About the role:
Join Dashlane as a Director of Engineering and take part in a mission to create a beautiful and scalable application with global impact. As the most senior engineering leader in the Lisbon office, you will establish clear ownership and accountability across the organisation, anchor the team culturally and technically, drive delivery predictability and team health, and accelerate AI adoption across the engineering organisation.
Location:
You will be based in Lisbon, with English as your working language. Coach and grow engineering managers and individual contributors through candid feedback, structured career conversations, and a commitment to building teams people want to stay on;

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software engineering
5+ years of experience in people management (ideally in a distributed environment)
3+ years of experience in managing managers and senior technical ICs (ideally in a distributed environment)
Fluency in English

Ability to articulate how to measure AI impact and define the transition metrics that matter;
Experience with a company at roughly Dashlane's size and scaling up;
Experience working in a distributed team across multiple timezones;
BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar relevant field

You:
As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Feedzai, you will play an integral role in the sale of our leading RiskOps platform to high-profile Financial Institutions. You will partner with Feedzai’s sales team to understand clients, prospects and partners’ business, functional and technical needs and demonstrate how those can be achieved through the capabilities of our platform. You not only support effective qualification, but also own the technical dimension that addresses the business needs - you will successfully employ a combination of communication and soft skills, compelling storytelling, solution design and collaboration with a strong solutions design mindset to act as the trusted advisor with the clients. As needed you’ll also be a bridge to our product and development teams, distilling sales engagement feedback for them to help guide our roadmap. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own and evolve Data Capture, the surface where every Typeform creator builds and every respondent answers.
Typeform's respondent experience is widely recognised as one of the best in the market. Behind that experience sits Data Capture: the form builder, the blocks library that powers every question and interaction, and the formats through which respondents engage. As Typeform expands into new use cases and AI powered experiences, this surface must evolve toward a composable foundation that supports conversational, page based, embedded, video, voice, and AI moderated interactions from a unified architecture.
In this role, you will lead the strategic direction of Data Capture across three teams. You will manage two Senior Product Managers, carry IC ownership on one of the teams, and drive the architectural evolution of the surface into the composable primitives.
About the team
Data Capture owns the creator and respondent experience end to end. It is made up of three teams:
• Create & Design — the form builder, design system, brand kits, and multi language.
• Blocks — the library of question types and the renderer that powers them across every experience.

• Lead the replatforming of the surface into composable primitives consumable across multiple surfaces in the organisation
• Define and ship the AI-native evolution of Data Capture: Smart Blocks, AI-moderated interviews, voice and video respondent flows, and the primitives that make them composable
• Partner with Typeform AI to land agentic respondent experiences in production at the scale of 500 million responses a year, without fragmenting the core platform
• Hold the quality bar across the group on specs, discovery, instrumentation, and craft
• Partner closely with engineering on architectural decisions that shape the future of the platform
• Work cross functionally with engineering, design, research, and product leadership to align on priorities and technical direction
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation, and decision making.

What you already bring to the table
• A strategic thinker with strong product instincts and high ownership
• AI-native operator: builds with LLMs, agents, and tool-use frameworks daily and treats AI fluency as a core multiplier, not a buzzword. Has a point of view on what AI-first respondent experiences should feel like
• Real depth in agentic systems, LLM orchestration, tool use, or action execution frameworks, with a view on how they ship in production at scale
• Architectural conviction: Familiarity with platform architecture, sufficient to partner on renderer refactoring and modular and composable architecture decisions
• Technical depth: comfort engaging with engineers on architecture, system design, and the underlying primitives (APIs, webhooks, rendered components, data contracts, event flows) that connect blocks to downstream consumers, not only the abstraction layer
• Comfort with technical trade off discussions around performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and architectural direction
• Experience managing Product Managers while owning IC work on one team
• Experience defining mid and long term product strategy across multiple teams in fast moving environments
• Strong product sense and the ability to identify what creates a great creator and respondent experience

We’re looking for a Manager to lead our Business Development Representative (BDR) team across Portugal and the US. This team is responsible for generating qualified pipeline by engaging both prospective customers and our existing client base, and plays a critical role in driving both new business and expansion opportunities across the business.
This person will be responsible for the day-to-day performance, coaching, and development of the BDR team. We’re looking for someone who can build and maintain a high-performance, high-accountability culture while keeping the team engaged, motivated, and having fun. A big part of the role will be driving consistent activity levels across both prospecting and customer engagement motions, improving conversion rates, and helping BDRs build the skills they need to progress into Account Executive roles over time.
The Manager, BDRs will report directly to the EVP of Global Revenue and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement to ensure the team is aligned to our highest priority growth initiatives. As a Senior Data Engineer in Pulse Engineering, you will ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of DSF, working at the intersection of distributed systems, big data engineering, and developer experience. You are a Big Data specialist with deep hands-on expertise in Apache Spark and distributed data systems. You know how to tune jobs, troubleshoot cluster behaviour, and design scalable data workflows. You:
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Customer Success Department, you will be responsible for making sure our products are installed and meet our clients requirements with integration and performance management. You will work with a broad range of technologies including multiple flavours of SQL, NoSQL database, on-premise environments, Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google), along with multiple streaming or messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka). While working with these technologies, you will help with installation and configuration of our solutions, but will also develop custom Java inbound and outbound interfaces, use web services to enhance data in process and will develop custom extensions and modules for our Fraud Analysis platform. You will work as part of a project team alongside Data Scientist, Project Managers, Fraud Analysts and your peers to meet with the client, understand their needs, turn those needs into requirements and execute on those requirements.
