Overview
We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.

Swaybox Studios is looking for an Unreal Supervisor to lead our real-time pipeline and elevate the visual quality of work produced in Unreal Engine.
This role sits at the intersection of look development, lighting, and technical execution. You’ll guide a team of artists in building and refining assets, materials, environments, and lighting shots inside Unreal, while also diving deep into the engine yourself to solve problems, optimize workflows, and push visual fidelity.
You should be equally comfortable directing the creative look of a scene and understanding the underlying systems that make it work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone fluent in Unreal who can translate artistic intent into real-time results with efficiency, scalability, and innovation in mind.

Working from concept art, reference materials, or the Director’s brief, you'll be responsible for overseeing and building assets that not only support the narrative, but also elevate the visual language of the production. This role is the bridge between practical fabrication and our digital world.
As a Lead CG Environment Modeler, you will be supporting the modeling needs between the Practical Set Fabrication team and the VFX team. This role is hands- on, collaborative, and provides support in early R&D. You will be responsible for ensuring the team adheres to the modeling standards and procedures throughout pre-production and production of the film. Your expertise will help shape and refine the pipeline and handoff, while fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Working closely with the Compositing Supervisor, artists, and Technical Directors, you will lead shot execution, mentor compositors, and help maintain efficient workflows while ensuring the creative vision and technical quality of the film are upheld.
This position requires strong on-the-box compositing skills, experience guiding artists within a production environment, and advanced knowledge of Nuke within a live-action VFX pipeline.
