Your role will include:
As a Senior Project Manager at CLEVR, your role will be all about navigating projects for various clients. Whether it's a short project or a multi-year endeavor in PLM, you'll be managing consultants and collaborating with stakeholders. - Act as the technical and strategic advisor for clients, ensuring PLM solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
- Leading and coordinating engineering activities, ensuring timely and high-quality technical solutions within budget.
- Acting as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing all technical aspects of project delivery.
- Collaborate with project management to allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal project execution.

What you bring to the table:
- Proven track record of leading large-scale PLM projects within the manufacturing industry.
- Documented experience as a senior project manager or project lead.
- Strong understanding of data migration strategies, system architecture, and customization within Teamcenter or other PLM systems.
- Certifications such as Prince2, PMP, IPMA, or equivalent are an advantage
- Structured, analytical, and proactive
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
- Ability to mentor and guide PLM engineers and consultants, fostering best practices and technical excellence.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Position Summary
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems for a mineral processing plant across both the construction and operational phases.
This role ensures that all engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational activities comply with applicable standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. The QA/QC Manager plays a critical role in establishing a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Construction Phase (EPCM / Build-Out)
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP)
- Establish QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation systems
- Review engineering deliverables for compliance with specifications and standards
- Ensure contractor and vendor quality programs meet project requirements
- Oversee inspection and testing of:
- Structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical installations
- Process equipment (crushers, mills, flotation cells, thickeners, etc.)
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and root cause analysis
- Coordinate third-party inspections and certifications
- Conduct audits of EPCM contractors, suppliers, and site activities
- Ensure proper material traceability and documentation control
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including system handover documentation
- Commissioning & Start-Up
- Verify quality readiness for commissioning systems and subsystems
- Ensure completion of punch lists and deficiency tracking
- Validate test work, calibration, and performance verification processes
- Support development of operational quality procedures and control plans
- Ensure turnover documentation is complete, accurate, and auditable
- Operations Phase (Process Plant)
- Develop and maintain the Operational Quality Management System (QMS)
- Implement QA/QC procedures for:
- Ore sampling and assaying
- Metallurgical accounting and reconciliation
- Process control and optimization
- Product quality (concentrates, tailings, etc.)
- Oversee laboratory QA/QC programs, including:
- Sample preparation, analysis, and certification
- External lab audits and round-robin testing
- Monitor plant performance against quality KPIs and metallurgical targets
- Lead investigations into production deviations and quality failures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and customer specifications
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma principles)
- Documentation & Compliance
- Establish and manage document control systems for QA/QC records
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent)
- Maintain inspection records, test reports, and quality dossiers
- Prepare quality reports for management and stakeholders

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in QA/QC within mining or mineral processing
- Experience in both plant construction and operations is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in EPC/EPCM project environments
- Strong background in process plant systems (crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering, etc.)
- Experience with laboratory QA/QC and metallurgical accounting is an asset

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center projects, from design review through construction, commissioning, and operational handover. This position requires close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), civil, IT infrastructure, security, and operations. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical and electrical expertise, hands-on experience with Tier III+ and hyperscale data centers, and proven leadership in complex project environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, energization, and handover.
- Develop and manage master schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Establish project governance, reporting cadence, executive dashboards, and portfolio-level reporting aligned with corporate PMO standards.
- Identify and manage project risks, maintain risk registers, and escalate critical issues.
- Ensure contractor compliance with contractual milestones, performance guarantees, and LD provisions.
- Support procurement strategy and evaluation of EPC / D&B / CM delivery models, including tender evaluations and contract award recommendations.
- Monitor CAPEX budgets, cost forecasts, funding requests, variance reporting, and progress payment certifications.
- Track procurement schedules and mitigate supply chain risks.
Engineering & Technical Oversight
- Review, approve, and coordinate technical designs across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, security, and IT infrastructure.
- Validate system redundancy (N+1, N+2, 2N, 2N+1), operational reliability, and maintainability requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, utility requirements, and international standards (Uptime Tier III/IV, NFPA, IEC, TIA, ISO).
- Coordinate with utility providers for grid interconnection, energization, and regulatory approvals.
- Oversee HV/MV infrastructure delivery, protection coordination, energization strategy, and power system studies (short circuit, load flow, arc flash).
- Manage vendor, contractor, and consultant performance to ensure adherence to technical specifications and project objectives.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead multi-disciplinary internal teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Act as the primary interface with clients, utility authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication, alignment, and coordination across all parties.

