Our product development team is currently at 150+ and growing. Team members are located across Spain, Serbia, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Cyprus, Georgia, Armenia. We primarily communicate in Russian.

It’s a dynamic, collaborative environment where smart, curious engineers support one another, share knowledge, and strive for excellence. We encourage open dialogue and host bi-weekly engineering meetups to explore technical topics and showcase team insights.
We are looking for a designer with 7+ years of experience. You must be able to generate multiple solutions, justify them, receive and digest feedback effectively. It's essential to be comfortable with the idea of redoing everything from scratch. If such a request hurts your feelings, then we might not be the right fit – we deeply refine solutions, experiment extensively, and discard many ideas along the way.
It's super important to adhere to all types of agreements.
Proficiency in English at B2 level is required.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer with a strong focus on design systems to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining our design language across all products.
You will be part of a growing design team that is continuously improving our product experience. You will be responsible for a wide range of design activities for our web and mobile applications, spanning from ideation all the way to high-fidelity prototyping. You will also be contributing to our ever-growing design system, building components and architecting new needs.
Day to day, you will lead small projects, take on bigger ones with guidance and help, work on tasks with a lot of self-direction and be responsible for the design outcomes. You will be collaborating with researchers, product managers, engineers and commercial stakeholders to ensure the delivery of great and comprehensive experiences.

As a Senior Product Designer at Fluxon, you'll lead design end-to-end on ambitious projects, often working directly with founders and product leads to shape what gets built. We are looking for design generalists, someone who owns the design surface, thrives in ambiguity, and cares as much about why something gets built as how it ships.

As the Product Manager for Frontend and Design Platform, you sit at the intersection of UX excellence and systems engineering.
