Do you like to clean? Does a sparkling home make you smile? We’d love to have you join our housekeeping team this season! We’re looking for hard working individuals to professionally clean our vacation home properties and ensure our guests arrive to a welcoming environment that’s clean and fully stocked with everything they need for a memorable vacation.
This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 5/10/2026 and work through end of season on or around 11/7/2026. As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.
Compensation
- Piece rate (ranging between $25 and $300 per unit; average of $98 per unit)
- $20 / hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans.

Essential Job Functions
- Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces.
- Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.
- Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
- Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
- Identify and note any damages or needed repairs to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary.
- Collect and remove trash and debris.
- Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics.
- Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.
- Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products.
- Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training.
- Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!
Skills + Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
- Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - we can train!
- Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
- This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.
- Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.
Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements
- Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities — often in varying weather conditions.
- We’re in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require flexibility to support this.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Regular travel within the locally assigned market and / or region market dependent.
- Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.

About this Job
The Property Caretaker supports an assigned portfolio of vacation rental properties with responsibilities including all aspects of property management, including owner and guest relations, maintenance, and housekeeping. Supports cross-functionally across the team.
This job serves the Waterville Valley, NH market.
Compensation
- $22 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

Essential Job Functions
- Assists in the daily operations of the assigned portfolio of homes. Identify areas for improvement, assisting managers in process enhancements to drive efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Support the team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, calls and tickets.
- Perform light home maintenance (light bulbs, fix door hinges, unclog a toilet, etc).
- Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
- Works to resolve guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, calls and tickets. Partners with the management team on escalated issues.
- Partners and assists your Business Development Representative and management team when new units join the portfolio.
- Supports cross-functionally across the team as needed.
- Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!
Skills + Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping, maintenance or similar role.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
- This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.

You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, and showcasing how Cloudbeds’ industry-leading SaaS solutions are transforming the hospitality space. This is a hunting role focused on acquiring new clients.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Assess market trends and opportunities in your assigned territory to identify and engage new prospects.
- Prepare targeted lead lists and engage in proactive outreach, including a high volume of cold-calling, to drive sales.
- Identify and communicate potential partnership opportunities to our Partnerships team to strengthen Cloudbeds’ market position.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations, both virtually and in person, to highlight how Cloudbeds can solve key challenges for hospitality businesses.
- Attend local events and visit properties to connect with potential customers (less than 10% travel required).
- Serve as the face of Cloudbeds in your local market, representing the brand with confidence and expertise.
What Sets You Up for Success:
- A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for business development.
- Experience in selling technology solutions into the hotel or hospitality industry
- Excitement for new technology with a strong technical aptitude.
- Proven expertise in outbound sales strategies, especially cold-calling and network building.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and persuade potential clients.
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a history of exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A willingness to challenge the status quo and think outside the box to drive success.
Bonus Skills to Stand Out:
- Good knowledge of PMS technology
- Operational experience in the hospitality or lodging industry
- Multilingual capabilities
