A day in the life:
As a Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the Healthcare division. You will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned and earned channels. As a seasoned business consultant, the Senior Account Director will guide and counsel clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes. The Senior Account Director will manage direct reports and lead cross-functional account teams of highly-talented marketers by working closely to optimize their efforts and provide strategic guidance. In collaboration with Account Managers, they will spearhead service expansions, manage media, craft testing roadmaps and lead tactical pivots when necessary. Additionally, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership by gaining trust and providing unmatched strategic insight to their cross-functional account teams. Within the Client Services department, the Senior Account Director will also be responsible for leading key initiatives within the team such as talent acquisition, training or product quality. THE ROLE
Sourcing Manager, Apparel
We are seeking a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. The candidate is energized by solving complex business problems and consistently effective in making high-judgment decisions at rapid pace amidst the frequent ambiguity that comes with charting a course of action with no precedent. The Sourcing Manager, Americas/Apparel will focus on sourcing opportunities in Mexico, Central America, and South America but is not limited to these regions. This role is critical to optimizing Quince’s supply chain by re-sourcing existing products with long lead times and high logistics costs, as well as identifying and launching new products from the Americas region to drive business growth. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for scouting potential suppliers, pitching them on Quince’s business model, conducting cost analyses for key products, and onboarding suppliers into our fast-paced supply chain. Additionally, they will ensure supplier continuity, conduct periodic business reviews, and drive operational efficiencies.
This role is pivotal to Quince’s continued growth and success. Enabling Americas Sourcing to its full potential will drive faster lead times, lower logistics costs, and greater alignment with our Made-to-Consumer (MTC) model.

The Role
Mode Mobile is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for a recently acquired multimillion dollar utility app. Over time, you’ll expand your ownership to other newly acquired and organically developed mobile applications. This is a senior-level, high-ownership role for a proven product leader who combines business acumen, operational excellence, and user empathy.
You will be responsible for continuing to grow and optimize a mobile app with over 2M DAU with annual revenue exceeding $10M. And as you take on new products, you’ll work to identify high opportunity strategies that can drive growth and profitability, driving meaningful business outcomes. You will work closely with the Director of Product and General Manager of your business unit, cross-functional teams, and executives to establish the roadmap, lead teams, and set the bar for world-class product management.

A day in the life:
The Paid Media Strategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of Paid Media advertising campaigns within their book of business. They are oriented towards the clients’ business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals. They are self-starters and autonomously own their responsibilities. The Strategist works hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of their service within the broader media mix. They are responsible for owning reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. The Strategist is excellent at providing insights and forward thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, and has a strong understanding of their service’s strategy and the levers to pull to drive performance.
