As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will play an important role during this journey. You will collaborate with our sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks Platform in your customers. You will also help ensure customer success by increasing focus and technical accountability to our most complex customers who need guidance to accelerate usage on Databricks workloads that they have already selected, helping them maximise the value they get from our platform and the return on investment.
This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. It is commercial in the sense that you will drive growth in your assigned customers and use cases through leading your customers' stakeholders, building executive relationships, orchestrating other focused/specialized teams within Databricks, and creating and driving plans and strategies for Databricks colleagues to build upon. This is in parallel to being technical, with expectations being that you become the post-sale technical lead across all Databricks products. This requires you to utilize your skills and technical credibility to engage and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization. You will report directly to a DSA Manager within the Field Engineering organization.
The impact you will have:
- Engage with Solutions Architects to understand the full use case demand plan for prioritised customers
- Lead the post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for the majority of Databricks use cases within our most strategic accounts
- Be the accountable technical leader assigned to specific use cases and customer(s) across multiple selling teams and internal stakeholders, creating certainty from uncertainty and driving onboarding, enablement, success, go-live and healthy consumption of the workloads where the customer has made the decision to consume Databricks
- Be the first contact for any technical issues or questions related to the production/go-live status of agreed-upon use cases within an account, oftentimes services multiple use cases within the largest and most complex organizations
- Leverage both Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support resources, along with escalating to expert-level technical experts, to build the right tasks that are beyond your scope of activities or expertise
- Create, own, and execute a point-of-view as to how key use cases can be accelerated into production, coordinating with Professional Services (PS) resources on the delivery of PS Engagement proposals
- Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for new product Innovations, private previews, and upgrade needs
- Develop an execution plan that covers all activities of all customer-facing technical roles and teams to cover the below work streams:
- Main use cases moving from ‘win’ to production
- Enablement/user growth plan
- Product adoption (strategy and activities to increase adoption of Databricks’ Lakehouse vision)
- Organic needs for current investment (e.g. cloud cost control, tuning & optimization)
- Executive and operational governance
- Provide internal and external updates - KPI reporting on the status of usage and customer health, covering investment status, important risks, product adoption and use case progression - to your Technical GM
What we look for:
- U.S. citizenship
- 7+ years of experience where you have been accountable for technical project/program delivery within the domain of Data and AI and where you can contribute to technical debate and design choices with customers
- Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
- Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems
- Understanding of how to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables
- Technical program, or project management, including account, stakeholder and resource management accountability
- Experience in resolving complex and important escalations with senior customer executives

Mission Summary:

Omnitag, our ML-powered multimodal data mining framework, is the engine that powers this discovery.
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Data Mining team, your mission is to build the "Brain" of this engine: designing massive multimodal Teacher models that understand the world, and distilling them into hyper-efficient Student models that can scour exabytes of data in near real-time. You will work at the intersection of large-scale representation learning, retrieval optimization, and reasoning systems. Your work will directly influence how we compress knowledge into efficient encoders for fast search, and how we apply reinforcement learning to optimize data discovery workflows and intelligent querying. By building smarter mining tools, you will accelerate the entire model improvement lifecycle for teams working on post-training analysis, error diagnosis, and dataset curation.
What You'll Do:
- Architect and Train Distilled Models: Design and implement teacher-student model frameworks for multimodal sensor data. Develop training pipelines for knowledge distillation. Ensure student models maintain high accuracy while drastically reducing inference latency and memory footprint.
- Reinforcement Learning for Data Discover: Build RL-based policy learning and reasoning systems for autonomous driving applications. Implement and scale RL training workflows (e.g., PPO, DQN, actor-critic methods) for simulation and real-world interaction. Explore reward shaping, environment modeling, and multi-agent RL where applicable.
- Optimize Model Deployment for Real-Time Inference: Collaborate with backend engineers to deploy distilled and RL models into production. Optimize for latency, throughput, and hardware efficiency across GPU/CPU clusters. Implement model versioning, A/B testing, and monitoring for performance regressions.
- Research and Integrate Agentic Systems: Explore and prototype agentic workflows for autonomous reasoning, chain-of-thought prompting, and goal-directed behavior. Integrate such systems into our broader autonomy stack as experimental or production components.
- Drive Production Reliability: Establish patterns for graceful degradation, fault tolerance, and cost optimization. Operate Omnitag as a mission-critical data platform serving the entire ML organization, with a focus on reliability, debuggability, and operational excellence.
- Mentor and Collaborate: Work closely with ML scientists, data engineers, and autonomy teams to translate research advances into scalable engineering solutions. Guide junior engineers in best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
What We're Looking For:
- BS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on model post training, optimization, and deployment.
- Strong experience with model distillation or teacher-student training - practical knowledge of loss functions, training strategies, and evaluation of compressed models.
- Proven experience with reinforcement learning in production or research settings: policy optimization, reward design, simulation environments, and RL-based reasoning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: testing, CI/CD, containerization, and system design.
- Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and optimizing for inference.
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-grade ML systems and mentor team members.

