Senior Software engineer plays a key role in the design, development/configuration, unit testing, installation, and ongoing maintenance of Zinnia software platforms. Works with stakeholders to develop solutions and/or products that fulfill the needs of Zinnia’s internal stakeholders and clients. The Data Science team actively collaborates with other vertical teams such as Engineering, Portals, BI, Product, Legal. Most of the projects are focused around problems that require a mix of natural language processing and machine learning. Some of the active projects are resume parsing, ranking, summary generation, data quality and scoring, content generation, job recommendations, and conversion analysis. Apart from the business initiatives, the team also explores state of the art methods and keeps them upto to date with technology.

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to drive quality within our dynamic team. This role requires a strong blend of manual testing expertise and robust automation skills. You'll champion a 'shift-left' approach, embedding quality from early development stages, and act as an advocate for QA within our e-commerce environment. We value a proactive mindset, including a keen interest in innovation and leveraging modern technologies like AI to enhance testing practices.
You will be a tester within an Agile team, primarily focusing on testing eCommerce solutions. You will be involved in the preparation of test cases and test plans, and will be required to create and execute both manual and automated tests. You will work closely with developers and utilise CI/CD processes and tooling.
The applicant will be system testing and integration testing on new projects and regression testing as part of on-going site support for several clients. Experience of testing RESTful services, querying databases and reviewing log file output is expected.
