About The Role
As .Monks continues to expand our Data & Digital Media capabilities, we are looking for a senior professional to support and grow our services in marketing analytics.
In this role, you will support both ongoing and new engagements by overseeing the delivery of actionable and impactful insights at the intersection of business, site, and paid media data. This position plays a key role in evolving our analytics capabilities while also working closely with client stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
This is a highly hands-on, client-facing role, with a strong focus on building and maintaining data pipelines, enabling measurement frameworks, and supporting advanced analytics use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Support analytics delivery across client engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and actionable insights
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and workflows to support reporting, forecasting, and measurement initiatives
- Understand business needs and contribute to the development of cross-channel measurement frameworks
- Partner closely with client stakeholders to translate data into insights and recommendations
- Support test design and analysis to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the development of new analytics approaches, tools, and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, strategy, analytics) to deliver integrated solutions
Primary Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, economics, engineering) or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data pipeline development (ETL/ELT)
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (e.g., GCP, Databricks, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Python or similar languages for data processing or automation
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Datorama, or similar)
- Understanding of digital advertising measurement, reporting, and attribution methodologies
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, or distributed data processing frameworks
- Exposure to marketing mix modeling (MMM), forecasting, or advanced measurement techniques
- Experience working in consulting, agency, or embedded client environments
- Familiarity with AI/ML or emerging data applications
Additional Information
- This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and client exposure
- Success in this role requires a proactive, self-starter mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
- This role supports a West Coast–based team, so candidates should be comfortable collaborating with PST stakeholders and flexing hours when needed (e.g., occasional late afternoon meetings)

About the Role
The Social Media Program Manager is the architect of clarity within a high-volume, fast-paced creative environment. This role requires a high degree of ownership, diligence, and accountability, underpinned by a deep expertise in managing the workflows, schedules, and creative operations of social-led initiatives. Your mission is to transform ambiguous, complex processes into structured, high-performing work streams. Rather than simply participating in the workflow, you will architect the essential infrastructure that empowers our social and creative teams to scale. By maintaining seamless operations, proactively communicating obstacles, and identifying areas for optimization, you serve as the operational catalyst for our internal and external partners—removing friction to deliver world-class social content for the Google Devices ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Lifecycle Campaign Program Management: Drive the day-to-day program management of "social-first" launch campaigns, managing dependencies and stakeholders to ensure successful execution from inception to delivery.
- Management of Creative Reviews: Oversee review cycles with leadership and coordinate content approvals among various cross-functional partners. Capture key action items and guide agency partners in applying feedback to keep projects on track. Confirm that all brand, legal, and product requirements are finalized and documented prior to launch.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary POC for workstream owners and XFN stakeholders (Social, Product Marketing, Legal, Creative, Production, Brand, etc.). Facilitate alignment on feasibility, requirements, and next steps through rigorous discussion and group syncs.
- Organizational Alignment & Timeline Management: Synchronize the social team with broader marketing milestones and macro timelines. Act as the primary conduit for information regarding critical gates to ensure all cross-functional deadlines are met.
- Infrastructure & Process Architecture: Proactively identify friction points and architect new workflows. Drive the overhaul of existing systems to ensure the creative infrastructure scales with the team's evolving needs.
- Real-Time Social Operations: Build and enable processes to support reactive social needs and real-time requests without sacrificing creative quality.
- Agency & Resource Management: Oversee vendor staffing and performance, ensuring agency partners are effectively embedded and optimized within our workflows.
- Operational Tooling & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes through technical innovation, partnering with technical leads to implement automation and tools that bring structure to ambiguous workflows.

About You
The essentials:
- Extensive experience (6+ years) in Marketing and Program Management, preferably within social media, creative studios, or fast-paced marketing environments.
- Proven track record of building and implementing workflow infrastructure from the ground up.
- Understanding of the interplay between project scoping, budget oversight, and staffing models.
- Proficiency with project management and social media tooling; experience with platforms like Smartsheet, Sprinklr, and Airtable is preferred.
- Experience or strong interest in AI tools and process automation for Marketing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead high-stakes meetings and influence stakeholders.

About the Role
The Senior Advertising Manager’s primary responsibility is to work client-facing, with a specific book of commerce clients to create, manage, optimize, report on, and present full funnel marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work directly with a variety of large Brands across multiple global Amazon markets and different product categories. You will also play a major role in crafting budget strategies, driving sales and enhancing brand awareness on Amazon, Walmart and other commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own Amazon search and display (DSP/OTT) performance advertising for an assigned set of clients
- Create, implement, manage, and report on advertising strategies that align with client goals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize performance for the client’s business
- Proactively research industry trends and best practices and communicate internally to knowledge share
- Engage frequently and professionally with clients via email/slack, phone, and in-person video meetings
- Strategic thinking, detail oriented execution, and insightful data analysis to identify areas of opportunity and deliver sales-driving initiatives
- Utilize Amazon Attribution and Amazon Marketing Cloud to gain additional insights to increase performance
- Mentor more junior Advertising Managers
About You
The essentials:
- Amazon Performance Advertising experience with knowledge of developing strategic full funnel strategies to grow brands
- 4+ years’ experience with Amazon digital advertising; with an emphasis on paid search and display advertising
- Strong large-client facing experience
- Amazon advertising accreditation at the date of hire or commitment for accreditation within 30 days of hire
- Experience with Amazon SaaS Advertising Technologies
- Advanced understanding of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word or Google Slides, Docs and Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail and accomplished verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and strategic capabilities
- Multitasking expertise with the ability to organize projects and establish priorities
Not a must, but a plus:
- Agency experience with a focus on Amazon programmatic display advertising, Amazon Demand Side Platform and Amazon search
- Adept at learning new software programs and tools and incorporating AI into workflows
- Experience using bid management tools
- Additional marketplace experience such as Walmart, Target, Instacart
