By leveraging AI/ML, Dedrone is the only solution that provides continuous, autonomous interrogation and verification of drones that enables both multi-sensor and multi-mitigation options onto a single fused "pane-of-glass". Whether on-premise / air-gapped or in the cloud, Dedrone customers can easily detect, track, identify, analyze, and mitigate drone threats.
What You’ll Do
Location: Puerto Rico (remote)
Travel: 80% travel across LATAM, Central/South America, Caribbean
Reports to: Service Delivery Manager, Latin America
- Lead end-to-end deployments, acting as primary point of contact post-sale. This includes pre-deployment planning, hardware logistics, stakeholder alignment, on-site support, and go-live enablement.
- Deliver role-based training to customer drone teams, public safety operators, command staff, and IT teams. Tailor delivery to non-technical and highly technical audiences.
- Guide customers in creating operational policies and workflows that integrate Dedrone systems with broader agency technology stacks, including Axon Evidence, body-worn cameras, and in-car video systems.
- Coordinate and manage third-party training and integration vendors, ensuring accountability and delivery quality.
- Conduct site assessments to inform hardware placement and operational design.
- Build, iterate, and maintain deployment documentation, SOP templates, training plans, and internal handoffs.
- Provide post-deployment monitoring and escalation, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on success metrics, issues, and resolutions.
- Capture and relay customer feature requests, bug reports, or process gaps to Product and Engineering teams.
- Attend strategic customer meetings with Sales to provide technical validation and deployment context.
- Lead or assist in POCs, including setup, training, validation of success criteria, and customer debriefs.
- Support RFP/RFI responses with technical and services detail.
- Draft or validate Statements of Work (SOW) based on scoped deployment complexity and customer readiness.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Field Engineering, Sales Engineering, Deployment)
- Direct experience deploying hardware/software solutions in complex operational environments
- Understanding of drone systems, airspace management, RF sensing, or UAS programs (FAA Part 107 certification preferred or obtained within 3 months)
- Deep familiarity with IP networking, SNMP, DHCP, PoE, Linux CLI, and basic system administration
- Confident training presence; able to present technical workflows clearly to executives, end users, and technical teams alike
- Experience working with public safety agencies, particularly law enforcement or security operations
- Project and stakeholder management skills; ability to own a deployment from kickoff to success
- A passion for emerging technology, safety, and customer success
- Willingness to travel heavily and adapt to dynamic customer needs in the field
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and must be physically capable of climbing ladders, stairs, and working in an elevated environment

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on how people experience pharmacy care. Below are two career paths within our pharmacy call center where your background and skills may align with current or future opportunities as they arise.
Coverage Determination
As a Coverage Determination Specialist you will be responsible to create and evaluate coverage determinations for our clients’. You will communicate with pharmacists, beneficiaries, and doctors regarding pending coverage determinations for our clients’ beneficiaries, applying clinical knowledge in each coverage determination case. You must comply with all federal rules and regulations, and client contracts and have disposition to give an extra mile in every coverage determination case. Main duties include:
- Review and Respond to all Coverage Determination (CD) requests, and claims pending to be adjudicated for Medicare and/or Commercial-plan beneficiaries, always in an accurate and timely manner.
- Receive calls from pharmacies, physicians and members in relation to status of CD requests.
- Initiate calls to physicians, pharmacy and members when additional information is required for processing and adjudicating a CD request.
- Generate calls, faxes and/or letters to pharmacies, physicians and members in reference to coverage determination requests’ resolutions.
- Document Coverage Determination (CD) request inquiries, issues, status and resolution in accordance with federal and department / company policies and guidelines.
- Review faxes and emails and create new cases for Medicare/Medicaid or Commercial plans.
- Support Pharmacists in gathering additional information to support the decision of making an exception (formulary, non-formulary or other requests).
- Ensure Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Compliance or other regulating entities related to coverage determinations.
- Complete other Coverage Determination related tasks, as assigned.
Rx Customer Service
As an Rx Customer Service Specialist, you will serve at the front line of all incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, and faxes) with pharmacies, beneficiaries, and prescribers. You will use Rx Platform and other resources as necessary to resolve caller’s needs. Main duties include:
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, faxes and web-generated requests from pharmacies, beneficiaries, and prescribers.
- Provide service-level standards set by CMS or by client; 80% of calls should fall within service level, less than 5% abandon rate and speed to answer should be less than 30 seconds.
- Rejection support, including overrides.
- Provide Coverage Determination status to clients including exceptions and appeals.
- Administrative PAs- Document PA request inquiries, issues, status, and resolution in accordance with federal and department and company policies and guidelines.
- Answer questions and recommend corrective services to address customer complaints, payment status, manual reversal requests, benefit and eligibility support, provider portal support and response to price appeals.
- Report identified issues to the appropriate department, for investigation and correction, following the established procedure.
The Bold Requirements...
- Associate degree in Pharmacy Technician.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Available to work in a hybrid work model which will require certain on-site workdays.
Nice to have…
- Certified Pharmacy Technician License is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy setting is a plus.
Physical requirements…
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

About the Role
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead teams building and deploying AI-powered, production-grade software systems directly into customer environments.
In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of technical leadership and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for guiding engineers through ambiguous problem spaces, ensuring high-quality execution, and maintaining strong alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
This position is ideal for leaders who enjoy being hands-on when needed, working closely with clients, mentoring engineers, and owning the successful delivery of complex, real-world systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support teams of software and data engineers delivering AI-enabled systems in production
- Own the technical execution and delivery of client-facing projects, ensuring quality, reliability, and outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into production-ready systems
- Guide system and solution design across infrastructure, backend services, data platforms, and AI workflows
- Provide technical mentorship and coaching to engineers through problem solving sessions, code reviews, design discussions, and regular feedback
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term system maintainability and scalability
- Stay current with emerging AI and software technologies and apply them pragmatically to client solutions
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- 1-3 years of experience leading or managing technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to set technical direction for client-facing initiatives, balancing delivery commitments, stakeholder expectations, and technical quality
- Proven ability to lead client projects, build strong relationships, and deliver on-time results aligned with client goals.
- Experience designing, building and maintaining production-grade systems in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Expertise in software engineering best practices, system design, and agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and CI/CD processes
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or deploying AI-enabled systems, including LLM-based workflows (e.g., RAG, agentic systems, fine-tuning)
- Experience with data-intensive systems, including ETL/ELT pipelines and analytical platforms
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
- Experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow, AWS Step Functions)
- Strong experience with SQL and relational or analytical data systems
- Associate-level cloud architect certification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or equivalent)