As a Big Data Solutions Architect (Resident Solutions Architect) in our Professional Services team you will work with clients on short to medium term customer engagements on their big data challenges using the Databricks platform. Principal Database Architect (DBaaS)

About the Role:
Rumble Cloud is seeking a Principal Database Architect to own the architecture, technical direction, and successful delivery of our Database as a Service (DBaaS) offering within our public cloud platform. This role will take over a product already in active development and guide it through hardening, integration, launch, and global scale-out. You will be responsible for shaping the long-term technical roadmap of the service, ensuring it is secure, reliable, performant, and operable at scale for customers worldwide. You will work closely with our development team, engineering team, and early adopter customers to refine the design, drive high-quality implementation, and build the patterns and practices that future engineers will follow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end architecture of the DBaaS product, including multitenancy, high availability, disaster recovery, backup/restore, observability, and security.
- Review and influence existing epics, stories, and technical designs, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
- Define and maintain architectural standards and patterns for databases across our public cloud (provisioning, configuration, lifecycle management, monitoring, security).
- Work closely with platform, networking, and security teams to integrate DBaaS into our cloud infrastructure, including identity, networking, billing, self-service, and automation.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align technical roadmap with product vision, SLAs/SLOs, and customer requirements.
- Serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for DBaaS-related issues in development, staging, and production environments.
- Support onboarding and success of early “friendly” customers: assist with deployments, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and architecture guidance.
- Define and evolve operational runbooks, incident response patterns, and SRE practices for the DBaaS platform.
- Mentor and coach other engineers and architects as we build an internal team around the service, raising the overall bar for database and data platform expertise.
- Establish and enforce security, compliance, and data protection best practices for the DBaaS offering (encryption, access control, auditing, regulatory considerations).
- Participate in capacity planning and cost optimization, ensuring the service is economically viable at scale.
- Conduct periodic architecture reviews and post-incident reviews, driving continuous improvement in reliability and customer experience.
- Support and advise internal teams on the operation, performance, and troubleshooting of existing database clusters, in addition to primary ownership of the DBaaS platform.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expert-level experience in database engineering, data platforms, or infrastructure, with significant ownership of production database systems or services.
- Deep expertise with at least one major relational database engine (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or similar), including replication, backup/restore, performance tuning, and operational best practices.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including compute, networking, storage, and security in public cloud or large private cloud environments.
- Experience integrating databases or DBaaS-like offerings with cloud control planes, APIs, and automation/orchestration systems.
- Strong background in reliability engineering for data services (monitoring, alerting, SLOs, incident management, capacity planning).
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements for database services (encryption at rest/in transit, access control, auditing, data retention, regulatory considerations).
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or similar) and comfort working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Go, Bash or similar) for automation, tooling, and integration.
- Proven track record of technical leadership: influencing designs across teams, mentoring engineers, and making clear trade-off decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with external vendors, internal stakeholders, and customers.

About the Role:
Rumble Cloud is seeking a Kubernetes Engineer to support our team in rolling out and operating our next-generation Kubernetes platform. - Re-architect and refactor existing legacy systems to align with modern standards and project requirements, demonstrating ownership and commitment to continuous improvement
- Mentor team members through pair programming and code reviews, promoting best practices that elevate code quality and team processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, build, and ship high-quality features that delight our global customer base
What Sets You Up for Success:
- 5+ years of PHP web application software engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience with JS frameworks, Vue.js and React are preferred
- Solid experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and containerized development workflows
- Demonstrated expertise in performance optimization and expert knowledge of relational databases, indexing, and searching technologies
- Strong understanding of security considerations, particularly for applications handling financial transactions and personal data
- Experience with test automation across all levels (unit, integration, end-to-end) and a passion for quality-driven development
- Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and delivering results independently
- Business-level English fluency (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills for collaborating across a globally distributed, remote-first team
Bonus Skills to Stand Out:
- Experience designing and building microservices and/or micro-frontends
- Hands-on experience with PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Laravel, Symfony)
- Cloud and infrastructure experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and Argo CD
- Experience working with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka)
Compensation: Depending on your skills and experience, you can expect your annual compensation to be between $145,000 - $165,000
