We’re Looking For 🔎

• 2-4 years of experience in a platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering role, ideally with some exposure to QA, testing practices, or quality engineering.
• A genuine curiosity for understanding how infrastructure changes behave differently to application code changes, and an interest in building the processes to test them rigorously.
• Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP), with the ability to design and manage non-production environments.
• Proven experience writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), including an understanding of plan/apply workflows and how changes can be safely validated.
• Familiarity with policy-as-code, compliance validation, or infrastructure testing approaches (e.g. validating configurations, detecting drift, or verifying rollback behaviour).
• Solid understanding of containerisation and Kubernetes, particularly in the context of running isolated, ephemeral test workloads.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and how infrastructure change validation fits into automated delivery workflows.
• Comfortable working with observability and alerting tooling to monitor environment health and surface issues early.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, or Go) for automation and tooling tasks.

Role purpose

Overview

We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.

What You’ll Do

• Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
• Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
• Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Software Development
• 3+ years experience in leading and mentoring software engineers as senior or lead developer

You

You’ll be working with a team that's responsible for the security across all ongoing initiatives, products, processes and applications at Feedzai. This will be a very senior role within this team, someone able to work across teams and coach other more junior team members also.

Your day–to–day

• Design and architect robust security controls with 'secure by default' principles, ensuring long-term maintainability and systemic incident resilience across the organization;
• Review technical designs to identify security weaknesses and provide assistance on how to address them;
• Provide subject matter expertise on security across ongoing initiatives to the organization;
• Lead the technical execution of multi-team security initiatives, influencing cross-team priorities and aligning technical roadmaps with direct business impact;
• Work closely with other functional areas and/or departments in the identification of requirements and designing of solutions;
• Produce high-quality narratives and investment cases supported by facts and data, translating complex security challenges into comprehensive business language for company-wide stakeholders;

We are looking for a Senior Security Compliance Engineer. You will be responsible for making sure that both our software & our infrastructure is safe, helping to protect our customers. 

Your Day to Day:

• Ensure compliance with core applicable standards and regulations (PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001 and 27701, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR) & participate in the audit processes;
• Support clients, vendors, and regulatory audits, assessments, and information security requests;
• Review, implement and oversight the effectiveness of Feedzai's security framework as well as ensuring their effectiveness;
• Perform security risk assessments and provide prioritized remediation recommendations;
• Develop, review, and maintain policies, processes, and standards and implement procedures, controls, and other measures to ensure compliance with internal and legal regulations and requirements.

You have & You Know-How

• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS, GDPR, etc.);
• Understanding of cloud security concepts (e.g.: Amazon Web Services (AWS) IAM, GCP or Azure security principles, etc.) and integrating security controls through DevOps and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) techniques;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
• Knowledge of container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes is welcomed.

About the Role 

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for code quality, mentorship, and collaborative delivery. In this role you will lead efforts to modernize and evolve our platform, drive engineering best practices, and work alongside product, design, and data teams to ship reliable software at scale.

You bring a proven track record in .NET development, a sharp understanding of modern deployment pipelines, and the architectural awareness to build systems that scale across tenancy models and data workloads.  

Core Responsibilities 

Technical Leadership & Code Modernization 

• Lead architectural decisions for migrating a legacy single tenant .NET 8 application into an existing multitenant framework. 
• Champion clean code principles and drive technical roadmaps that reduce technical debt while maintaining delivery velocity. 
• Evaluate and introduce tooling, libraries, and frameworks that improve developer experience and system reliability. 
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pairing, design reviews, and structured knowledge-sharing sessions. 

Code Review & Quality Assurance 

• Conduct constructive code reviews that uphold team standards and serve as teaching opportunities. 
• Define and enforce coding standards, naming conventions, and architectural guidelines across the team. 
• Identify systemic quality issues through review patterns and proactively propose process improvements. 
• Act as a trusted technical reviewer for high-risk or cross-cutting changes before they reach production. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Partner closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into accurate technical estimates and clear implementation plans. 
• Collaborate with data engineers on warehouse integrations and backend data pipelines, ensuring scalable and maintainable interfaces. 
• Work with DevOps and platform teams to define deployment patterns and promote infrastructure-as-code practices. 
• Facilitate cross-team alignment through clear written communication, architectural decision records (ADRs), and documentation. 

Quality Engineering & Testing with TDD 

• Apply test-driven development (TDD) as a core engineering discipline, writing unit, integration, and contract tests before implementation. 
• Design and maintain test suites that give the team confidence to refactor and deploy frequently. 
• Champion a shift-left testing culture by embedding quality practices into every stage of development, not just QA cycles. 
• Ensure test coverage benchmarks are defined, tracked, and continuously improved. 

Communication & Process Leadership 

• Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming with clarity and accountability. 
• Produce high-quality technical documentation including runbooks, API contracts, and onboarding guides. 
• Surface blockers and dependencies early, communicating status and risk proactively to stakeholders. 
• Contribute to a culture of psychological safety where candid, constructive feedback is the norm. 

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on .NET. 
• .NET proficiency, including ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and the modern .NET runtime ecosystem. 
• Demonstrated experience modernizing legacy web applications — refactoring, re-architecting, or re-platforming from older monolithic web applications to modern platform fabrics. 
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline design, automated test gating, artifact management, and deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling). 
• Clear understanding of single-tenancy vs. multi-tenancy architecture patterns and the trade-offs in security, isolation, scalability, and cost. 
• Experience with test-driven development and a strong testing philosophy covering unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to write clear technical documentation and lead design discussions. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Claude code, Copilot, or the leverage of any AI platform to increase production output is a strong plus. 
• Experience with large-scale data warehousing solutions; Google BigQuery experience is a strong plus. 
• Frontend experience with Vue.js 3 — component architecture, Composition API, and state management patterns. 
• Familiarity with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog, or similar.
