Civil Defense Codes and Standards (including NFPA) and also the design of fire suppression & alarm systems, developing performance-based strategies in a project design environment.
- Conducting code consulting, fire safety drawing reviews and producing reports.
- Responsible for key Jensen Hughes projects in Qatar and across the Middle East region including Saudi Arabia for various Fire and Life safety projects including but not limited to performance-based design and sensitivity analysis for smoke control systems using FDS software in Stadia, high-rise atria, car parks, theme parks projects, and others.
- Travel occasionally mainly across project sites in Qatar and Saudi Arabia for meetings, workshops, and inspections
- Attending client project & design meetings, managing project expectations and completing the assigned tasks on schedule and within budget.
- Preparation and presentation of technical reports and analysis

Qualifications and other Requirements

- Excellent report writing and interpersonal skills along with excellent communication skills including speaking and writing in Ability to present clear and technically sound fire engineering strategies, speak in public, negotiate, explain fire protection concepts, and enforce standards while strengthening relationships, occasionally under pressure.
