A day in the life:
As a Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the Healthcare division. You will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned and earned channels. As a seasoned business consultant, the Senior Account Director will guide and counsel clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes. The Senior Account Director will manage direct reports and lead cross-functional account teams of highly-talented marketers by working closely to optimize their efforts and provide strategic guidance. In collaboration with Account Managers, they will spearhead service expansions, manage media, craft testing roadmaps and lead tactical pivots when necessary. Additionally, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership by gaining trust and providing unmatched strategic insight to their cross-functional account teams. Within the Client Services department, the Senior Account Director will also be responsible for leading key initiatives within the team such as talent acquisition, training or product quality. This is an exciting role for a seasoned digital marketer seeking an opportunity to lead innovative, growth-oriented marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Client-centric Communication: Establishes a strong relationship with client key decision makers by hosting monthly one-on-one check-ins to review holistic business performance, gauge sentiment, solicit feedback and share additional opportunities to support the business goals
- Marketing Strategy: Leads the cross-functional account teams with a comprehensive strategy across paid, owned and earned channels to meet or exceed client business objectives; Demonstrates proficiency in cross-channel media planning and testing roadmaps, including the connection of a client’s product, audience and media
- Client Performance & Results: Ensures that at least 75% of their client roster is hitting their goals/forecast targets within the partnership.
- Data-driven Insights: Leverages data and analytics, such as first-party data tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio, to identify strategic opportunities; Translates learnings into clear and concise reporting with actionable next steps
- Measurement Frameworks: Uses overlapping datasets to find the truth and make better marketing decisions; Prioritizes business metrics to guide strategy and budgets; Leverages platform or attribution metrics to inform tactical daily optimizations; Uses incrementality to validate when needed
- Team Coaching and Development: Leads by example and practices servant leadership; Delivers timely, specific feedback to team members to up-level business acumen and connect the marketing objectives to business objectives
- Existing Account Manager Support: Shadows and provides coaching and feedback to new hires within the first 90 days and/or existing Account Managers to ensure high product quality and assist in coaching any skill gaps
- Client Portfolio: Manages a diverse set of clients totaling with specific target monthly recurring revenue
- Client Retention: Leads the contract renewal strategy by following the established client renewal process and timelines. Takes a proactive approach to the process, beginning at least 90 days in advance of the contract expiration date by preparing the presentation and proposal development alongside the Account Manager to extend client partnerships. Reviews and analyzes client contracts on a regular basis to ensure goals are on target
- Service Expansions: Works with the Account Manager and the internal account team to identify additional strategies to improve performance and expand client partnerships.
- Own the strategic coaching and development of Account Managers and Resource Team leads, ensuring teams can independently connect channel execution to client business outcomes and confidently lead client conversations
- Elevate client-facing excellence across accounts, coaching teams on storytelling, executive presence, and emotional intelligence to deliver clear, polished recommendations
- Scale team capability and consistency, developing AMs as strategic leaders, reinforcing shared expectations across accounts, and balancing client demands with team capacity to drive sustainable performance.
- Department Operations: Plays an active role in supporting key department initiatives such as recruitment, staffing, training, onboarding and more
- Specialty Focus Area: Identifies a focus area within the department that aligns with the individual’s skill set; Creates a roadmap alongside the Account Manager to enhance and optimize that focus area (e.g., Training, Reporting, Talent Acquisition)
- Responsible for other tasks and projects as assigned by Client Services department leadership, as needed
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
- 10+ years cross-channel digital marketing experience, including: strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration and client services, ideally in a digital or media agency
- Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores through NPS or similar retention metrics
- Strong understanding of paid media, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO, Analytics, and Creative workflows and deliverables
- Experience speaking to business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC, ROAS, etc.
- Proficiency in establishing goals for clients and validating forecast scenarios to show a path to goal
- Campaign leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development including strategy, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a multi-channel environment
- Ability to quickly build rapport and develop relationships with executive-level points of contact
- Desire to work in a role that functions as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant for clients
- Highly dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a self-starter; Emanates high energy and a positive attitude

We’re expanding our capabilities across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and we’re hiring an Associate Compensation & Benefits Director to be responsible for the execution and administration of PMG’s international compensation and benefit plans and programs.
In this role you will be responsible for conducting analysis and interpretation related to the organization’s compensation and benefits programs for region. Supporting international salary survey participation including job matching and competitive benchmarking as well as benefit plan benchmarking. Partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance across all geographies.
You will also support annual compensation (merit/promotion and bonus) planning process and all international benefit plan management and administration, including benefit plan design benchmarking and broker management.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Member of the global Total Reward team while managing regional compensation and benefits matters in support of the business and local/regional HR Business Partners
Compensation Management
- Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary grade and structure maintenance & creation
- Provides data analytics for the maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets
- Participates in administration of annual incentive, and/or salary increase programs
- Conducts market benchmarking analysis to determine competitive positioning of the organizations jobs and pay programs
- Evaluates the organizations job descriptions, providing feedback and consulting to the business as needed
- Participates and manages salary surveys by matching PMG jobs to available salary surveys reference jobs and provides organizational data to these survey providers
- Lead the gender pay gap reporting process (as they become applicable… i.e. UK, France)
- Ensures HR systems are configured/maintained in a way that support overall compensation priorities and policy
Benefits Management
- Supports the development of international benefits strategy and oversee the implementation of such, ensuring the benefits offering is strategically aligned with the business, competitively attractive to employees and is cost effective
- Maintain inventory of all benefit plans and policy documents per country/business unit, including renewal dates, and tracking of costs
- Manage annual carrier/policy renewal process, working with brokers and vendors on contract negotiations and initiating periodic market reviews to ensure benefits are secured on the most competitive terms
- Partner with HR and the applicable business to assess, recommend and establish appropriate market level of benefits when PMG establishes operations in new countries and/or upon acquisition of new companies
- Lead the administration of pension schemes
- Point of contact for incoming benefits related invoices (liaison with Finance for invoice processing)
- Build external relationships and participate in international benefit surveys to ensure PMG remains aware of what other companies are doing in the competitive market
- Partner with field HR to handle employee questions and assist with processes such as leave of absence, sickness, and accidents
- Coordinate with legal team, HR team and outside counsel on immigration matters
General Responsibilities
- Partners with HRIS for ongoing data integrity checks
- Produces HR Metrics related to compensation and offer insights to the Business and HR Teams
- Provides guidance, coaching, mentoring and training to HR Business Partners on compensation-related issues
- Provides input on compensation policy and procedure creation
- Generate compensation metrics and provide analysis and recommendations based on them
- Lead and/or participates in HR and Total Reward projects
- Supports US and Global compensation matters as needed
Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related major and 12 or more years of compensation and benefits experience within mature international organizations. Experience working across different countries and general understanding of process, payroll and labor law differences.
Expertise in messaging to support compensation and benefit programs that are aimed at leadership and employees.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or other industry directly related to one of PMG’s service lines.
- Experience with PayFactors and SAP/SuccessFactors HRMS a plus.
- Experience matching jobs, as well as designing and developing a salary grade structures.
- Has worked with short term incentive plans and/or sales plans.
Or equivalent combination of education, professional training and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
