The AIRS team is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to design a new product lines. In this role, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary technical team to define, complete the design and analysis, build prototypes leading to ground and flight testing, and mature the prototypes into products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead FPGA architecture, standards, development and review processes

• Hardware Description Languages: Expertise in VHDL and/or Verilog/SystemVerilog is essential for RTL (Register Transfer Level) design.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other functional and program teams to organize, direct, and lead the development and deployment activities of one of our novel systems. You will be expected to use your technical knowledge in conjunction with your program management skills to plan and lead technical development programs and deliver the best outcome for Anduril and the customer. • Ownership: TPMs are owners; we’re looking for those who have a tendency to assume responsibility, a healthy dose of skepticism, and contribute to a culture of high performance. Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team. Work with technical leads to develop the right technical solution and then own the schedule and roadmap for success.
• Embed/Engage: Work closely with our customers to understand their specific mission challenges and represent the customer as you work with Anduril engineers to shape capabilities. Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose technical alternatives when necessary; ask questions that clarify priorities. The team develops state-of-the-art imaging systems across both hardware and software. Imaging products are deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies.

In 2025, Anduril acquired American Infrared Solutions (AIRS) - a designer and manufacturer of integrated dewar cooler assemblies - based in Hudson, NH. AIRS is now part of the Imaging Business Line, carrying forward the name “Anduril Infrared Solutions” to pay homage to the AIRS lineage. The Director, Anduril Infrared Solutions role will lead growth, strategy, and business development for AIRS commercial and defense component supplier business.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Director, Infrared Solutions you will report to the Head of Growth for the Imaging Business Line. You will work directly with the Head of Infrared Solutions to build the AIRS commercial and defense component supplier business in collaboration with other contributors across AIRS and Imaging BL. Your role is cross-cutting. You’ll work across programs, engineering, growth, manufacturing, software, finance, external partners, and customers to develop and execute growth strategy for AIRS and the broader Imaging BL. • Collaborate with AIRS leadership and other growth contributors to lead the expansion of the AIRS component supply portfolio across commercial and defense customers.

• Strong adherence to established procedures, keen attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Experience in the infrared technical area is a significant plus.

Charlie Health is looking for a dynamic individual to serve as Clinical Intake Therapist. The Clinical Intake Therapist will be responsible for meeting with clients upon admission, building rapport, completing biopsychosocial assessments, and establishing treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Looking to cover the following shifts to meet the schedules and needs of our clients:
  • Mornings and Afternoons - Must be available 10:30am - 6:30pm ET or 12:30pm - 8:30pm ET
  • Afternoons and Evenings - Must be available 1 - 9pm ET or 3 - 11 pm ET
  • Weekends encouraged
  • Will consider alternative availability on individual basis
• Demonstrate personable and competent communication skills to develop rapport with clients and referral sources
• Present programming information in a thorough and supportive manner to help clients gain access to care
• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults with various mental health concerns 
• Determine appropriateness and fit for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care 
• Construct provisional mental health diagnoses utilizing DSM-V criteria 
• Document client information in accordance with regulatory standards using electronic medical record  
• Assign treatment team members and group schedules while informing staff of new admissions
• Interface with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams in facilitating intake  
• Collaborate with referral sources: hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health providers upon admission
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality of care

Requirements

• An independent license is preferred, but we’re happy to work with associate-level clinicians who are eager to grow and work toward full licensure.
• Licenses accepted: LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, MSW Degree
• Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults preferred
• Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
• Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Access to reliable technology resources to deliver uninterrupted, confidential, and compliant telehealth services

The expected base pay for this role will be between $55,000 and $67,500 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.#li-remote
