🎯 El Rol: Buscamos un profesional Semi-Senior que se encargue del diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones backend críticas. Participarás activamente en todo el ciclo de vida del software, desde el análisis técnico hasta la implementación y pruebas, asegurando la escalabilidad y seguridad de las aplicaciones bancarias.
🚀 Principales Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar y mantener microservicios utilizando Java y Spring Boot.
- Diseñar e implementar servicios REST eficientes y seguros.
- Realizar pruebas unitarias y de integración garantizando la calidad del código (JUnit/Mockito).
- Colaborar en la integración continua y el control de versiones (Git).
- Adaptarse y aprender rápidamente sobre frameworks propietarios del entorno bancario (basados en Java Spring).
- Trabajar de manera autónoma, proponiendo mejoras continuas en los procesos de desarrollo.
✅ Requisitos del Perfil:
- Experiencia: 4 a 6 años de experiencia comprobable desarrollando en Java.
- Stack Técnico: Dominio obligatorio de Java (8+), Spring Framework, Spring Boot y Arquitectura de Microservicios.
- Herramientas: Experiencia sólida con Git, Maven/Gradle y pruebas unitarias.
- Conocimientos Deseables: SQL, Oracle, Jenkins, SonarQube, Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Ubicación: Residente en Colombia (Modalidad 100% Remota).
- Habilidades Blandas: Autogestión, proactividad, capacidad analítica y excelente comunicación técnica.
Plus: Experiencia previa en el sector bancario o disposición para aprender frameworks internos (ASO-APX).

Technical Skills
- You have experience with, or feel confident building projects in, the following profile and tech stacks: Backend: Java (Spring Boot) + React .
- You have strong computer science fundamentals (e.g., Data structures, algorithms, database fundamentals).
- You have less than one year of professional experience working on a tech role, excluding internship.
- You demonstrate initial knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (e.g., can define encapsulation) and are learning its basic concepts with some hands-on experience.
- You can write code that is readable, maintainable and extensible, and you are aware of the importance of tests.
- You are aware of the technical ecosystem where code and artifacts run (infrastructure, runtime, web architecture, operating systems).
- Good to have: exposure to machine learning, LLM fundamentals, agentic AI development, and AI-assisted software tools.
- Good to have: exposure to cloud-based concepts.
Professional Skills
- You thrive in a collaborative, flat environment that values transparency, openness, feedback and change.
- You have a passion for learning and sharing knowledge as well as a desire to create meaningful solutions for business problems.