- Ensure a smooth transition to operations, including as-built documentation, SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and asset registers.
- Ensure operational readiness, uptime SLA compliance, and post-handover stabilization.
- Support training of O&M teams.
- Validate performance metrics including PUE, WUE, and system reliability KPIs.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, engineering leadership, or similar preferred.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CDCP, ATD (Accredited Tier Designer).
Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in data center construction, commissioning, or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
- Proven delivery of large-scale Tier III+ or hyperscale data centers (50 MW+).
- Experience with HV grid intake (100–400 kV) and campus-scale developments preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of critical data center systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, fire suppression systems, and BMS/SCADA.
- Experience managing EPC / D&B contractors and complex stakeholder environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, IT infrastructure, and security systems.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
- Fluent in English. Norwegian is preferable but not mandatory

Role Overview
The Senior Forward Deploy Engineer for ND8 is a hybrid role responsible for hands-on deployment execution and ongoing technical account ownership across the Nordic region. This role combines the execution depth of a Forward Deploy Engineer with the long-term ownership and customer leadership of a Technical Account Manager.
In the early phases of engagement, the Senior FDE leads platform bring-up, deployment execution, and initial workload onboarding. Once customers are live, the same engineer remains the primary technical owner, driving adoption, operational maturity, reliability, and expansion across multiple countries and sites.
This role reports into the Sr. Director of Customer Success & Delivery, EMEA & ANZ and is intentionally designed to avoid fragmented ownership between deployment and post-sale success. Success is measured by deployment quality, speed to production, customer confidence, platform adoption, retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Deployment execution and platform bring-up
- Lead end-to-end deployment of Armada platforms including Atlas, Galleon with AEP, and Leviathan AI Factory integrated with Bridge GPU-as-a-Service
- Execute deployments across the ND8 region, including multi-country and multi-site environments
- Own infrastructure bring-up, platform configuration, and production readiness validation
- Make real-time technical decisions across hardware, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU layers
Technical account ownership and customer success
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned ND8 customers post go-live
- Own the technical success plan, adoption milestones, and operational maturity roadmap
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with customer engineering, platform, security, and data teams
- Lead technical governance discussions, roadmap planning, and platform optimization conversations
Joint Success Plan ownership
- Build, maintain, and actively drive Joint Success Plans (JSPs) for each assigned customer
- Align deployment milestones, platform adoption, and operational maturity to customer business objectives
- Use the Joint Success Plan as the primary framework for prioritization, execution, risk management, and value tracking
- Regularly review progress against success plans with customer stakeholders and Armada leadership

- Operate confidently within ND8 data residency, privacy, and security expectations including GDPR-aligned requirements

Field leadership and mentorship
- Act as a senior technical presence for ND8 customers, setting the bar for execution and professionalism
- Mentor junior FDEs, TAMs, and delivery engineers as the region scales
- Contribute to deployment standards, runbooks, and repeatable best practices
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner closely with the Sr. Director of Customer Success & Delivery, EMEA & ANZ on NB8 priorities and escalations
- Work with Sales on expansion planning while maintaining a trusted post-sale posture
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on real-world ND8 customer usage
Qualifications and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, forward-deployed engineering, or technical account roles
- Proven ability to own both hands-on delivery and long-term customer technical relationships
- Deep technical expertise across Linux, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU-accelerated compute
- Strong troubleshooting skills in live, production environments
- Experience supporting customers across multiple European countries

