About The Role: 

The LIMS System & Data Specialist II role will be the primary business user for the Veeva Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) within the Quality Control (QC) group. This role is responsible for building and maintaining test definitions, sample plans, specification requirements and study designs in LIMS to support in-process, release, and stability testing for AAV, plasmid, cell bank, buffer, and raw materials, along with generation of electronic Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Certificate of Testing (COT) documents needed to support batch release or disposition. Acting as a Tier 1 LIMS support resource, this role partners closely with QC subject matter experts, QA, IT, and the LIMS System Administrator to support compliant system use, continuous improvement, and adoption of new LIMS functionality. This position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, operational readiness, and inspection preparedness in support of client gene therapy programs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 LIMS support
• Build and maintain test definitions, sampling plans, specifications, and stability protocols in Veeva LIMS, in collaboration with QC SMEs.
• Configure and issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Certificates of Testing (COT) in support of batch release and disposition.
• Support routine troubleshooting of data-related issues and escalate technical problems to System Admin or vendor as needed.
• Work with System Administrator to develop user requirements and test scripts for custom scripts, code, or automation tools to support LIMS integration with analytical instruments and other enterprise systems.
• Work closely with IT, QA, and QC leadership to test system settings, user roles, and permissions.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to identify system improvements and customize LIMS functionalities.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and documentation for LIMS system use and best practices.
• Train QC personnel on LIMS functionalities, data entry procedures, and reporting workflows.
• Ensure LIMS operations comply with GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, USP, and data integrity requirements.
• Support internal and external regulatory audits and inspections by providing LIMS documentation and system access as required.
• Collaborate on periodic system reviews and validations to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work with QC leadership to support ongoing LIMS improvements and upgrades.
• Assist in integrating LIMS with other business systems and instruments.
• Assist with generating routine QC reports and trending data as requested.

Qualifications:

• AS or BS in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field is preferred, with degrees in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience working in a GxP-regulated laboratory environment (biologics, gene therapy, or pharmaceuticals preferred).
• Familiarity with Veeva LIMS or other enterprise LIMS platforms (LabWare, LabVantage, STARLIMS, etc.).
• Experience working in compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, and data integrity regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and training abilities to support QC personnel.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (QC, QA, IT, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and external vendors).
• Ability to work onsite (in Columbus, Ohio) 2-3 days/week on average.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of QC analytical methods, sample types, and AAV manufacturing processes, or viral vector manufacturing.
• Familiarity with database management, system validation, and software lifecycle management.
• Basic understanding of data governance principles (controlled vocabularies, data dictionaries, master data ownership).
• Exposure to regulatory inspections and providing LIMS-related documentation.
• Prior experience supporting user training or developing SOPs/guides for LIMS users.

ABOUT THE JOB

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• We are seeking an AV Systems Administrator to maintain and support Anduril's AV infrastructure, ensuring all conferencing systems are operational and users are well-trained. The position is based at our Asvhille, Ohio location but may involve travel to other sites.
• Oversee AV infrastructure across the organization, including hardware in conference rooms, All-Hands spaces, and training rooms.
• Keep systems updated with the latest operating systems, software, and applications to ensure availability during business hours.
• Provide specialized support for a variety of AV events, from podcasts to large-scale conferences.
• Design and install AV systems utilizing a standard design concept across a variety of work spaces.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of new office, production floors, warehouses and other spaces requiring AV installations.
• Maintain the operability of meeting spaces, delivering swift resolutions to any technical issues.
• Address technical problems, including hardware, software, network, and service interruptions.
• Support end-users with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV systems.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant vendors or internal teams as required.
• Be available for weekly on-call duties to provide continuous system support.
• Travel as needed for new office setups and remote AV requirements. (Up to 30% Travel)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in AV system administration.
• Familiarity with AV software and conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, OBS, Wirecast).
• Knowledge of AV equipment (Mixers, Mics, Cameras, Crestron, QSYS, etc.).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced Senior Government Property Manager to be the first member of the team in our Ashville, OH location. This is a critical position as Anduril continues to expand its operations across a wide variety of programs, contracts, and locations.

As a Senior Government Property Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle management of customer owned property to ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). This role is integral to scaling Anduril’s operational excellence, offering you the opportunity to take ownership of property management processes while driving measurable impact across the site and organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee the lifecycle management of customer property to ensure compliance and accountability within each of the 10 outcomes, and 22 elements of property management. 
• Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement, implement processes that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support long-term operational success.
• Manage and execute compliance audits, both internal and external (e.g., Defense Contract Management Agency), ensuring Anduril maintains alignment with property management regulations, while addressing corrective actions as necessary.
• Confirm that work is scheduled and performed in accordance with applicable government regulations, customer contracts, corporate policy or recommended industry standards.
• Maintain asset management system to ensure traceability and provide accurate transaction history.
• Receive, identify/tag, and originate asset records as necessary.
• Assist in the completion, reconciliation, and reporting of physical inventories.
• Coordinate property reviews and physical inventories at subcontractors to ensure control of government property.
• Report property transactions through PIEE that may include: Shipment, Receipt, Transfer, Consumption, LTDD, and/or Excess Property.
• Provide guidance and training to cross-functional teams on government property regulations, fostering compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify challenges and remove obstacles for your team and internal partners, engaging stakeholders to ensure effective resolution and program success.
• Communicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed at all times. Use the necessary channels (Slack, email, meetings) to ensure stakeholders understand what needs to be accomplished and when.

In collaboration with the Special Education Director, Special Education Manager, and registrars, the Special Education Intake Coordinator supports the special education department through purposeful decision making of transferring special education documents following all state and federal guidelines. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and assisting in seeking documentation for all new and returning Students with Disabilities enrolling in Accel Ohio Virtual Schools. Makes and implements student centered decisions in accordance with all state laws and regulations and school procedures and policies. This is a virtual position, but in-office work will be required throughout the year.

About the Opportunity

• Be able to work autonomously and maintain a high level of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality
• Review all incoming Special Education documents for compliance with Ohio Department of Education Office of Exceptional Children’s standards and confidentiality make decisions on whether or not documents are deemed compliant or noncompliant in order to adopt
• Obtain general knowledge of EMIS reporting requirements
• Maintain communication with School Psychologist, Manager, and IEP Case Managers if incoming documents are found to be noncompliant or expired and communicate next steps
• Work closely and communicate with the General Records department and Special Education Registrar to retrieve the most recent IEP, ETR, and/or most recent educational evaluation from transferring districts
• Inform IEP Case Manager when all necessary documents are received and inform of next steps 
• Inform Manager and/or Coordinator of unique circumstances regarding Least Restrictive Environment and Test Types based on previous records and ODDEX 
• Work closely with Special Education Administrative Assistant and Special Education Registrar to maintain detailed documentation of all incoming records needing reviewed and completed
• Communicate with the Special Education Director and/or Manager if students are confirmed to receive services or who have been exited in accordance with Ohio Database Exchange System (ODDEX) and with appropriate documentation
• Communicate with Special Education Manager and Special Education Coordinators if students are to receive Related Services according to documents 
• Be willing and able to communicate with transferring districts to maintain ease of communication in exchange of documents
• Periodically review existing documents for compliance and participate in Internal Monitoring procedures
• Participate in additional duties such as providing documentation as requested from Ohio Social Security Administration system
• Perform all other job duties as assigned

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Master’s Degree Preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing special education services in an online model
• Current Ohio Special Education Teacher or Administrator Certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products
