Position Summary:

ParetoHealth is seeking an Art Director to serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for elevating creative quality, leading complex deliverables, and building scalable design systems. This role combines hands-on execution, project leadership, and mentorship, helping the Design function operate with clarity, consistency, and impact.
Reporting to the Head of Design, this role does not include people management but does require the ability to lead projects, set creative direction, and mentor a Senior Graphic Designer while remaining deeply involved in execution.
This role is based in Center City Philadelphia, with the option to work remotely 2–3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-impact creative execution
- Own and lead delivery of complex, high-visibility creative work, including:
- Long-form content such as white papers, reports, and playbooks
- Executive presentations for senior leadership and external audiences
- Brand, campaign, and case-study storytelling assets
- Translate abstract or complex concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives (including infographics and industry reports) that communicate a strong point of view.
- Serve as creative lead on priority initiatives in partnership with Marketing, Events, and Content teams.
Web design & UI/UX-driven experiences
- Lead visual design for marketing websites and landing pages supporting campaign, growth, and educational initiatives.
- Apply strong UI/UX principles, including visual hierarchy, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Design within and extend existing design systems across web and digital touchpoints.
- Partner with developers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality, feasible designs.
Video, motion & visual storytelling
- Lead hands-on execution of video and motion initiatives, including storyboarding, concept development, and hands-on editing and motion design.
- Establish quality standards and best practices for video and motion content across the team.
Design systems & scalability
- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, templates, and component libraries across events, sales enablement, and digital campaigns.
- Establish clear design standards, review practices, and workflows that reduce rework and increase speed.
- Identify and apply process improvements, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of multidisciplinary design experience (B2B or complex subject matter preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating long-form content, executive presentations, web and digital design, video/motion work, and data visualization or analytical storytelling.
- Strong experience designing for web and digital platforms, with a solid understanding of UI/UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Working experience with video editing and motion graphics (advanced skills a plus).
- Proven ability to lead projects end to end as a senior individual contributor.
- Strong communication skills and comfort partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Experience building and evolving design systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint.

ParetoHealth is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support the execution of high-quality creative across marketing, sales enablement, events, and digital channels. This senior individual contributor role is focused on reliable delivery, strong design craft, and speed, partnering closely with Art Director to bring complex ideas to life through clear, effective design.
Reporting to the Head of Design, this role requires the ability to independently own deliverables, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams. This role supports complex initiatives led by the Art Director while owning day-to-day execution across core marketing and sales deliverables.
This role is based in Center City Philadelphia, with the option to work remotely 2–3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary execution ownership
- Design and deliver high-quality marketing and sales assets, including:
- Sales decks and executive-ready presentations
- One-pagers and POV-driven collateral
- Email campaign creative and landing page assets
- Infographics and short-form social or campaign content derived from long-form materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Web & digital support
- Design web and landing page assets within established design systems.
- Apply foundational UI/UX principles such as visual hierarchy, usability, and responsive thinking.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead and web partners on digital execution.
Video & motion
- Produce light video editing and motion graphics (e.g., social clips, animated presentations, short-form campaign assets).
- Support larger video or motion initiatives led by the Creative Lead.
Long-form content & data visualization
- Support the design of long-form materials by applying clear layout and hierarchy and maintaining consistency across pages.
- Assist in translating data into charts, infographics, and visual summaries.
Design systems & collaboration
- Work within established design systems and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Help maintain and organize shared assets and templates.
- Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Events, Sales, and Content partners to ensure clear intake and alignment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, presentation, and digital design work.
- Experience designing email, social, and campaign-based assets.
- Experience producing basic video or motion content (advanced skills a plus).
- Working knowledge of web design best practices and foundational UI/UX principles.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint.