How you’ll demonstrate Ownership

Role Overview
Reporting to Blue Moon’s Director, Supply Chain, the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Contract Manager is responsible for developing, negotiating, administering, and controlling large‑scale EPC contracts for Blue Moon’s mining development projects, including mine site infrastructure, processing plant, and supporting facilities. The immediate focus will be on the Nussir project in Repparfjord, Norway.
This role manages the entire contract lifecycle—from strategy development through tendering, evaluation, award, execution, change management, and close‑out—while ensuring strong commercial, technical, and schedule performance from EPC contractors.
The EPC Contract Manager is also the process owner for all EPC contract workflows within the ERP system (SAP), ensuring accurate structuring, reporting, and compliance throughout execution.
The EPC Contract Manager will work closely with project management, project controls, engineering, construction management and finance to ensure successful delivery of a fully developed mine site and process plant ready for operations.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Strategy & Preparation
- Develop EPC contracting strategies aligned with project delivery models, risk allocation, and project execution plans.
- Prepare contract packages including technical scope, commercial terms, specifications, schedules, and performance requirements.
- Define evaluation criteria for EPC tenders (technical, commercial, HSE, schedule, financial capability).
- Conduct market assessments and provide input on contractor selection strategies.
Tendering & Evaluation
- Lead and coordinate the full EPC tender process: RFIs, RFPs, bidder meetings, site visits, clarifications, and evaluations.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary evaluation teams from engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and legal.
- Prepare negotiation strategies and lead commercial/contractual negotiations with EPC bidders.
- Develop clear award recommendations for internal approval and governance processes.
EPC Contract Administration & Execution
- Act as the primary commercial interface with EPC contractors during engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and completion.
- Monitor contractor performance against contract obligations, KPIs, progress milestones, quality standards, HSE requirements, and schedule.
- Manage change orders, claims, variations, and deviations according to contract terms, ensuring robust documentation and approval routes.
- Review EPC schedules, progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Implement contract risk registers and actively manage emerging risks and opportunities.
ERP Process Ownership
- Serve as Superuser / Process Owner for EPC contract management within SAP.
- Ensure contract structures, WBS, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and change workflows are correctly configured in ERP.
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for progress, cost, variations, and risks.
- Train project team members and EPC contractors in ERP-based contract execution processes.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry, documentation, and compliance with governance requirements.
Financial & Commercial Controls
- Validate progress measurements to support invoice approvals and milestone payments.
- Work with project controls and finance to maintain cost forecasts, earned value reporting, and contract value tracking.
- Analyze commercial impacts of design changes, delays, contractor performance issues, and external risks.
- Support dispute management, claim assessment, and resolution processes with legal teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, project controls, construction, procurement, logistics, planning, finance and HSE.
- Participate in project progress meetings, design reviews, and site inspections.
- Provide contract guidance to internal teams and ensure contractual alignment across all project interfaces.
- Support integration between EPC contractors and owner’s team processes and governance.
Contract Close‑Out
- Manage technical and commercial close‑out including punch lists, final accounts, warranties, and documentation handover.
- Ensure proper capture of as‑built documents, performance guarantees, O&M manuals, and training materials.
- Lead lessons‑learned workshops and continuous improvement initiatives for future EPC phases.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree within Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Project Management is required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in EPC contracting, major capital projects, or heavy industrial sectors (mining, oil & gas, process plant construction, energy).
- Strong understanding of EPC contract models, project delivery strategies, and international contracting standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing large EPC contracts through full lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent negotiation, commercial analysis, and contract administration skills.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management, and schedule management.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 50% annually.

Nussir ASA, a Blue Moon Metals Inc. company, is seeking an experienced and engaged Mine Superintendent who will serve as the key link between our internal mining teams and the contractor responsible for operational mining activities. The role is well suited for someone who thrives on close communications, quality, safety leadership, and daily decision-making in a dynamic mining environment. The position will ensure that all mining operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and sustainably, in accordance with approved mine plans, budgets, contracts, and applicable regulations.
The position reports to the Mine Manager, Nussir. The Norwegian part of the group currently has approximately 30 employees and expects continued growth through 2026. The Nussir project has commenced work at the industrial site in Repparfjord, Øyen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and hold operational responsibility for the contractor’s mining activities related to development and production, including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and construction-related work.
- Ensure that the contractor complies with Nussir’s standards, internal guidelines, and all requirements related to health, safety, environment, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor, manage, and report on contractor performance in accordance with contractual KPIs, production targets, and cost frameworks.
- Actively contribute to mine planning and schedule control, ensuring that short- and medium-term plans are aligned with operational conditions.
- Identify operational risks and areas for improvement and collaborate with the contractor on continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of corrective measures.
- Develop, update, and implement procedures in collaboration with the contractor, with particular focus on safety culture, quality, and productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIREMENTS)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in underground mining operations, of which at least 3 years in a leadership, supervisory, or coordination role.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Mining Engineering, Rock Engineering, or equivalent; alternatively, relevant and documented operational experience.
- Ability to speak, read and write fluently in both Norwegian and English.
- Experience managing and supervising contractors.

As Vice President, Value Delivery – Europe, you will own and drive the complete P&L performance of professional services delivery across the region. Your success will be measured by your ability to:
