Our Product Team
The Product team at Noom plays a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. We craft user-centered experiences that help millions of people improve their health. The Engagement Growth Engine (EGE) team within Product is dedicated to driving user engagement, activation, retention, and long-term value across the Noom platform. EGE focuses on understanding user behaviors and motivations, identifying growth opportunities, and designing product experiences that help users stay active with Noom’s behavior-change programs. The team leverages data-informed design, experimentation, and research to improve key metrics and deliver measurable business impact.
About the Role
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts within our Engagement Growth Engine team.
This role is critical to defining how motivation, rewards, and habit loops come to life in the Noom experience. You’ll design end-to-end engagement systems—from streaks and incentives to feedback loops and celebratory moments—that encourage users to stay consistent and achieve long-term success.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Data Scientists to rapidly test, iterate, and scale experiences that directly impact retention and key business metrics.

The Role:
We’re looking for a content-obsessed, trend-savvy, swipe-stopping Content Specialist to bring fresh energy to our high-performing Social Media team. You’ll create platform-native content that blends brand goals, real healthcare impact, and what’s actually working on social.
This is your chance to make health feel less clinical and more human, using your design chops, storytelling instincts, and cultural fluency to create scroll-worthy work that performs. Think: TikTok edits that explain the science and get shared. Instagram carousels that inform without boring. And LinkedIn posts that even non-HCPs want to save.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
What You’ll Do:
Create and design standout social content (static, video, motion) tailored and unique to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and beyond
Turn complex (sometimes science-y) info into clean, creative stories that hit for both consumers and professionals
Collaborate with strategy, editorial, and design to develop concepts and formats that break through
Remix master brand assets into platform-friendly posts keeping things on-brand, on-voice, and within regulatory guardrails
Jump on trends, culture moments, and reactive content ops without skipping a beat
Bring consumer social energy when working with our agency influencer team, Starpower
Edit content like a pro — ability to edit still and video content in softwares like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro or Figma. Bonus points if you’re experienced in editing DSLR footage with slight color correcting and sound mixing as well
Contribute to new business and pitch work with agile social-by-design creative that shows what we’re capable of
Stay plugged into emerging formats, design inspo, platform changes, and what’s next in the digital health space
Who you are:
4+ years of content creation experience (agency, freelance, in-house doesn’t matter as long as you’ve got the receipts)
Naturally fluent in what works on social and why (you probably have a saved folder full of reference posts)
Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or all of the above
Able to translate complex topics into content that informs and engages
Organized, fast-moving, and unfazed by multiple workstreams or deadlines
Passionate about creativity with purpose and how digital content can actually drive better health outcomes

about creating work with clarity. This role is for a designer who obsesses over the details, keeps asking “what if?” and can
move fluidly between digital experiences and brand expression.
Your mission is to create standout digital work that connects with people — all in service of making the world a little
healthier.
Who you are:
You’re design-obsessed and deeply invested in craft. You live and breathe creativity and care about quality. You have a
strong foundation and know the essentials inside and out: hierarchy, pacing, scale, composition and typography. You
understand how to use grids and when to break them. And more than shaping how something looks, you think about how
people move through the experience, engage with it and respond to it.
You also know how to translate brand ideas across formats. You’re comfortable developing visual identities, extending
brand systems and designing polished print materials with the same level of rigor you bring to digital work. You
understand that the best designers don’t think in channels — they think in systems, stories and how a brand shows up
consistently everywhere.
You bring your own ideas to the table, but you also take direction well and use feedback to make the work better.
And yes, your biggest weakness might be that you won’t stop until it’s right.
What you’ll do:
• Bring ideas to life through strong visual thinking, storytelling and execution across digital and brand
touchpoints.
• Design campaign websites, microsites and landing pages that are visually compelling and designed to perform.
• Develop and extend brand identities across campaign and corporate expressions.
• Design with user behavior in mind by thinking through how people engage.
• Think beyond the static layout, you’ll design for responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Create page layouts and content systems that guide users through a clear story.
• Translate strategic and verbal ideas into ownable visual territories, identity directions and design frameworks.
• Create flexible visual systems that maintain consistency across web, social, print and experiential applications.
• Contribute to design concepting and development, not just execution.
• Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, UX partners, developers and creative leads.
• Stay immersed in design, branding, digital and AI trends.
• Be a student of the craft: experiment with it, master it, enjoy it and help protect it.
Qualifications:
• A compelling portfolio highlighting expertise in digital design, branding, typography and foundational design
principles across both screen and print.
• 5+ years of experience in digital, brand or integrated design roles.
• Strong experience designing websites, landing pages and responsive digital experiences.
• Experience developing brand identities, extending visual systems and applying them across a range of
touchpoints.
• Understanding of digital best practices, including accessibility, responsive behavior and build feasibility.
• Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with AI design tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present design thinking and rationale.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers and speaking build language.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to design in a way that is informed by real-world web
behavior and constraints.
