Skills & Qualifications:
• 5 to 8 (in India might be more like 8 to 12 years experience) years of experience in UX/UI or product design with demonstrated experience leading design initiatives and projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in product, UX/UI design, design research, design systems usage as well as your ability to design impactful and user-centred design solutions and your contribution to complex projects.
• Expert level proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, and collaboration tools such as Miro as well as usability testing tools.
• Deep understanding of human-centred design principles, interaction design best practices, and usability.
• Extensive experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Strong knowledge of usability and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with proven ability to articulate design decisions and complex design concepts clearly.
• Experience working in Agile teams and ability to deliver high quality designs in a fast paced environment

Front End Developer ( Angular JS )

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer with a strong command of Angular or other front-end frameworks like React or Vue. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing complex enterprise applications, ensuring top-notch performance and a superior user experience. This role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in an Agile/Scrum environment and enjoys leading and mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise applications using Angular or similar front-end frameworks.
- Create responsive single-page applications utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Apply RxJS for handling asynchronous operations effectively.
- Ensure applications render seamlessly on various devices, including iOS and Android.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
- Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Angular or other front-end frameworks like React or Vue.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Strong understanding of RxJS and its application for asynchronous tasks.
- Proven experience in developing responsive applications for multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the Financial services industry, especially with cards, is a plus.
- Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and DevOps is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Figma is beneficial.
