As Regional Manager, Consumer, you are responsible for driving capital efficient growth by improving our consumer experience by focusing on Loyalty and Pricing & Incentives within Wolt’s South region. Your focus will be to execute, track and monitor initiatives to improve our consumer engagement, making our users come back to our platform again and again, excited with the service and experience they have with Wolt. This role requires a perfect mix of analytical mindset and creative thinking.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Consumer and being part of a 2-3 people team, you will play a key role driving our consumer success within your region, working closely together with various other stakeholders, especially in Marketing, Merchant team as well as broader Global Consumer team.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting.

You won't be waiting for an analyst or speccing things out for an engineer. You'll report to Maguelonne, Director of Operational Transformation. Your closest partners will be teams across Customer Service, Merchant Operations, Product, Engineering, Supply, and Content with key stakeholders based in Madrid and Prague.
At 30 days: You've personally pulled and analysed the data on your stream. You've shipped at least one small automation or prompt-driven workflow. You know the landscape — the streams, the blockers, the key players.
At 60 days: You own at least one stream with a clear delivery plan. You've prototyped one AI workflow running on real data. Stakeholders come to you when things are stuck.
At 6 months: Contact deflection rate is improving on your stream. At least one AI workflow is in production and being used daily. Your manager doesn't have to chase status — you surface risks before they become issues.

This role is responsible for owning and representing the Ukrainian-speaking World of Tanks community, with a strong focus on live content, streaming, and real-time engagement.
You will act as both a Community Manager and an on-screen representative of the product, combining strong game knowledge, confident live communication, and an understanding of content strategy to grow and engage the audience.
