The Opportunity 

Sterlington not only documents deals, we cut deals for clients. As part of that, we play something close to a financial / banker role in analyzing deal structures and executive compensation arrangements. We are looking for someone who can help us model and understand transactions and executive compensation arrangements from a numerical perspective. Our philosophy is that we need people trained to think logically and systematically, and equipped to operate with modern analysis tools (high expertise in AI modeling and Excel). 

This role sits at the intersection of math, finance, law, and business, and is designed for someone who is intellectually rigorous and genuinely enjoys untangling complexity. You will work directly with the head of the corporate / M&A practice, and senior partners in those practices.

What You’ll Do 

• Integrate AI-assisted workflows into your day-to-day work to enhance speed, depth, and accuracy of analysis
• Analyze and model complex business, executive compensation, structure and financial arrangements to extract underlying economic logic and value drivers
• Map ownership, incentive, and value-distribution structures across multiple scenarios 
• Stress-test assumptions and identify points of economic sensitivity and hidden risk
• Build and refine analytical models and frameworks used on live client matters
• Contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled analytical practices within the firm

What We’re Looking For 

• PhD or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, finance, or a closely related quantitative field

• Prior experience in law is not required.

FORT Robotics is hiring an Associate Accountant to join our Finance team and play a hands-on role in the day-to-day accounting operations that keep the company running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Senior Finance & Accounting Analyst and gain end-to-end exposure to the accounting cycle from AP/AR through month-end close at a stage where the systems and processes you help build will scale with the company. This is a high-visibility role on a small team. You will see your work reflected in board-level reporting within your first quarter.

What You'll Own

• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close: Support the full close cycle, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and the right level of documentation for an audit-ready environment.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage inventory reconciliations to ensure book-to-physical accuracy.
• Oversee the full-cycle AP/AR process — invoice processing, vendor management, collections, and payment application.
• Verify purchase orders against receipts and resolve discrepancies in partnership with Operations and Supply Chain.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
• Flag friction in current workflows and partner with Finance leadership to refine processes 

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of professional accounting experience, ideally including exposure to a full close cycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred/NetSuite a plus
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP, advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic modeling), and meticulous attention to detail.
• You're early in your career but ready to move quickly. You want to ramp in 30–60 days, not six months. You ask questions, document what you learn, and own outcomes without being chased.

We are looking for a recent graduate to join IMC as a Graduate Floor Trader. IMC is a high frequency trading firm and we have a strong trading presence in the broker market on the trading floor. As a Graduate Floor Trader, you will be assigned to one of the many EO options trading floors in the U.S., where you will actively respond to quotes in the open outcry broker market. The Base Salary range for the role is included below. • Manage data integrity, list management, and marketing outreach reporting in HubSpot to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.

Attribution, Forecasting, & Collaboration

• Collaborate with industry and service practice leaders to provide marketing attribution and forecasting for digital marketing, social media, event participation, and conferences.
• Support Firm initiatives and development opportunities.

Agency Partnership Support

• Serve as a key contact with Tower Marketing (Digital Marketing Agency) to support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, GEO, and paid efforts.
