The Opportunity:

The Senior Oncology Account Manager is responsible for the direct promotion of Revolution Medicines’ products and for building strong professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including private practices, medical group practices, hospitals/academic medical centers, and office ancillary staff involved in the care of cancer patients. The Senior Oncology Account Manager will act as both a clinical and business leader who exemplifies the values of Revolution Medicines by providing approved disease and product information, as well as resources, to key decision-makers and stakeholders within their assigned territory. This position reports directly to the Area Business Director.

Primary responsibilities of the Sr. Oncology Account Manager are summarized below.

• Effectively markets Revolution Medicines’ product portfolio in the designated territory.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• MA/MS/BA/BS degree and 20 years of biopharma industry experience.

• 15+ years prior experience in oncology product sales.

• Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end deployments, acting as primary point of contact post-sale. This includes pre-deployment planning, hardware logistics, stakeholder alignment, on-site support, and go-live enablement.
• Deliver role-based training to customer drone teams, public safety operators, command staff, and IT teams. Tailor delivery to non-technical and highly technical audiences.
• Guide customers in creating operational policies and workflows that integrate Dedrone systems with broader agency technology stacks, including Axon Evidence, body-worn cameras, and in-car video systems.
• Coordinate and manage third-party training and integration vendors, ensuring accountability and delivery quality.
• Conduct site assessments to inform hardware placement and operational design.
• Build, iterate, and maintain deployment documentation, SOP templates, training plans, and internal handoffs.
• Provide post-deployment monitoring and escalation, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on success metrics, issues, and resolutions.
• Capture and relay customer feature requests, bug reports, or process gaps to Product and Engineering teams.
• Attend strategic customer meetings with Sales to provide technical validation and deployment context.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Field Engineering, Sales Engineering, Deployment)
• Direct experience deploying hardware/software solutions in complex operational environments
• Understanding of drone systems, airspace management, RF sensing, or UAS programs (FAA Part 107 certification preferred or obtained within 3 months)
• Deep familiarity with IP networking, SNMP, DHCP, PoE, Linux CLI, and basic system administration

Your Impact

As the In-Market Product Manager for LATAM & Puerto Rico, you will lead the definition and execution of Axon’s product strategy across the region — spanning our Digital Evidence Management (DEMs) and Devices portfolios.
You will be responsible for translating the realities of diverse public safety ecosystems across LATAM — including federal, state, and municipal agencies — into clear, actionable direction for our global product teams. Coverage Determination 

As a Coverage Determination Specialist you will be responsible to create and evaluate coverage determinations for our clients’. You will communicate with pharmacists, beneficiaries, and doctors regarding pending coverage determinations for our clients’ beneficiaries, applying clinical knowledge in each coverage determination case. You must comply with all federal rules and regulations, and client contracts and have disposition to give an extra mile in every coverage determination case. Main duties include:                                 

• Review and Respond to all Coverage Determination (CD) requests, and claims pending to be adjudicated for Medicare and/or Commercial-plan beneficiaries, always in an accurate and timely manner.
• Receive calls from pharmacies, physicians and members in relation to status of CD requests.
• Initiate calls to physicians, pharmacy and members when additional information is required for processing and adjudicating a CD request.
• Generate calls, faxes and/or letters to pharmacies, physicians and members in reference to coverage determination requests’ resolutions.
• Document Coverage Determination (CD) request inquiries, issues, status and resolution in accordance with federal and department / company policies and guidelines.
• Review faxes and emails and create new cases for Medicare/Medicaid or Commercial plans.
• Support Pharmacists in gathering additional information to support the decision of making an exception (formulary, non-formulary or other requests).
• Ensure Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Compliance or other regulating entities related to coverage determinations.
• Complete other Coverage Determination related tasks, as assigned.

Rx Customer Service

As an Rx Customer Service Specialist, you will serve at the front line of all incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, and faxes) with pharmacies, beneficiaries, and prescribers.  You will use Rx Platform and other resources as necessary to resolve caller’s needs. Main duties include:       

• Manage all incoming calls, emails, faxes and web-generated requests from pharmacies, beneficiaries, and prescribers.
• Provide service-level standards set by CMS or by client; 80% of calls should fall within service level, less than 5% abandon rate and speed to answer should be less than 30 seconds.
• Rejection support, including overrides.
• Provide Coverage Determination status to clients including exceptions and appeals.
• Administrative PAs- Document PA request inquiries, issues, status, and resolution in accordance with federal and department and company policies and guidelines.
• Answer questions and recommend corrective services to address customer complaints, payment status, manual reversal requests, benefit and eligibility support, provider portal support and response to price appeals.
• Report identified issues to the appropriate department, for investigation and correction, following the established procedure.
