A day in the life:
The Paid Media Senior Strategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of their marketing service within their book of business. They service the most complex, enterprise-level accounts, and are highly regarded for their mastery over Paid Media advertising. The Senior Strategist is exceptional at working under pressure and navigating probing client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues. On top of their Paid Media knowledge, the Senior Strategist has an understanding of cross channel strategy and how their service impacts the broader media mix. They are oriented towards the clients’ business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals, and are able to communicate effectively with Executives. They are responsible for owning reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of all aspects of campaign creation and management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. The Senior Strategist is excellent at providing insights and forward thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, and has a strong understanding of their service’s strategy and the levers to pull to drive performance.
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise-level account campaign management, including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership
- Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and data from client-specific source of truth (e.g. GA, Shopify, etc.)
- Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge
- Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals
- Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients
- Seek to utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow wherever possible
- Participate in the development process for new department training materials
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes

Role Requirements:
- 4-5 years of digital marketing experience. 3+ years in agency setting
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing
- Specifically having experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large, enterprise-level accounts
- Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more of the following additional campaign types:
- Performance Max
- Standard Shopping
- YouTube Ads
- Display Advertising
- Local campaigns
- Bing Ads
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel
- Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond the stat and telling the story

A day in the life:
The Paid Advertising Senior Performance Analyst is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of their marketing service within their book of business. They service the most complex, enterprise-level accounts and are highly regarded for their mastery over paid advertising. In addition to their account responsibilities, they are actively involved in developing the paid advertising team through training, escalation support, auditing existing accounts, and upleveling the product. The Senior Performance Analyst supports leadership in owning and improving one core pillar of the department’s business. The Senior Performance Analyst is exceptional at working under pressure and navigating probing client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues. In addition to their paid advertising knowledge, the Senior Performance Analyst has an understanding of cross-channel strategy, how their service impacts the broader media mix, and general business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead paid advertising strategy and performance marketing for key accounts, ensuring strong execution and achievement of client goals.
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in at least two major advertising channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
- Serve as the primary escalation point for key accounts, resolving roadblocks and driving performance.
- Apply advanced cross-channel and technical expertise (attribution, incrementality, advanced measurement) to deliver impactful client results.
- Oversee high-quality campaign execution, including thorough QA to prevent revenue-impacting errors.
- Ensure accurate budget pacing and advise on budget changes.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams, leading strategic conversations and performance discussions.
- Mentor and elevate team talent through coaching, training, and support; identify department knowledge gaps and partner with leadership to implement solutions.

A day in the life:
The Digital Marketing Project Manager will play an integral part in the overall success of our account team’s delivery and service to our clients, serving as the communications and coordinating hub between team members and the client. This role will report directly into the Client Experience team,, and will be supported by Power’s Project Management Office (PMO).
This role will be an exceptional client-facing project manager, skilled at managing and delivering digital marketing deliverables and solutions from inception to completion. They will become part of a high-performing team that gets client deliverables completed on time, on budget and with the highest standards of quality while working in a dynamic, fast-paced and forward thinking agency environment. Working closely with clients and account teams, this role will manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines and multi-disciplinary teams to meet our client’s strategic and tactical marketing objectives. As a key member of the account team, this role will be proactive, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be confident in your ability to meticulously organize and keep your deliverables moving forward on-time without compromising quality. They will keep all stakeholders up to date with progress and overcoming all of the inevitable challenges along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, deliverables and cross-functional team members via web-based project management software (Asana) and various communication channels
- Create and execute deliverable plans, and revise as appropriate to meet continuously changing needs and requirements
- Oversee all aspects of deliverable management: scope, risk, schedule, quality, and communication to stakeholders’ fullest satisfaction
- Support account calls through detailed recaps, captured action items, Asana task assignments and diligent follow-up on action items
- Evaluate new work requests, identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities, and schedule action items
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal teams and/or client stakeholders
- Conduct risk management and escalate internally within the account team to proactively mitigate issues
- Identify areas for improvement with internal and external processes along with possible solutions
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency environment
- Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform
- CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Subject matter familiarity in digital marketing (e.g.: SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, Analytics, etc.)
