We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Finance & Strategy (F&S) team and support the Global Courier function.
The Logistics (Courier) function is responsible for our operations globally as well as trust & safety. The function ensures we have the right courier supply balance, growing efficiency across our courier operations, and helps courier partners deliver more with fair compensation. The Courier Finance & Strategy team plays a key role in the success of Wolt, strategically and financially. As Regional Manager, Consumer, you are responsible for driving capital efficient growth by improving our consumer experience by focusing on Loyalty and Pricing & Incentives within Wolt’s South region. We collect all kinds of information about the player behavior and the events in the ‘WoT universe’: from economic, financial and detailed combat data to the precise coordinates of each shot and tank movement, interface telemetry and many others. All of them are routed to a singular database and are available for analysis 24/7.

The Retention Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical leadership role in guiding our clients toward sustainable and scalable growth. This position is all about owning ensuring revenue is delivered predictably for the business through retention marketing efforts —using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance delivery. At CTC, your expertise is invaluable, covering the elements of CTC's strategic forecasting methods and the foundational principles of retention marketing.
Your role isn't limited to email strategy—you're a key partner to our clients on Customer Retention.
