As a Floor Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. Take ownership for your results and actively work to grow the contribution of your segments to the store’s overall sales. Celebrate sales achievements with your team!
- Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering a world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations. Observe and listen to consultations, collaborate with your team, and strive to exceed daily sales goals. By fostering a culture of excellence in customer service, you'll drive sales, create a loyal customer base, and build a positive reputation for your store.
- Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush brand values, and articulate our position on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging in the shop and through community engagement, hosting store parties, and other traffic-driving initiatives.

Team Involvement:
- Development: Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve their performance, support the growth of your team, and to increase sales. Lead by example, take ownership of your development, assess your performance, and actively seek feedback, resources, and opportunities to improve and elevate your skills, knowledge and abilities.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication and actively listen to team members perspectives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Operational Excellence:
- Cash Handling and Store Opening/Closing: Manage cash handling, including customer transactions, opening/closing the register, reconciling cash drawers, preparing nightly deposits, and securing the store at the end of each day. As required at your store location, take deposits to the bank.
- Time and Attendance: Lead by example in terms of attendance and punctuality, and encourage the same from all employees. Monitor employee breaks to ensure they are taking their scheduled breaks, promoting a healthy work environment and improving employee wellbeing. Review daily communications, including store updates and task lists, to ensure that team members are informed and prepared for their shifts, promoting a culture of preparedness and organization.
- Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer's shopping experience and drive sales.
- Stock and Inventory: Train your team on inventory best practices and fresh standards, and support management with inventory tasks. Utilize Visual Merchandising guidelines to make real-time adjustments to product displays based on sales and improve the customer experience.
- Policies and Procedures: Support your management team to keep your store compliant and ensure your staff are practicing company standards for opening and closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- customer service and sales
- cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
- a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead marketplace strategy across dispatch, pricing, and incentives to improve speed, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Own job routing and allocation logic, optimizing for geography, urgency, and performance while balancing fairness and quality
- Establish and evolve pay and pricing models that support both customer competitiveness and sustainable earnings for process servers

Qualifications:

Role Summary:
The Senior Director, Marketplace Strategy sets the direction for how jobs reach the right process servers quickly, how the network gets paid in ways that sustain performance, and how ABC Legal builds a marketplace that is faster, more reliable, and more competitive over time.
This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of supply economics, behavioral design, and operational strategy. You won’t just manage systems — you’ll define the logic behind them and build the team’s capability to run a high-performing marketplace. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, energized by complex problems, and know how to move forward without waiting for perfect information.
Reports to: VP, Process Server Network
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead marketplace strategy across dispatch, pricing, and incentives to improve speed, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Own job routing and allocation logic, optimizing for geography, urgency, and performance while balancing fairness and quality
- Establish and evolve pay and pricing models that support both customer competitiveness and sustainable earnings for process servers
- Design and manage incentive programs that drive key behaviors such as speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate strategy into scalable systems and tools
- Own core marketplace performance metrics (e.g., utilization, time-to-placement, completion rates, cost efficiency) and drive continuous improvement
- Identify inefficiencies across the marketplace and implement solutions that improve performance without eroding network trust
- Lead experimentation efforts, including pilots and A/B tests, to evaluate and scale changes in dispatch, pricing, and incentives
- Partner with data teams to strengthen forecasting, coverage planning, and marketplace insights
- Ensure clear communication of marketplace logic and changes across internal teams and to the broader network
Qualifications:
- Experience leading strategy in complex environments such as marketplaces, gig economy platforms, logistics, or similar systems
- Strong understanding of supply and demand dynamics, pricing strategy, dispatch or routing logic, and incentive design
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes and influence user behavior
- Fluency in unit economics and financial modeling, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs across cost, quality, and speed
- Experience designing and running experiments or pilots with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and setting direction without fully defined roadmaps
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience building or scaling systems in early or growth-stage environments preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and strategies

The ASM supports the Shop Manager as needed in all business areas and as delegated by their Retailer; as second-in-command, the ASM will pick up Manager duties as required to support a strong customer experience, staff experience, shop operational excellence, and exceeding sales goals.

- Scheduling, Time and Attendance: ensure the right number of staff with the right skill levels are scheduled at peak times and that breaks and meals are allocated and recorded appropriately to ensure staff wellbeing and payroll accuracy.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills
- Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop including holidays, evenings and weekends
Preferred:
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Ability to develop and train staff through positive coaching and feedback
- Proficient in excel, Microsoft suit, and adaptable to other systems as required
- Basic HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
